Wonderful news tigger!!

Redpony1 · 10/03/2017 09:40

Great news Tigger!!

Grumpy it's strange for me to hear you say 'going to the countryside for a break from London', as i can't imagine a life where i wasn't out in the Countryside everyday Blush

I have dropped my carb intake by half, but i couldn't cut it out completely, where do you get energy from for hard exercise if not from carbs?!

confusedat23 · 10/03/2017 09:44

OMFG Tigger I am so bloody happy for you!!...

i'm now very scared for my scan on Monday

Penguin27 · 10/03/2017 09:54

That's great news tigger!! SOO happy for you xx

ladyglittersparkle · 10/03/2017 10:09

Tigger that's lovely, so happy for you.

I'm feeling a little better now and think I'm over my wobble and have decided to carry on ttc. Thank you for all your replies

TheGrumpySquirrel · 10/03/2017 10:15

Tigger that's fantastic! Hugs 🤗

HbH04 · 10/03/2017 11:24

Fantastic news Tigger How lovely to hear the heart beat so early x x

HeyJupiter · 10/03/2017 11:38

Yay Tigger that is so wonderful! Thrilled for you :) xx must have been the most amazing feeling to see the little heartbeat on the screen. Confused am sure yours will be just as perfect - is it on Monday? Will be thinking of you.

seven so glad silly AF finished and no spotting this time. Well done on the super diet too, go you! Bet you're feeling all skinny.

Hb ditto on the womb awareness but mine is because I'm focusing so much on it. What's your BFP date?

Grumpy your weekend sounds amazing! I'm off to the countryside too to see a friend and then to visit my other friends new baby again as can't get enough of her.

8DPO here and basically symptomless.. boobs have even stopped hurting. Still quite windy though to be fair so maybe that's good. Roll on Tuesday.

HbH04 · 10/03/2017 12:09

jupiter i really hope no symptoms is a symptom for you! I really want it to be your month, you deserve it!! For me symptom spotting at potentially 0dpo is a very bad sign of things to come 😂 I think my BFP date will be around 24/25th... mothers day weekend... could be a good omen!!

seven AMAZING diet efforts! Love that skinny feeling! When you next update can you reluctantly up my age to 34 crawls into a corner and sobs

buzzmoon · 10/03/2017 12:12

Yay tigger that's exciting! I've just found out oh's cousin is having twins!!

buzzmoon · 10/03/2017 12:14

seven well done on the diet :)

So AB has been like clockwork so far. And I'm supposed to be due today and nothing. I've no idea when I ovulated though cause had zero symptoms and have had zero symptoms this past week. Hmm...

HbH04 · 10/03/2017 12:17

Intriguing buzz

Is there any possibility of a BFP or are you being super careful?

I had similar last month, always 29 day cycle and then i got thrown an extra four days for some reason!

buzzmoon · 10/03/2017 12:41

Well, we've been avoiding my FW but not using any other contraception. My friend made the point that I don't actually know when I ovulated so might have not avoided the FW at all!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 10/03/2017 13:35

Ahh buzz you need to POAS!!!

HbH04 · 10/03/2017 14:09

Eeek buzz, what grumpy said!

Is the wedding June?

Seven0fNine · 10/03/2017 14:59

Poas poas poas buzz poas poas poas

Yay for little Tigger heartbeat! X

Redpony1 · 10/03/2017 15:31

POAS Buzz!

I was thinking earlier, i wonder if anyones ever written a post from a male perspective about TTC and how they felt about tracking FW etc. I Googled and i can't find anything really. I would love to know from an anon male what they think of perhaps mostly being expected to preform when their partner says it's FW etc..!

DancingUnicorn · 10/03/2017 15:32

Tigger! Amazing news. So happy for you. :) confused fx things will be just as good for you on Monday.

Waiting for news buzz!

Jupiter so hopeful for you!!

Tigger83 · 10/03/2017 15:35

Thanks guys. Super happy that we saw the heartbeat starting to feel a bit more real now!

Wiggleyfingers · 10/03/2017 15:54

Ahh Tigger what a lovely way to start the weekend by hearing tiny Tigger's heartbeat!
Buzz please PLEASE poas first thing tomorrow morning! If you can't achieve tonight

HbH04 · 10/03/2017 16:03

red after joking with DH about 'dads-net' i googled it earlier to see if it existed! I found an area on mumsnet called dadsnet! Only had a quick read of a few threads (eg. "Think my partner got pregnant on purpose") No insight into the male land of TTC that i saw... would be fascinating tho!

HbH04 · 10/03/2017 16:17

In other news... i had to go to the Docs for a non-TTC concern today, but mentioned it because she was prescribing antibiotics. Among her tips were the pillow under the bum technique! I said I thought that was an old wives tail but she assured me its the way forward!

Penguin27 · 10/03/2017 16:21

Buzz I'm going to join in the peer pressure and insist that you poas!!

Red that's a really interesting thought! Any male lurkers that would like to use this opportune moment to say what they think?

I have noticed that there are a fair few men on MN ... I don't have a problem with that, but just seems a bit unusual as it seems such a feminine environment!

buzzmoon · 10/03/2017 16:35

😩😩😩😩 I'm desperate to POAS!! We are at OHs mums for the weekend and they live in a little village, so a drive away from a shop and I don't have my car!!! 😩😩😩

buzzmoon · 10/03/2017 16:48

hb is it actually scientific?? My nurse said I had a tilted one too at my smear, didn't really know what it meant tbh! Gonna google the hell out of it now!
