Another negative tesr with fmu, managed to hang on 7 hours- nearly exploded. Still no af, 4 days late and I'm usually spot on time. Bad cramps this morning then stopped. Looks like I'll be joining the June train with lots of you x

Me three- can test in 11 days and 19 hours 😳🙄 I have to wait a few extra days because I'm having pregnyl Injections which act as luteal support and is the hcg hormone so will just give me false hope if test too early

@pickle162 Awww so there's definitely no early testing for you! My ovia says to test in 7 days but I'm conscious that I ovulated on cd 17/18 which would only make me 12dpo - does anyone else think that'll be too early to test?

No damn it 😫 I've been on ttc thread for 18 months (even tho this was my first attempt) and a few of the peeps have had bfp's on 12dpo/12dpiui. Think as long you are realistic that could be a bfn but happy to keep testing to see if bfp arrives then worth a shot. Good luck @poppylou27

Phoenix I think the ICs are all made in china now, whereas perhaps they didn't used to be? Don't know. Annoying, though.

I am planning a wee sneaky test on Tuesday when I'll be 10dpo!

poppy you can normally get a positive by 12dpo but if your period isn't due it might be best to wait a little longer.

pickle - can I ask what pregnyl injections are and how you got them (e.g. GP or fertility clinic). My luteal is 8/9 days and I'm sure that's why I'm struggling.

boatrace Indeed 8/9 days for a luteal phase is a problem, try asking your GP for a referral. Hopefully they won't bullshit you with having to wait when you already know what the problem is! This is one of the problems which is easy to fix so definitely worth seeking help with it.

@BertieBotts so I had iui with donor sperm so I have pregnyl to trigger ovulation then day 3 & day 8 after iui I have the pregnyl to support luteal phase. It's the hcg hormone so keeps lining thicker and hopefully if my egg fertilised to keep a sticky bean
But yes it only 8/9 days def need to speak with someone as implantation can occur between day 6-12 but usually around day 9

I'm also ttc #2, there are a lot of us on this bus. Dc1 is 2.5 and that's the minimum gap we wanted just because of childcare/money and the fact that DC1 still doesn't sleep.

DTD last night and ov test just now (not fmu) still showing positive so reckon we'll have another go tonight and maybe tomorrow as well if he's up for it! IS that a good plan or should we wait til tomorrow? We're knackered working parents to a non sleeping toddler so there's only limited time to squeeze DTD in!

Yes, I've already been referred as I also have pcos. First appointment is hopefully 6th July, hoping they take me seriously as I've heard lots of negative things on forums about them not really believing you/recognising that a short luteal phase is an issue.

Congrats Red! boatrace good luck. July isn't too far away. My appointment for it having been over a year is 20th June. I really want to see a geneticist because of DH's family history but having issues finding one.

8 dpo today. Yesterday was very bloated & looked pregnant. Had cramps on and off throughout the day and quite painful. Also TMI but had some diarrhea last night at around 9pm but nothing since. Felt nauseous when it happened too but didn't vomit.

Looks like I've missed a lot in the last few days. How exciting! Congratulations!
