Feeling better, still have occasional dizziness throughout the day, so not sure what's going on. 6 DPO & have cramping & a very very wet feeling down there - so Of course I've been on Dr. Google, which never gives you a conclusive answer, so is always a waste of time, but oh so addicting

Sorry it wasn't your cycle Tee. I completely agree with you about birth control though - never again! I know that's why I'm in this position. I was on the depo & they said when I came off - 2 years for fertility to return... I wish I had know before I got the shot

My ETD is the 23rd for the list Jem. Also I'm totally glued to the Olympics! We are doing amazingly well! So proud the gymnastics is my favourite. It's amazing what they can do. Don't think I've ever been that flexible lol

Footy regarding temps - my first month it went up slowly 36.17 on ov day. Then 36.27, then 36.46'c.
This month it was 36.16 on ov day, then 36.35, then 36.62'c.
Now it's jumping up & down & making a zigzag for the DPO.

How are you doing mimi?

Also, Nim & Tee where do you get 75mg aspirin? Is it prescription only?

I don't tell anyone my baby names either Jodders I just remember the Sex in the City & Friends episodes about friends who steal baby names (also mine are really unique, again they are heard of names just not used often!)

Good news it's lp was a bit longer at 12 days. I'm inclined to think it was a chemical which is a good sign! Just need the egg to implant properly.

After some research I'm going to start aspirin. Busta I bought some from Tesco (just on the shelf, not in the pharmacy bit) 75 mg per day.

Jem my test day is the 12th of Sept, ov day is after the bank holiday weekend so plenty of time for dtd! When are you testing?

Beautiful day today, I'm going out to a nearby village to play in the stream and eat ice cream, then we have friends visiting.

I got another BFN on an ic. Going to use an FRER tomorrow at 11 dpo, but not holding my breath. Cycle definitely triphasic. Boobs hurt a lot less today, almost not at all, so kinda thinking it isn't my month. It's better that way, gives me time to adjust to the crushing disappointment.

kate it's still early so still time. Know what you mean about tempering the expectation / managing disappointment.

I'm technically 2 days late now - but I ovulated late so not unexpected. Still don't really feel anything - a slightly funny tummy, absolutely mental dreams again - skinny dipping in a black lake and trod on an ancient lizard that I thought was a crocodile - really crazy vivid

I did actually think about testing this morning but chickened out. I think I actually have a phobia of bfns now they are so traumatic.

Oh I didn't know it wasn't safe for under 12's Nim! I was sure that's why they called it baby/junior... Doh! So sorry you're back to square one. I'm feeling positive like you, feel like conception could be happening but failing to implant. That's why I feel optimistic about restarting aspirin and doing the acupuncture, want plenty of blood flow to the important parts!! We'll get there eventually.
Kate good luck over the next few days, it's such a nerve wracking time when you may have been too early to test and have conflicting signals.
I'm currently sunning myself on Bournemouth beach! Hoping that our little holiday away from all our building work and hubby away from a stressful job makes for perfect breeding ground for, well, breeding!!

So not feeling like it's my month anymore. Sore boobs now feeling almost fine, though they're still full. So thinking this is just a normal PMS sign for me now, which totally sucks. Gonna wait till 12 dpo I think for the FRER, which should be reasonably definitive.

Sounds good Jem, I really like your names too. They're beautiful and I don't know anybody with them. I'm a bit like you Jod in that I want something different. I've a few names that I like..Finding it especially tricky as I'm trying to name hypothetical, subsequent siblings and I really want them to go well together. We'll probably go for Clodagh for a girl and Liam for a boy as the other names I like have an Irish feel too. If I knew I was just having a boy and a girl I'd choose Rosa Elizabeth and Adam Christian but I don't like any suitable sibling names for these!! So many beautiful names have been ruined for me as I'd be thinking of past students

Just had a moment in Waitrose, felt AF arrive and went quite pale and faint. Walked home with DH in my sunglasses so I could have a bit of a cry. Straight to the loo when I got back - to discover just a load of cm in my knickers cried even more! I think DH finally gets what a roller coaster this is.

So I am going to test tomorrow morning. If AF hasn't come obviously. Keep your fingers crossed for me

No ovulation still, however the cramps continued from last night into today and I got another positive on ic opk this afternoon so I think my body is trying again. Temp was at lowest point this morning. DH was far too tired apparently last night so bit worried we have had 3 days of nothing. Cheesed off with him! This cycle has turned out to be a nightmare! Forgotten to take pills, timings all wrong, temp freaky low, fancy a gin & tonic rather than healthy stuff every day. Run out of sticks to pee on! Feeling irritable

Busta, glad u are feeling better. Thanks for your comparison of temps, is helpful. I get dizzy spells and had been doing for awhile. Turns out I'm anaemic and gave low blood pressure. The wet cm feeling is a good sign! Fingers crossed.

Jem - getting excited for you that's a good sign. If u ovulated late I would count whatever your luteal phase is from there. Your dreams are crazy! Made me lol . Wish my DH would get it, he just is tired all the time and very laid back about it. I don't get any sympathy or understanding! I might need to purchase some handcuffs! I'm ok thanks, had a busy few days with the kids and visiting friends in London today.

Tee happy holiday in Bournemouth. I have family in Ferndown and Poole which is close by there. Spent a lot of summer holidays there when I was younger. We went to beach yesterday on Sussex coast, was lovely.

Footy, that does sound like a mean cycle. Hopefully it can get on the straight again rather than being so erratic. However you saying you had a low dip sounds great, I had a 2 day dip (lowest temps in chart) before my ov day!
Maybe ov day for you will be CD 17 or 18 meaning you have a couple of days to get him on board to DTD!

Thanks Tee & Nim I might look at picking some up. Aspirin is meant to be quite good for a lot of reasons so I'm hoping it can't hurt!

7 DPO want to POAS like mad. Last month I didn't even POAS, just waited until AF day to do it but sadly she came. This month it seems as though I want to waste money. I need help I guess it's wanting to see that BFP so badly...
