Bfn on frer Sad

Period is due today so I'm just eating her arrival now Sad

ps2304 · 15/07/2016 09:14

Yes still able to eat as normal. It's not that bad yet, I have just noticed it the last two days.

How is everyone else doing? Radders has everything felt better since the scan?

ps2304 · 15/07/2016 09:15

Jem how frustrating. You never know though, she might not arrive still!

Mimilicious013 · 15/07/2016 09:20

Seconding ps ,you never know jem and she might not show .are you having any af symptoms?

SuchaJem · 15/07/2016 10:27

I'm pretty much heartbroken. I had stupidly got my hopes up. Now I don't know what to do. I feel like this has taken over my life and I don't know how much longer I can keep doing this. It's sapping the happiness out of my life Sad

Mimilicious013 · 15/07/2016 11:28

Hugs jem I know just how you feel.it gets worse each cycle and as much as u would like to take a break, it will always be lingering at the back of your head(and you feel you have wasted time).

SendingChocolate over

SuchaJem · 15/07/2016 11:35

Big hugs back mimi. I sincerely hope so so so much that we all get there soon xxx

Tee4me · 15/07/2016 14:24

Oh Jem sorry to hear this. I'm feeling exactly the same. You weren't stupid at all to get your hopes up this month, you've totally been seeing all the right signs! Completely agree about it taking over too, yet I'm nowhere near being able to let it go. It just has to be bad luck, it's got to happen for us soon.
So, let's try and look forward, any new tactics this month? I'm going to stick with the DTD every other day strategy, I don't think you can fault that. I'm going to encourage hubby to do some runs next week, I feel like that might get the swimmers going?! And also drink lots of water and fruit smoothies.
Luckily DH picked my mood up yesterday. He started to be a lot more open/vocal about how much he wants it too. Even said he would consider going for a third, which was completely out of the question a few months ago! Maybe he's starting to realise how special having kids is. Either that or he knew saying something like that would make me smile, and it's all lies!! Ha!
Anyway, AF hasn't shown for you yet, so let's just wait and see...

Tee4me · 15/07/2016 14:26

If I remember rightly, Jodders had a BFN the day she started suspected AF, which turned out to be implantation...

Russkispy · 15/07/2016 14:45

Hello ladies,
Haven't posted anything since my last cycle as didn't want to bore with my little nothings.
For the ones who don't remember me,
I'm 40
DH 41
Cycle #3

And this cycle is another BFN. Sadly. After a few agonizing and frustrating days, the lady AF finally made her grande entre!
Which made it CD34 for me! The longest cycle to date! And I don't understand the reasons for it. I'd on CD15, slight unusual as regularly it's a CD14. For the first time we followed the SMEP plan. In between we flew to Russia to visit my grandma, my DH has never been to Russia before.
And when we got back, the waiting game begun. I had sore boobs since CD7! And still have! Then I had some brown spotting on CD11. I tested on CD14, 15 and 16 and it was BFN. Went to see my acupuncturist on Tuesday and not sure what she did but got my brown discharge yesterday (first sign before AF) and sure if sure, AF landed on me lunch time. Amen!
I was so frustrated for the past few days as I just wanted to know one way or another. So what caused the delay. She made comments about change of scenery and flying. And funny enough in May i had a few flights and my cycle ended up 33days. Hmmm interesting.
Either way, disappointing but mother show must go on.

Congratulations to all BFPs and I'm sorry about all AFs!!!

See you next cycle....xx

CD 5Star

Stunning place to be and enjoying the delicious food. Relaxing too..

Jem- so sorry for bfn, I felt sad reading your post as its horrible getting your hopes up and then to get bfn. Like a punch in the stomach. It will happen for you, and for us all.

We are all in this so let's stick together through these trials and continue supporting each other. It's such a good thing having everyone to bounce off of.

Let's all have a good new cycle! I fell pregnant with my ds around this time of year and was a great pregnancy through the seasons and enjoyed strolling around the park on nice Spring days.

Russ- welcome back, sorry to hear about your cycle confusion but good the accupuncture is helping advising you.

Tee- my DH seems more on board this cycle to. So maybe it will help us out a bit this time when it comes to dtd on the right days.
Hmm

Mimi- I pray too that it will happen. Funnily I went to church last Sunday and prayed for a baby, I felt an instant twinge in my ovaries soon after I said it. So will see.. Hmm

raddersmrs · 15/07/2016 16:11

Sorry to hear people feeling down... It's quite upsetting to read but I know you will all get there soon.

The month we conceived my OH was taking 1000mg vitamin C everyday. It could just have been coincidence but we didn't do that the other cycles. It's supposed to improve and increase swimmers. Maybe your OHs can do that if they're not already? It's something so simple... It was tesco ones.

The month we conceived I did no opks and took three temps. So I didn't to any monitoring which means I wasn't subconsciously thinking we have to dtd now and worrying that we hadn't. It causes stress even though you may not think you are.

We also did it from behind...which we did both cycles I conceived but not the others. Random fact but heh you never know!

I'm not saying these things resulted in it but just things I could think of.

Jem isn't your cycle normally bag on with dates? Is it due today? Any sore boobs yet?

Sending everyone lots of hugs xx

ps2304 · 15/07/2016 16:46

To second radders, I was feeding my DH lots of oranges and we also did it from behind the 4 days around Ov. I really do hope it happens for you all soon xx

Tee4me · 15/07/2016 21:53

Russ sorry to hear you've had a difficult cycle. Let's hope for a more successful one this time.
Footprints hope you're having lots of fun and DH continues to cooperate. One less thing to stress about and all feels less 'timetable' if you're both keen. Hope being away will really give your chances a boost!
Radders/PS thanks for those those tips! DH is on vit C & zinc. I love hearing all the little theories on things that helped achieve the BFP! I'll try anything! It's lovely that you're still rooting for us all xx

raddersmrs · 15/07/2016 22:04

Tee I take a vitamin c and zinc tablet but it's not got much vitamin c in it. Make sure he's getting the 1000mg

Of course we are!! Can't wait till you all get BFPs too. It's disheartening for me too when I hear of BFNs when we are on this journey together xx

OP posts:
Tee4me · 16/07/2016 06:57

Thanks Radders, checked the box and it doesn't give the mg, so assume it's low! Will hunt out the 1000mg in Tescos today. Thank you! xx

Mimilicious013 · 16/07/2016 07:27

Mimilicious013 · 16/07/2016 07:29

SowiiConfused
Hope everyone is feeling better today and all on holiday are having a blast

Happy SaturdayFlowers

Nimisha · 16/07/2016 08:33

Hi all,

Good idea about the gp Mimi. That's a crazy long cycle!

Sorry Russ about the Bfn.I had sore boobs from CD 14.

Glad your enjoying your holiday footprints. I'll live to be abroad right now.

Tee I'm on the vitamin c too, I make it up in the morning (a dissolved 1000mg one) and use it to take my supplements, currently I'm taking vitamin d , a pregnancy multivitamin (because it was cheaper than the ttc one), iron and if I have dtd some cranberry tablets. I'm rattling!

For me, well I cracked and did a ic but Bfn. I'm only 9dpo( or maybe only 8) . Going to try a frer on fmu tomorrow. Expecting AF Monday or Tuesday. I'm working this weekend so plenty to keep me occupied.

Also downloaded Pokemon go (sorry, I'm really a bit of a geek).

Tee4me · 16/07/2016 10:08

Mimi I totally sympathise, TTC is hard enough when you get a fail and have to start back at square one. Can't imagine how frustrating when you feel like you can't even get back on the board!
Nimi sorry about BFN, but you don't need me to tell you it's very early days yet. FX x

ps2304 · 16/07/2016 15:43

Hi everyone, hope you are all ok.

My stomach seems to have calmed down over the last day which is nice! Still going requently but they are not as loose!

It has been replaced with very painful boobs and today a horrible dizziness. I have low blood pressure anyway but I am feeling it today. Even when I am sat down sometimes my head is spinning! Any tips for dealing with that?

Also think I am going to have to get some different bras as mine as too small already. Is that normal at just over 5 weeks?!!

raddersmrs · 16/07/2016 15:47

Jem thinking of you today. Hope you're ok xxxx

OP posts:
Tee4me · 16/07/2016 18:56

Jem what's your AF status? Due yesterday if memory serves me right. Really hope she didn't show.
PS I tend to have low-ish blood pressure. Eating little and often can help stop you feeling to faint x

SuchaJem · 16/07/2016 19:42

Thanks for all the support girls you are all so sweet. So it's a bit strange I'm not sure what's going on. Period was due yesterday - had nothing. Earlier today I had a light bleed and thought okay here we go, got back in the car and had a good cry and got back on with it. Anyway that was it - nothing more since. I'm a bit crampy but nothing like I usually get. So I don't know what is going on! I had written this cycle off.

On the plus side I've had lovely cuddles with 8 week old Thomas today who had a good sleep on me so I'm doing okay.

Do I drink though???

Tee4me · 16/07/2016 21:14

Ooo interesting Jem! Definitely going to watch this space for you. Met up with my twin for the first time since her news. She was explaining how she did have what seemed like a normal light period. Apparently her Doctor said if your hcg levels aren't high enough, you can still have a period whilst pregnant. I guess she would have got a BFN at that point if hcg was low for her at the beginning. Have you tested again? x
