Sorry Jupiter! I hope either af stays away or at least shows up before you're time away so you can enjoy lots of wine!

Confused keeping everything crossed! When will you repeat that thing?! ...ee...

Orange yes, it's really hard. Been almost a fortnight and not told anyone apart from all of mn. Lots of lying and no drinking excuses!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 16/02/2017 07:39

Feel like I'm going insane, this one is the same as yesterday or maybe slightly darker?

I suspect i may be getting misleading results in the morning despite not using FMU. Always faint in PM. On Sunday my cervix was wet & open with lots of EWCM, then Tuesday terrible backache, today no EWCM, closed firm cervix.

Do I count this morning's OPK as positive or just log Tuesday as o day? WWYD?

Grumpy I am going to test everyday until I know AF is deffo late! I have one last IC so I might give that a go on whim this evening! TBH as much as I have my hopes up I am trying to be very very realistic and I know (From last month) that a squintermeans nothing at the moment so until I see that bright pink line I am not sold! Oh no about the vommiting!! Do you think a prolonged LH surge could be making you feel a bit sick?... have you got an IC'sto maybe do a preggo test incase they are responsible for the prolonged dark lines on IC's?

Mummy I have just looked at these photos on my PC and they really do not do the line any justice! lol I wish I could just show you guys what I can see lol

I have 4 FRER in the cupboard so I am trying really hard not to POAS one this evening!!!!

I am sorry Jupiter I should have been more sensitive to your BFN... I am still going to keep you company either way! Cycle Twins for LYF and all that! Flowers

Sorry to hear you are full of cold Seven Look after yourself!

Dancing I am finding it hard not to order a bulk of IC's for Sameday delivery so I can just POAS whenever I need a wee!

Orange are you going to test?

Tigger your DH sounds like he planned the perfect proposal and the gods helped him with the northern lights coming out afterwards!!... Also when are you tesing?!?!? 12dpo and almost passing out is a very positive look at things!!!

Also Laura if you are there I forgot to say as the old saying goes... New House... New Baby

I have just had a massive wave of nausia.... I am not sure if this is the shock from this morning or maybe some mentally made up sickness in hope that somehow it makes me more pregnant! However I am on reception on my own so I am going to have to concoct a way to deal with any sickness in future! lol

Ohh confused you have absolutely nothing to be sorry about!! I'm thrilled that my cycle buddy might be pregnant - that's all I want for all of us, it also gives me hope that it can happen when I see others being successful. I know you are still being cautious but have everything crossed for you Flowers You can be my cycle buddy next month regardless (I insist!) xx

TheGrumpySquirrel · 16/02/2017 09:10

Confused that all sounds really promising! Pretty sure that's a BFP! Fingers crossed for you Flowers

I don't feel remotely fertile anymore if that makes sense.. tired and no interest in DTD. I think the sick feeling was due to eating raw beef last night TBH. I'm only on CD17 so struggle to imagine how I'd already be pregnant (3dpo max, assuming I ov'd on Tuesday). I'll continue to OPK but I think if they are all the same that just means nothing is happening. Maybe I missed the surge on Monday, quite possible. How are you getting on mrsC?

buzzmoon · 16/02/2017 09:11

confused I can totally see something on the negative pic! Fingers crossed for tomorrow, excited for you! 🤞🏼

TheGrumpySquirrel · 16/02/2017 09:15

Very premature but I just ordered a free "baby on board" badge from the TFL website .. think I will surprise DH by wearing it when I get a BFP! Not planning to wear it when I have a hangover on the tube at all

buzzmoon · 16/02/2017 09:23

grumpy that's hilarious! 👏🏼 I've always wondered how to get one? I could easily pass as pregnant so tempted so I get a seat 😂

Redpony1 · 16/02/2017 09:27

Congrats on the engagement Tigger!! The ring sounds amazing!

Sorry for BFN Jupiter, it's a roller-coaster for sure isn't it Sad

Fingers & toes crossed for you Confused! I can't see lines but unless they are really obvious, i am totally rubbish at spotting them. On other threads where squinters are posted, they all look paperwhite to me yet everyone else says BFP and they are always clearly BFP when they update a few days later Grin

HeyJupiter · 16/02/2017 09:29

Grumpy I reckon you may have ovulated already as you were very symptomatic earlier in the week. But you got some DTD-ing in if I recall so you should be covered? I always feel sick right after O as my progesterone starts soaring! You can start madly symptom spotting now for pregnancy!

HeyJupiter · 16/02/2017 09:34

Thanks for all the kind words you lovely lot - I'm okay, just need AF to crack on so can get on with next cycle. Am going to re-focus on healthy eating and trying to lose weight when we get back from our weekend away so have something other than TTC to think about.

In other news have just got quote to get a little utility area built onto back of our house - its small but can chuck washing machine out there and get a tumble dryer! Also would have room to store a buggy Grin That will leave room in the kitchen to get a proper size dish washer. I'm so tragic but this makes me very happy :) We live in a little terrace so space is at a premium!

TheGrumpySquirrel · 16/02/2017 09:35

Thanks Jupiter that's what I think too. So we DTD on CD 4,8,10,11,14&15 and assuming I ovulated on Tuesday which was CD15, FW was CD 10-15. So there is a chance but we missed out 2 days.

Mummyme87 · 16/02/2017 09:47

grumpy I also reckon you have ovulated already based on symptoms and also sounds like you have covered all bases.

CD19, 6DPO. I am at work today and keep getting twingey feelings in my right groin/pelvic area.

Redpony1 · 16/02/2017 09:47

I think you are covered Grumpy! Try and do 1 for luck tonight though haha

Ovia is telling me FW is in 17 days... I am CD8 Smile I feel sorry for Miss Ovia as my last 'cycle' wasn't really something she can use to predict this cycle Grin

TheGrumpySquirrel · 16/02/2017 09:56

Red hope your OPKs can help inform Ovia a bit better!

Mummy we aren't so far apart then in cycles.. I'm CD17, possibly 3dpo

buzzmoon · 16/02/2017 09:58

jupiter that's really exciting- I really want a little extension but don't know when the best time to do it/if we can afford it. How much was your quote if you don't mind me asking

HeyJupiter · 16/02/2017 09:59

I think you're more than covered Grumpy, you'd have lots backed up from CD 11,14 and 15 (and even 10!) Good work!

Mummyme that sounds very hopeful, start of implantation maybe?

Red I think maybe don't rely on madame ovia too much this month for an accurate fertile week estimate :)

HeyJupiter · 16/02/2017 10:03

buzz so our extension is actually going to be made of double glazed glass - so more like a mini conservatory - if it was brick it would block out way too much light. It's also got opening windows and a door which will be the main entrance into the back of the house. Because the ground outside will also need concreting and levelling off it's put the price up to around £3.5k. You could probably get something much cheaper if you didn't have to deal with the nightmare of an awkward terraced house or if you were happy not to use glass :) What's really nice is that by doing that it has a domino effect on the rest of the space in the house (moving things from room to room) so might even be able to put a little sofa in our dining room and make it more of a snug or play area for when a baby does appear. Sorry if I'm being really boring, I love house stuff! Grin

TheGrumpySquirrel · 16/02/2017 10:23

Jupiter that sounds amazing! We have a little end of terrace ground floor flat and would love to do something like that to get more space. My building work (bathroom) is hopefully starting in a week or so (waiting for final quote).

buzzmoon · 16/02/2017 10:24

grumpy I think that's really reasonable! Sounds like it will make such a difference to the available space and how you use it! Will be lovely! Especially as babies have so much stuff!!

buzzmoon · 16/02/2017 10:25

Sorry jupiter I meant!

Redpony1 · 16/02/2017 11:26

Sounds great Jupiter! I love being imaginative with storage and space and making the most out of it all.

Just going to start OPK's & keep entering info and ignore Ovia for her predictions this month i think! Although i guess it will all change when i enter a positive OPK...?

I forgot to say, i went to a gym for the first time on Tuesday eve (Valentine's Day). (I have been to my little works gym but never a proper gym). DP took me along as i wanted to use an exercise bike so i got a weeks free pass & went! It was soooo scary, I'm glad DP was there, showed me how to use a machine then went off and done his thing the otherside of the gym then collected me when i text him saying i was done hahaha! On the plus side, i did 10miles on the bike in 45mins Smile

TheGrumpySquirrel · 16/02/2017 12:54

Well done red gyms can be scary places!

I'm still feeling a bit sick, also realised I've been thinking 3dpo when it's actually probably 2dpo. Oh well. This is going to be a long TWW! Planning to POAS 28th feb (14dpo) at the earliest - help me stay strong!! Ovia thinks AF is due 2 march, she's assumed a 30 day cycle

buzzmoon · 16/02/2017 12:58

Ah grumpy have you got anything to look forward to/distract yourself until then?

TheGrumpySquirrel · 16/02/2017 13:04

Well hopefully our builder will start a week tomorrow, so I need to get the house as organised as possible. Also doing a pub lunch for DH birthday this Saturday and getting to meet a couple of our friends' newborns (eeee!!)

How are you feeling confused have you told your DH?!
