AF due 20th July / 5DPO - Who Wants to Test With Me??

Hello!

Some of these threads are HUGE and I'm feeling a bit lost, so I'd thought I'd make a new one for anyone who is due their AF Wednesday 20th July (or thereabouts!) and are 4/5 DPO.

Symptoms so far
1-3DPO - Nothing
4DPO - sore boobs and lots of clear CM (sorry!)
5DPO - very sore lower back right in the middle, sore bbs + AF style cramps

A little about me... I've suffered x2 miscarriages over the years, one at 6 weeks and the other at 10 weeks (had a D&C). Horrible experience but hoping for a sticky bean this time! So technically I'm trying for my 1st.

Would love to know a bit about you as well and hope we can test together - and try to keep sane while waiting! Good luck everyone

I've read there's a much bigger chance of getting a BFP 10DPO onwards, might be better to test tomorrow to avoid disappointment? Let us know!

I have 2 FRERS and 2 clear blue digital tests at home.. I might test with the FRER tomorrow am.

Have just come down with a sore throat all of a sudden :( not been ill for ages!

I'm tempted to test tomorrow too but I'm scared of seeing another BFN.

If you are going to test, use the FRER. Apparently the digitals aren't as sensitive

TMI but I am really constipated & bloated today. I've also felt nauseous & dizzy but I think that's probably the heat rather than pg symptoms!

skittles I'm a bit confused by my cycle this month but I think AF is probably due Saturday. I have an IC test at home so think I'll do it with FMU tomorrow & see. Fully expecting it to be a BFN... Will you test tomorrow?

poppy I'm only in my second cycle, but only started trying after I had a very early mc 2 months ago.
Have no other children so not help at all.

I caved and tested. BFN, so waiting just waiting for proper AF to show up now.

Thank you for all of your replies. We haven't been trying for that long really - I came off the pill in March. Just think I underestimated how difficult it would be both to conceive and emotionally. Anyway, enough whining AF is here now so on to the next cycle. After this part it's not so bad as I can have few glasses of wine and forget about it for a little while. Will be on school hols now too so hopefully will be a lot more relaxed this month. Sorry for the bfn Janey how many dpo are you? Could it just be too early?

I'm at the point where I wish AF would hurry up so we can get cracking with next month. I'm considering temping to get a better idea of what's going on but not sure if it'll confuse me more/make me more obsessed! Does anyone here temp?

Sorry for the BFNs ladies I don't temp, have just been using OPKs but have also been thinking of trying it. One part of me is curious just to see if it shows ovulation clearly etc but the other part of me says it might not be good emotionally. I don't want to be more obsessed/stressed with it all. I've heard quite good things about Pre Seed. Has anyone tried it?

That's exactly my worry with temping. I think I might give it a go though and just try to stay sane!

How is everyone today?

I started temping after ovulation. Just to see what's it like. Temperatures are still highish wich keeps me going. I'm only one or 2 days late after all

AF is here and I'm definitely out. Feeling less disappointed than yesterday though. Looking forward to a glass of wine tonight and lots more trying next month . At least I know now that the spotting isn't a preg. symptom so won't get my hopes up if it happens again (though I do wonder if it was something trying to happen...).

I conceived my DD on cycle 4, so fingers crossed this time will be quick too. I might try and avoid MN next month to stop me obsessing, but wishing you all lots of luck, baby dust and sticky beans

Poppy it took me 6 months to conceive last time, ended in MC though. Even if you do everything you can, it can still be a waiting game! skittles Ooh, cold symptoms can often be a sign of pg!

Is anyone testing today? I can't keep up!! Totally unrelated but been feeling a bit down about that horrid AF, until I got a £170 tax rebate this morning More money for tests heehee!

So i got a very very very faint BFP on a FRER at 11dpo with my second urine of the day

I can't believe it. i really hope this one sticks this time!

I think ill test again tomorrow and hope the line is darker..
