Hi everyone here is the August bus carrying on from the one I was on previous month with u ladies.
Fx this is a lucky bus!
Had my implant out yesterday and gp said I should be good to go within a week.

Not too sure how to track so hoping af arrives to kick things off :-)

Ttc no 2
Test due date ??
Cycle 3 or 4 (lost track now!)

Thanks misstiggi. I'm overthinking it, though my bbt did gradually drop last cycle from 10-15DPO. I think that's whats worrying me. I did another IC test this morning, and the tinsy little line was there again. I really need to relax and stop getting so het up about this!

McBaby, sorry this is all so confusing. There's no harm in going to see the GP, if they do a blood test it could confirm things either way. In the meantime, hope everything is okay.

What a lovely bus this is!!

Niks is your cycle normally regular. If you're a bit unsure this month I'd try & go off your cervical mucous or better yet just keep dtd every other day then you're covered no matter what.

Hope those lines keep getting darker for you McBaby!

Well after just finishing my first period since March (which came naturally) sooo so pleased bc I'd been working so hard for it with a strict super healthy diet which has (totally insanely & unexpectedly) began to feel normal, plus lots of natual supplements etc. (I have pcos). I decided to temp again - always made me crazy in the past as has just looked like rocky mountains - varying by up to 0.8 of a degree from day do day with never any pattern or consistency. Well so far this is what my chart looks like and I'm soooo excited about it!! No mountains!!! Fingers crossed tight I may actually ovulate this month - the luck of the August bus!! Really hope so

So I've been lurking for a while and have decided it's time to get properly involved - it seems like a lucky post!
I'm 27, TTC #1. Came of the pill (after 12 years!) beginning of June after our wedding. Imignoring the first cycle, so am technically 7 days into cycle 2.
Keeping everything crossed for this month, although a BFP this cycle would mean possibly missing my brothers wedding in Portugal next year... Confused

Daisy111 · 05/08/2016 11:11

Another BFP to add to the lucky August bus! I did 2 ICs this morning but didn't trust them. I have more faith in these!

Dani, that's great news about AF, I'm sure you're on track now, and bloody well done with all that discipline - it's obviously paid off, those temps look great.

I don't really know what to do with myself now. Can't concentrate on work!

Fx for those testing soon.

X

MishyBakes · 05/08/2016 11:33

Yay Daisy! There's no doubting those bfps, massive congrats!

Dani, those temps look amazingly consistent, well done, you sound so disciplined!

Niks2026 · 05/08/2016 11:33

Thanks Dani. No never completely on time. They range between 27 and 33 days. Does anyone else get a little sore Dtd every other day??
Congrats on the BFP daisy! How long have you been ttc?

Daisy111 · 05/08/2016 11:39

Thanks! This is C2. I am massively surprised, as I had blood tests before we started TTC and was told I had mild PCOS, and the doctor basically said 'get cracking because it might take a while'. So I was v unprepared for this! And I think DH is going to have a heart attack...

miwelaisjacydo · 05/08/2016 11:44

Congrat daisy 🙃

sk1pper · 05/08/2016 11:50

Congratulations daisy!!

I've never recorded temp, is it something that will help me? I always get a positive on OPTs on the 14th day of my 27-28 day cycle so I've never really committed to trying anything else but maybe I should start...

McBaby · 05/08/2016 12:13

Blood tests done this morning. Thank fully I have a lovely GP.

I am just scared that the ICs I took which were negatives were false negatives as they are still showing as so pretty much negative. So would the frers have always been positive.

In the positive side I think I ovulated about 11 days ago so darkness is similar to 11 dpo in previous pregnancy. Plus I have sore boobs and metallic taste and I had bad cramping at 6/7dpo. (Or this is all in my head)

peasandquiet · 05/08/2016 15:04

Can't believe how many BFP's on the 5th month congrats to all. I'm not feeling too optimistic this month saying that I've just scrubbed both loo's in preparation for morning sickness, last time around I had serious nausea before I'd even missed a period so now just waiting to feel sick if I am pregnant this cycle. Hope you all have lovely weekends anyone testing?

misstiggiwinkle · 05/08/2016 15:29

I'll be 11dpo tomorrow and thinking of testing but might hold off until Sunday if I can manage it. Spent the morning cuddling a little 6 week old, made me seriously broody!

So many congrats all round!

Monkeyinshoes · 05/08/2016 17:09

AF showed up whilst I was on holiday Angry

We're on a TTC break for a couple of months to try to avoid a due date close to our DC's birthdays.

Hope everyone gets their BFP's soon.

Theknittinggorilla · 05/08/2016 17:49

Congrats daisy!
Sorry monkey, enjoy the break.

BakerJ · 05/08/2016 18:23

Congrats daisy!

Sorry that AF showed up on your holiday monkey.

I'm still holding off testing until Sunday at the earliest but I think I might be out for this month, feeling like AF will definitely be here tomorrow. Sad
At least she's punctual this time though instead of letting me go a bit loopy wondering what was happening like last month.

Guilt free Wine at the pub tonight then.

Hope everyone has a lovely weekend x

BakerJ · 05/08/2016 18:26

Ps tiggi - I'm also off to visit a lovely snuggly newborn this weekend for some cuddles!
It's so lovely meeting them but it does send the broody-ness into overdrive!
Well done you for still holding off on testing X

danigrace · 05/08/2016 18:41

OMG Daaiissyyy congratulations!! So so happy for you! Flowers

Welcome Looby Smile

Thanks ladies, I wouldn't be doing it if I didn't have to, but want to be sure I'm doing everything in my power to make this happen, after all it's pretty impossible to conceive naturally without ovulation!!

Skipper temping just confirms you have ovulated by rising just after ov has finished so can be helpful alongside opks if things are a little confusing - it also drops back down just before AF or stays elevated if you are pg.

Niks the trick is to mix it up a bit so you're not rubbing in the exact same places Grin

McBaby when will you get your blood results?

Monkey sorry AF showed up. Hope you have a relaxing break.

Baker enjoy your evening

McBaby · 05/08/2016 19:54

Blood results early next week but I have just started spotting at 11dpo so maybe it's just left over hormones and af will be here tomorrow. I just want to know either way so I can move forward!

I would love a glass of wine tonight but if feels wrong with a positive test this morning!

babydances · 05/08/2016 20:23

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie on here and I hope you all don't mind me posting. I have been driving myself mad in the 2ww!

It's my second month of ttc. I told myself this month that I would do any tests until AF was late but I have just ended up doing one this evening. AF is due on Wednesday and I think I am about 9/10 dpo. I have done a cheap sainsburys test. I think I can see a v faint line but think I may be making it up in my head.

Baby dust to all.

Thanks ladies xx
