Well Mr Kiki seems a bit happier now took your advice and cb says pregnant 1-2 weeks! Took ages so thought it would be not pregnant.

Thanks for all your support ladies would be a mental case without it FX we make it safely to 12 weeks and FX for those testing soon - tee your positive next I hope! xx

Tee4me · 22/01/2017 16:44

That's fantastic news!!
How long have you been trying Kiki?!
Congratulations, I feel very encouraged that my cycle buddy has been successful, hope it's catching 😊🤰🏼x

Kiki18 · 22/01/2017 16:52

Thanks tee - it was two years on the 15th Jan! We are a little anxious because we had the mmc in October but fx all will be well.
I hope so too it'd be great for my cycle buddy to ha e the same outcome! Keep us posted when are you testing? xx

Footy1 · 22/01/2017 16:54

That's super news kiki! Smile
I think men just don't get women stuff and best left for us to know what's best in these situations. Men over react!

Good luck everyone else xx

Tee4me · 22/01/2017 17:05

Wow Kiki you deserve this big time! So if mmc was Oct, sounds like this is your 3rd cycle since?! Same as Nim! That'll give me good hope for next month if it isn't my time now (2nd cycle since mmc) Maybe you really are more fertile after mc!
I've had some very slight cramps creep in, so I'm really 50/50 on which way this'll go now. I will definitely see how tomorrow pans out at least, but maybe I'll test Wednesday rather than wait until Friday x

Londonjam · 22/01/2017 17:43

Fantastic news kiki seriously thrilled for you and keeping everything crossed for a healthy pregnancy

Fx Tee! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

MotherOfBeagles · 22/01/2017 18:00

So happy for you kiki! Sorry your dh was a numpty, hope he's starting to feel a bit better and behaving a bit better now.

tee i really hope you get your bfp! you definitely sound like the symptoms are good!

kate glad that you had your last saturday school, you looking forward to moving on? How long now?

footy how you getting on?

CD7 today and starting to feel a bit more human, but i did sleep for 17 hours yesterday so that might be relevant lol. multivitamins make me ill so instead ive decided to take the ones i dont get from my diet (mainly extra vit c, cod liver oil, omega 3 and B12), so far so good and hopefully it will help. Also taking seven seas conception vits and EPO until ovulation. Oh and my antibiotics. Lol i went through the list with the doctor, he laughed and said its a lot but see if it helps me feel better but in theory they all should get on. You guys should see my side table, im like a druggy - need one of those days of the week caddys. Just need to get on with dtd now!

Kiki18 · 22/01/2017 18:15

Thanks footy - think you are right in hindsight sharing the dodgy test might have been a bad idea, he seems a changed man now!

Thanks tee - it's my second cycle, as I have to take meds to make me ovulate initially I didn't have my 1st until 5 weeks after the mmc plus I have longer cycles! Your symptoms sound good I am so hoping for you buddy xx

Thanks jam! I'm terrified!

Thanks beagles he is better now thankfully. Hope your antibiotics work now they are trying some different ones and it sounds like you needed a good rest! A friend of mine used to swear by ecchinacea for immune system boost, not sure if you want to add to your vitamin repertoire though bless you. Hope you are feeling well for DTD and fingers crossed xx

physicskate · 22/01/2017 18:26

I finish next friday beagles and I can't wait!!

Kiki very glad Mr Kiki has stopped being a knob!

TMI but Huge globs of EWCM in the last two days, so don't think I've oved yet... dtd last night. Even though we are just not trying not preventing, I am still obsessed!!!! Doubt tonight will be a hit, maybe I can convince tomorrow night? Looking at past months I get EWCM two days before ov... so tomorrow or the next day I would think. Neg opk, so not quite sure what is going on!

MotherOfBeagles · 22/01/2017 21:34

Ah I'm glad he's calmed down kiki. I'm so excited and keeping my fingers crossed for you! I have tried echinacea but it made me ill =\ my stomach is really finicky.

Keep trucking kate 5 more get ups! Hope everything goes without issue for you! Also fingers crossed you dtd in time! I'm back at work tomorrow, dreading it really am they don't make life easy or comfortable at all.

Footy1 · 23/01/2017 15:07

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is well. First new episode of call the midwife last night- made me cry, so would love another baby :(

Kiki Hope news has settled in and you are feeling relaxed you have your bfp. Is Dh excited?!

Nim thinking of u, hope is still ok. How u feeling?

Beagles- no not heard of that before- looks good though. I'm obsessed with my fitbit as it is so I def don't need anymore devices!

Mimi so sorry for AF. Do you use opks? I can't remember?

Teehow u doing? Any testing yet?

Kate- nearly there! When do u start new job? Hope u get some time off before?!

Jam- do u think u ovulated?

Cd11Star
It's been 3 days of a good atmosphere. We've been talking loads and continuing with counselling both together and separately. It's definitely going to be a long slog and probably lots of heartache along the way. Managed to dtd a couple of times which has helped draw us together and talking. I can't let it stress me out about which is good day etc to dtd as enough going on and i can't manage his mood, my mood and a convenient mood! Hoping this laid back approach might benefit us.

Still writing my journal - quite scary when I flick back through pages as can't believe some of the stuff I've written. I get very deep and low when feeling crap so it's a bit depressing to read I actually sound depressed! Hmm

Haven't noticed much cramps, twinges or cm change though so far so guessing I'm still pre- ovulation.

Tee4me · 23/01/2017 16:22

CD1 Cycle14 (I think)
Just so sad 😪😪😪

Londonjam · 23/01/2017 16:52

oh tee :( I'm so sorry lovely lady. I know it hurts so much now but you will feel better and stronger in a few days and it won't be long until you are trying again. You have got your BFP before and you can do it again

footy really glad to hear the atmosphere has improved - long may this continue

mimi sorry you are having such a tough time of it too. How long have you been trying now?

Kiki18 · 23/01/2017 19:27

Hi all,

Thanks beagles hope you are starting to feel better now. Not heard of the bracelet but might be worth a try..

Footy - glad you are still going on the journal it seems to be helping and is a good outlet for all those feelings that shouldn't be bottles up. Glad things are settling down FX for you. Dh and I still nervous about what could happen but news has settled in now - he even defrosted my car for me this am hope he keeps this niceness up!!

Oh tee I'm so sorry I was convinced my cycle buddy would turn into my BFP buddy.. as jam said you absolutely can get your bfp again xx

Thanks Mimi and I hope you're right I hope the good luck rubs off on everyone too it'd be so lovely to see another BFP on here!

Kate - FX for you my lovely - we DTD on the Thursday + Saturday and I think I ovulated on the Sunday so your timing sounds good!

Hope everyone else is OK xx

physicskate · 23/01/2017 21:08

Positive opk!!!

Had a terrible day. I got snubbed by my headteacher. Normally they give people leaving a card in our staff meeting and say thanks etc... instead there was no mention. Kick in the teeth after 4 and a half years! Not even a thanks for working 60 hour weeks (6 months for free at one point). I'm well rid! Start my new job at the end of Feb so I'm off to visit my fam in California next week to just clear my head and get some space.

Londonjam · 23/01/2017 22:00

That's so shit kate how rude of them. Your legacy there will be the fabulous lessons you gave those kids who will all have learnt so much from you.

How are you feeling kiki?

Footy1 · 23/01/2017 23:10

One for you Kate! Don't let their rude actions leave a nasty taste. Hold your head up high... onwards and upwards.

SQUARE ONE TO GRADUATES! Over here! Let's go find those BFPS!
Footy1 · 23/01/2017 23:12

So sorry tee Flowers you must feel so disappointed. Everything was looking so promising :( xxx big hug

Tee4me · 24/01/2017 08:19

Thanks everybody, I think I'd got my hopes up a bit. Oh well.
Beagles I've never heard of that bracelet! Really hope you get fully well asap.
Footy so glad things are looking up with DH. Definitely a long slog ahead, but sounds like you are on track and heading in the right direction. I think having a more relaxed approach is a great idea.
Jam I'm sure you are kicking back chilling in the 2ww. Keep stress levels down. I was reading that cortisol (stress hormone) can occupy receptor sites for progesterone in the body if levels get too high, so sounds like to keep progesterone high you need to give it the best chance by keeping stress low. Food for thought!
Kate that is disgusting behaviour from your school! You are well shot, definitely confirmation you are doing the right thing moving on.
Kiki really hope you are feeling good and bean progressing nicely!! Enjoy this time, you so deserve it after how long you've waited. Gives us all hope it does happen eventually.
Mimi so lovely to hear from you! Hope you are good! We aren't far apart in our cycle now.
Nim hope all good for you too.

I often think about Parney, Radders, Jodders etc too...

I have ordered my opks and some 'conceive plus', couldn't ignore those reviews!! Think we will go for a 'little and often' approach this month rather than go crazy in FW. Although I would still be keen to hit OD-1 and OD! We have a spa weekend this week, so that be a nice start, plus I can enjoy the sauna etc now x

Londonjam · 24/01/2017 08:58

Thanks tee I'm trying to stay chilled, doing my daily yoga and keeping distracted. I swear every month I forget how long the TWW is. Can't believe next cycle will be cycle 15! I was considering exaggerating a little when we see the specialist and say we've been trying 18-19 months - I've got a feeling it might be 2 years before you can have IVF.

Glad you are bouncing back, you are a very strong lady and I'm sure you will get your BFP for keeps soon.

Tee4me · 24/01/2017 09:16

Go for it Jam, I wouldn't blame you at all for exaggerating. I think getting the ball rolling with that will help with your morale in general anyway. You wouldn't be entitled to IVF if you already have a DC I guess? I'm just wondering if/when I should re-pursue my referral to a specialist? Although we have technically conceived, I'm still battling in my head between it being bad luck, or some issue which is stopping my body holding onto a pregnancy. I'm inclined to wait a couple more months, and obviously will push for investigations if (touch wood) I mc'd a third time.
