Morning ladies!
red fab news on your AF arriving. You can eventually start monitoring and understanding your cycle properly.

mrsC that is a hard decision, but sometimes work does prioritise. What does your DH say?

I like a bit of Pinterest aswell, I'm sure I will use it more when starting to plan the wedding 👰🏻

So today I should be ovulation day... I felt a lot of pelvic pain yesterday at work but I was so so bloated and gassy I think it was also that. I have some left sided pelvic pain and back pain this morning.
I'm still temping.. just not very well. I guess it looks mildly like it should do... a drop before ovulation then a rise afterwards so expecting to see a rise over the weekend. On a night shift tonight though so won't be able to temp tomorrow

Mummyme87 · 10/02/2017 07:04

Sorry, this is my chart

Getting Ready for Baby Challenge-Pt3
HeyJupiter · 10/02/2017 07:42

Thanks for all the support you lovely lot.

Mummyme definitely ovulation day by the look of your graph, the peak reading and the bloating! Fantastic. Onwards to the 2ww.

Tigger you must be so excited for your trip - how romantic and magical. Have a fab time. Feeling a bit more positive today I think.

MrsC that's such a hard dilemma. I would definitely email and see if you can get some idea of timeframes just so you can make an informed decision. Are you likely to know either way in the next few months? I think putting TTC on hold won't do any harm at all (and might be a really positive step for your career) but I suppose you don't want to end up putting it off for years or something either. It's okay to put work before TTC sometimes... but then I would say that as I've put it off for the last 2 years for exactly that reason!

HbH04 · 10/02/2017 07:55

tigger have a magical time frolicking under the northern lights!

buzz I've seen that vid before... It's SO interesting to see the roller coaster we women go through every month (& that's without the added TTC crazy element!)

mrs echoing others, it's would be great to get the timeline and then see if it works for you and try and plan a bit more.... Waiting and waiting without knowing would be torture (coming from a control freak - & I know I'm not the only one on here!)

I'm going to see my godson later, he's 1 & lives in Paris so I haven't seen him for a while! Can't wait for a cuddle if I can catch him

buzzmoon · 10/02/2017 07:58

mrs that is tough. They couldn't take the job away from you if you were on mat leave though? What does your DH think? Whatever you decide I'm sure it will be right for you and your family Flowers

Seven0fNine · 10/02/2017 08:16

buzz I love that video. CD2 here so I'm expecting to feel fabulous in a few days time! Did your AF make an appearance in the end?

You have to do what's best for you MrsC its such a tough decision.

Hb sounds awesome. I love trying to catch my nephews for cuddles. They run away from me screaming 😱 Ha

Have a good day my lovelies x

MrsC2017 · 10/02/2017 08:24

Thanks guys! Yep I guess the not knowing is killing me, it's a 2year panel and and I'll get called in order of merit if and when jobs appear, now I am high on their panel but nothing seems to be moving yet, I think I will get a job because I'm so high on the list but it's possible that there won't be one available at all. Also I know I'm young and have time left physically, but if I conceived now DS would be almost 8 and it the gap that puts me off, not for his sake but I guess for mine, I have been parenting for 8 years and not sure how much longer I won't to dig it out for, without sounding crude. DH just thinks I should do what's best but if I pushed him I know he would tell me to wait for the job. They pride themselves on being family friendly so like that I'm not sure if they could retract the offer if I was on mat leave or if they could because technically I'm not in a position to take it up! Anyway sorry I'm just offloading here, will email today and see if that can shed any light!

Oysterbabe · 10/02/2017 08:35

The thread moves fast, I can't keep up!
Congrats on AT Red
I'm sure they wouldn't be allowed to retract the offer MrsC

CD5 today. BORING, worst part of the cycle. I lost another 1lb this week, so 9lbs this year. It's so slow but chopping away. Another 5lbs and not only will I have lost a stone but my weight will also start with a new number, I'll feel like I've got somewhere then.

Oysterbabe · 10/02/2017 08:35

Mummyme87 · 10/02/2017 08:59

MrsC2017 · 10/02/2017 09:23

oyster well done on weightloss, u are being very consistent! I'm cd7 so I feel the boringness!!
hb aww enjoy cuddles!

xlaura · 10/02/2017 09:32

Morning ladies, had a manic evening and morning.

Congrats to those with positive opk best get dtd loads!! 🎉

Redpony1 · 10/02/2017 09:35

Wow lots to catch up on! I was off work yesterday with sickness Sad

Hello to my cycle buddy Parsnips Grin it's strange being happy about a period!

MrsC I know what you mean about the job. I am not looking but got asked if i wanted to attend an interview for a job with more money (same as what i do now but another company) & i am considering it, but would feel awful if i announced i was pregnant after a month or something!

Buzz that cycle video is good - hope it helps men understand more too

buzzmoon · 10/02/2017 09:43

seven no AF but is due tomorrow. Got all the symptoms though, and further dip in BBT (which Ovia says happens before AF) so I'm fully expecting it and think I'm over the thinking that it could happen this month. I've been so caught up in the 2ww that my diet has gone out the window, i really need to focus on losing the weight, cutting down on caffeine taking my vitamins etc and then I know I'll be in the best position come May :)

Mummyme87 · 10/02/2017 11:21

I'm on night shift tonight so no dtd today. We have dtd EOD in fertile week, will aim for tomorrow aswell to catch the last legs of my little egg.
Enjoying a cup of tea and an almond croissant whilst childfree for a few hours 😀 It's my weekly treat!

Redpony1 · 10/02/2017 12:08

Sounds like you have covered all basis mummyme !! Your weekly treat sounds blissful Smile

I was poorly yesterday, off work with sickness. Today i have brought in chicken salad for lunch. On Fridays the dining hall serve fish and chips for £2.00. I am tempted to scrap the salad and head for the dining hall!!! However, tomorrow night i am off to Zaza Bazaar (amazing all you can eat) for Valentines day celebrations.... This is not helping weightloss!!

Oysterbabe · 10/02/2017 12:09

We're going to get the M&S dine in for Valentine's. Life after children :)

xlaura · 10/02/2017 12:27

I love the M&S food deals! I'm trying to convince oh to get me a lovely bouquet of flowers from there..the flowers last ages from there. But then so do flowers from Aldi haha!

It's still not to late for those BFPs to show up yet ladies so don't lose hope.

I'm excited for my TGIs now..busy day for me tmoz. Sold my old sofa, got a new one coming then got to stand and do my accumulated pile or ironing. And more importantly last day of the pill tmoz guys!! 🎉

Redpony1 · 10/02/2017 12:33

Exciting laura Grin

Do the M&S food deals come with anything other than wine? DP & I don't drink so always seems a waste!

Oysterbabe · 10/02/2017 12:36

Yes you can have soft drinks instead, they had some nice choices from memory and you get 2 big bottles.

Redpony1 · 10/02/2017 12:41

Ahh that's good then! I'm sure when they first started doing them it was wine only so i never went back/ We have a few large M&S around us so may have to have a looksie at them as a payday treat!

The novelty of AF has worn off now... Ovia has predicted a 42day cycle so being on CD2 seems waaaay off for testing! Although i guess that will adjust once i get positive OPK?
DP was upset when i rang him at work to announce AF had arrived yesterday, he was hoping for BFP Sad

Oysterbabe · 10/02/2017 12:47

Ah bless him Sad Mine doesn't talk about it much but then randomly comes out with "God I hope it's a boy" or "I don't know how we'll deal with 2!" so I know it's on his mind.

The early part of the cycle is soooo boring. I might start doing an opk every other day just for something to do 😂

Mummyme87 · 10/02/2017 12:54

red I can't remember, did you do OPKs this cycle and get a positive?

MrsC2017 · 10/02/2017 12:57

oyster I love the M&S deals!!
red yes if you OPK and track cm ovia will adjust for you, she pushed out my fertile week three times so be warned she needs you to have great stamina!
Ooo laura jel I'm in the market for a new sofa too!!

buzzmoon · 10/02/2017 13:20

red hope you're feeling better today, go for the fish and chips I say!

I love the m&s deal, and Waitrose do a nice one.
Bless you DH :)

I have brown spotting today, so pretty sure I'm out! Onwards and upwards :) feeling positive
