Parney - so nice to hear from you. Glad all is going well. Can't believe it's gone so fast and you're almost half way. Good thing that you haven't needed much maternity wear yet, although it's when you do you won't get much wear out of them.

Jem-hope u ovulate soon. Lots of swimmers ready when u do.

Jodders- sorry that you still feel so sick, glad you are not still in hospital. Time is flying for you too!

Ps- glad spotting stopped and looking forward to see your scan pic. Hope all goes well and you're able to enjoy your pregnancy.

Pepper- fingers crossed for your BFP!

Kate- good plan of action. Preseed was brill.

Hope everyone else ok, hi to you all X

ps2304 · 02/08/2016 11:57

It was all good news! Said everything looked normal and bleeding just was probably from burrowing in.
Still a few weeks to go until into the safer weeks but daring to feel slightly more positive! Here is our little blob, can't even work out where its head is!!

Jodders · 02/08/2016 12:20

Great news PS! Try to relax now. Easier said than done though. Are you still sickness free?

Parney · 02/08/2016 12:21

Thrilled for you PS.

ps2304 · 02/08/2016 12:34

Very tired but still relatively sickness free yes. No sickness is makes me worry!! I will try my best to relax a bit now.

Crl measured at 13mm
And it says yolk sac demonstrated
What does this mean?

physicskate · 02/08/2016 12:39

Hurray PS!! Early pregnancy can be worrying try to enjoy the lack of sickness and let the good news settle in!

No idea what that means though!!

CD 12 no fertile cm yet. Gonna start the pre-seed Thursday, methinks, just to see how it works!

Parney · 02/08/2016 12:57

At nine weeks for me yolk sac 'present'. I just took it to mean that there was evidence it had been there or still was! But the placenta was visible so I don't think it meant too much at that stage!
Delighted all is well! No sickness is worrying but I had none at all and nobody has been alarmed by this at any appointment! Hoping these next few weeks speed by for you!

Parney · 02/08/2016 12:57

Crl is crown to rump length! So your baby is 1.3cm ☺️ Sounds tight for your dates I'd say? Mine was 25mm at 9 weeks.

Parney · 02/08/2016 12:58

Right not tight Blush

Parney · 02/08/2016 12:59

Crown to rump is head to bum as baby is all curled up.

ps2304 · 02/08/2016 13:06

Ok thanks everyone!

Good luck to everyone else x

Jodders · 02/08/2016 14:19

See I think I'm further on than they dated me again. At 9 weeks o seen a full baby moving and waving and kicking. The only measurement I can see on my scan pic is 7.6cm. That can't be the CRL though although that is what they were measuring.

physicskate · 02/08/2016 14:50

7.6cm! That could be uterus size maybe? Or scaled size of the image taken? Wouldn't a foetus that big be at least 13/14 weeks? Didn't you have your coil out about then? Did you have a period after that?

Footprints1 · 02/08/2016 15:32

All sounds a mystery! I'm making note to check this when it happens at scan.

My friends didn't get morning sickness just every now and then after rich food they felt a bit peaky so I think you might be one of the lucky ones parney & *pS.

Cd2312dpo but think will be Cd1by the end of the day!

Pink spotting stopped on Sunday (10dpo) and brown spotting started today. AF cramps are here..So was totally fooled this month back to the start...

Ovulating far too early is my understanding. One cycle left of clomid.. And just been given another box of 3 cycles from gynaecologist today at my appointment. He's happy with results and says all is working but wants to give the ovaries extra oomph! Says every other day dtd, and around ovulation every day for 3 days. Says early ovulation shouldn't make a difference and that shorter cycles are better than long ones. So on we go to next cycle.... Staying positive even though I'm disappointed it didn't happen this cycle. Bottle of prosecco is in the fridge for tonight awaiting full flow AF.

Busta · 02/08/2016 18:33

Jem sorry you feel so down. I have no words of wisdom but have you tried talking to DH? I find I have to be direct as men don't pick up on cues like women. I hope you manage to get everything sorted Smile As for not ovulating yet - sometimes OPKs don't pick up the surge, they say the only sure way to know is temping. You may ovulate late this cycle - it happens! Keep positive!

Kate Sorry about your chemical. Hoping next cycle will be better for you! I think our cycles are quite similar - AF due 23rd August for me.

Footprints I love a low/no carb diet. I lost 9lbs in 2 weeks before on Atkins! I'm doing it again but it becomes so boring after a while. Meat, salad, veg - repeat. Get's very blah - but it definitely works!
Your signs sounded so promising! Pink CM, I thought implantation straight away - are you temping?

I have given in & got some pre-seed - I'm hoping it'll help as I'm sure I don't have any fertile CM. Given DP the DTD schedule & my game face is on for fertile week which starts on Friday. Come on cycle 11, lucky cycle 11 Hmm

Parney · 02/08/2016 22:43

Jodders my scan says 8cm underneath where it tells me crl. I asked what it meant and it was something to do with how deep the scan is. I imagined I had a thick layer of skin and fat 😂

Parney · 02/08/2016 22:48

That measurement was separate to my crl which was 25mm.

Busta-* only temped when I returned from holiday and it was decreasing to coverline (which is 36.30 for me.) Today it's gone up a bit to 36.46. Still tiny bit of brown spotting mixed with CM this morning but no sight of blood yet. Boobs hurt today at sides. Just waiting for AF to arrive.

Jem- the gynaecologist said yesterday not to opk he said it would drive me a little crazy but I tried that this month and the craziness came from not knowing when I ovulated. I took a guess from when EWCM started cramps started and stopped but not knowing for sure has def made me check calendar a million times counting this and that. I need a hobby to distract me to make me so busy that I'm not thinking it everyday. I don't work now so every day I get time to ponder dates, cm, tests etc..
I'm getting obsessed too.

Hope you ovulate soon, u may have already and have caught the egg so try not to worry. I guess u must b exhausted if you have dtd every opportunity so far!

Footprints1 · 03/08/2016 08:25

Jem- maybe try temping? I can always tell from the reading if I've ovulated or not. Can't remember if something you have done before. Although I did get hooked but now just do a few readings here and there so I know where I am.

Busta · 03/08/2016 08:44

You're still above coverline Footprints, that's promising! My temp dropped way below my coverline & the same morning AF arrived.

My fingers are crossed for you Grin

Pepper2016 · 03/08/2016 09:03

Footprints a higher temp could be good sign! Implantation might have been later so that why you didn't get a positive yet.

I caved and did a IC this am bfn!! Put me in a mood for the day and then sat in traffic all the way to work! Wish I hadn't done one but thought maybe at 11dpo it would be there Sad

LondonJem · 03/08/2016 14:02

thanks bubs, your thoughts are all very kind.

Good news - I ovulated on day 18! woop woop. Finally got a positive stick and felt all the twinges. We DTD days 10,11,14,15,16 and 18 so I think we are covered haha. Phew!

Good luck with the preseed busta, let us know what you think.
footprints god I need the OPKs too! Would feel totally blind without them. When I finally got the positive the relief was immense
fingers crossed for you and pepper - hope we get a couple of surprise bfps.

LondonJem · 03/08/2016 14:04

oh and day 19! we were both so tired this morning but I said oh go on, one more can't hurt... he is v obliging :)

Tee4me · 03/08/2016 14:16

Hello everybody!
How I've missed you ladies Smile
Had a quick catch up. Jem sorry you've had a challenging month but hooray for ovulation at long last!! Footprints thanks for the drama recommendation!! I'll check it out. Also a new series of 'suspects' has started. I recommend that if you haven't checked it out already!!

Tee4me · 03/08/2016 14:37

Whoops posted too early! Anyway, I've really had a month off, no opks, no temping, no wondering what CD I'm on, no analysing symptoms (much!!), kept away from
Google. From my experience this year I've gauged that I ovulate pretty consistently around CD13, so actually I felt quite relaxed in the absence of opk & temp confirmation. Couldn't help but notice changes in CM which seemed about right.
We just DTD roughly every other day for a couple of weeks. The month has gone a lot quicker for it actually. I'll be due on next Wednesday.

I don't know that this is necessarily the best approach, I read a lot about how stress affects conception, and consequently the trade off between the stress caused by analysing all the facts/doing all the tests, and actually how valuable that information is to a successful conception. I think if you have an inconsistent cycle, doing the opks & temps would do more good than harm overall. I've haven't binned all my supplies just yet! Just felt good to be 'free' this month.

I've decided to try acupuncture next month if unsuccessful again.

Hope everybody is OK xxx
