AF due 20th July / 5DPO - Who Wants to Test With Me??

Hello!

Some of these threads are HUGE and I'm feeling a bit lost, so I'd thought I'd make a new one for anyone who is due their AF Wednesday 20th July (or thereabouts!) and are 4/5 DPO.

Symptoms so far
1-3DPO - Nothing
4DPO - sore boobs and lots of clear CM (sorry!)
5DPO - very sore lower back right in the middle, sore bbs + AF style cramps

A little about me... I've suffered x2 miscarriages over the years, one at 6 weeks and the other at 10 weeks (had a D&C). Horrible experience but hoping for a sticky bean this time! So technically I'm trying for my 1st.

Would love to know a bit about you as well and hope we can test together - and try to keep sane while waiting! Good luck everyone

Aw no!! Curl up with a cuppa and a biccy, and rest lots poppy The Olympics are hilarious - we watched the ladies marathon today and all the commentators did were bitch about every single thing the organisers had done wrong! Really hope you feel better soon, its no fun!

Purple try not to worry its so easy to overthink. I had the implant before and it certainly takes few cycles to "even out."

TBH Ladies I've not been checking a thing, I don't even know what my DPO is as I don't even think I ov'd! The only "symptoms" I've had worth noting is a metallic taste in my mouth and sore boobs (but my chesticles hurt every month so not using them as a symptom anymore! Hmph!) Who's testing soon? I'm tempted to test tomorrow, only 'cos AF arrived on the 17th...if she's to do the same again if I test with an early response it might show? Who knows!

Thanks Mighty Feeling a bit better today. I'm going to test next weekend if AF hasn't arrived before then. I'm the same as you as I don't really know how many dpo I am or if I ovulated. The metallic taste is a classic early symptom! I can't really notice anything as I'm feeling so nauseous and tired but think that is just these tablets. Ooh fx for you. Let us know how you get on!

I've decided to nor test until at least my actual period date, I'm trying to behave v like a normal human

Hi everyone, need some advice? No idea what to think. AF usually due in 20th, last month it arrived on the 17th. I tested today BFN. Walking home from work and felt a "gush" (sorry!) Got home wiped and I have pinky red blood. It's very probably the start of AF but its never ever been this early, and usually get cramps etc before hand. My boobs don't hurt anymore and no cramps to speak of either, just this extremely light bleed. I'm going to keep an eye on it, I also feel very "full" in my womb area. Could it be implantation bleeding? I know you won't know but just need to get it out really...I just don't know!!! Could be early Af from the stress this month too.... watch this space

What is it like now Mighty? I've never been p before so don't know much about implantation bleeding. How many dpo are you? Fx it is a good sign.

Hi poppy glad you're feeling better! Glad we're in the same boat of not knowing this month (although the circumstances are rubbish)! So sorry I didn't see your other post in my haste to post lol.

At the mo its (TMI) very very light pink/brown with a few streaks of brown mucus which I read could be a symptom of implantation, but i never had it with my other 2 pregnancies, so I have no point of reference. However I've never been this early before. Normally when I come on, its pretty much dark brown and clotty from the get go. My boobs have started hurting again as well. Trying not to get my hopes up!

Fingers crossed for you mighty. AF arrived today for me, I think I knew from the type of pains. Focusing on the positive, I've ovulated, it's a normal length cycle and it was unusual for me to ovulate so late in cycle. By my calculations we'll be on hols when I next ovulate so perfect timing! Keep the faith ladies, our time will come xx

I didn't experience implantation bleeding with DD so I'm not sure what it's like but keeping everything crossed for you mighty! Do you know how many DPO you are?

Hi ladies, how is everyone doing today? Think I'm about 8/9 dpo today and AF is due this weekend. I've decided not to test until it is late. Will test on Monday if it hasn't arrived.

Aw no swimming! Sorry to hear it but SO glad you're keeping so upbeat! Where are you jetting off to?? Onto September testing with me - ladies it was a huge false alarm, AF reared her head this morning and boy she's not letting up :( I'm so disappointed! And frustrated - my period is becoming irregular and it never has been before. Feel really down about it but i'll be popping by for some hopeful BFPs!!!

Purple I have no idea I don't even think I ov'd - I had no positive results this month (first time using them)! Feeling very down but I knew this month wasn't great anyway. Fx for testing on Monday!!

Ah so sorry to hear that Mighty Ttc is so hard. I didn't get a positive OPK this month either. Just presuming I ovulated as I had ewcm and some pains. Hope you've got something nice planned to take your mind off it all? Fx for next cycle for you. Fx AF stays away Purple

Hi Purple AF is imminent for me I think. Due tomorrow and been so irritable and emotional today so that's a sure sign If by some miracle she stays away, then I'll test Sunday or Monday. How about you?

Pretty much in the same boat poppy AF due tomorrow & I'm expecting her to show! I think if - by some miracle - she doesn't show, I'll test on Sunday. Test pact?

poppy did you test? I used an IC and got a BFN... No AF though so at least my LP is longer than 9 days!

Good morning ladies, sorry for BFN purple Are you only 9dpo? Could be too early to detect anything yet? But no AF is good! I'm CD33 and 13DPO (I think) I've been a bit crampy over the weekend but no AF - yet! My cycles so far have been 25 days, 30 days and 31 days so this one is longest. Just hope if AF does show, it means my cycles are not getting longer. I haven't tested yet - it's been so manic in my house this morning and I'm going out with family soon so can't face the thought of a BFN before that. I might test later on this afternoon when I get back if I can face it? Sometimes I think waiting for AF to arrive is better than looking at the blank face of a test. Does anyone else ever turn into a poas phobe? Or am I just weird?

Ha! I know exactly what you mean about being a POAS phobe. I had intended on buying a FRER today to try tomorrow but I didn't - can't stand the BFNs. I'll just wait and see if AF shows over the next few days.

Very exciting that your AF is late though! I think FMU is best so if you're not desperate to test today, I'd wait until morning. Everything crossed for you!

Thanks Purple Hope there is no sign of your AF. Are your cycles usually pretty regular?

Well still no AF but a BFN Don't know what is going on. Don't think it can be too early to test as I'm CD34 and I think about 14dpo. I didn't get a positive this month on opks though. Was just going off cramps and cm. Wonder if I've had an anovulatory cycle? Also had antibiotics and a UTI so wondering if that could affect it? Feel a bit numb right now.

Oh poppy I'm sorry it was a BFN for you too what kind of test did you use?

We're not out until AF shows but like you, I feel like I'm enough DPO now that if I was pg, I'd be getting a line. I wish AF would hurry up so I can get on with the next cycle now.

Are you working today? Can you treaty yourself to something nice? I've been comfort eating a lot of ice cream recently!
