Hi all, I'm starting the July Bus so that we can all cheer each other along even in the very early stages!!

I'm here following the arrival of my AF yesterday so I will now be hoping to get my BFP in July.

My stats: 32, TTC#2, Cycle 2 and CD2.

I've just realised how many number 2's there are in my stats Grin

My cycles aren't too regular following a Mirena removal and a miscarriage earlier this year but I am expecting my FW to start around the 20th of June.

Looking forward to having lots of passengers on this bus followed by lots of us getting our BFPs Grin

Hi everyone,

Finally joining back in with mumsnet after a break following all the hacking.

Stats:
TTC 4
Age 33
Cycle 1
Also not sure what CD is but testing around 8th July?

We have three children close in age and have gotten rid of all the baby stuff but recently decided to try and even the numbers.

Hi everyone, can I join too please? Not massively hopeful for this month as we've only managed to DTD twice in my FW, as Ovia moved it and confused me Hmm but on the two 'highest' days so fx! My stats are:

CinnamonTwist
TTC #1
ETD 6th July, but might wait til 9th as that's a Saturday!
Cycle #1

I did join the June bus but then realised my test date was actually July, so I'm in the right place now! Good luck to everyone for this cycle!

Hopping on board for support.

I'm 34, ttc#1, cycle 5. Etd 1st July. Ish.

Currently cd15 awaiting ov and BDing alternate days. Using a CBFM which has given me a few High days so hoping for a Peak tomorrow so can have a final "shot" and then rest. Romance and sex drive both out of the window but shared sense of humour still intact!

Good luck to all and solidarity to all in the tww, it sucks and drives me to distraction every time!

Evening ladies,

Just checking in to see how everyone is getting on, have been a bit quiet here whilst waiting for AF to buggeroff but officially starting cycle 2 now. Though may be out for July already as Ovia has put my peak fw when I'll be away at Glastonbury Angry

Hello to everyone who's hopped on board in the last few days, and Happy birthday bertie!

Thanks babydances - who knows, it was a weird cycle, with what seemed like inplantation bleeding too - I've never spotted between periods... Anyway another cycle, another try and some Wine tonight! I can't believe you're still waiting - what a rollercoaster! fingers really firmly crossed for you!!

Hi, Trying, we have matching stats! Except my ETD is 15th July. :)

Af has arrived! Very weird cycle, no idea what's been going on but new cycle started, hurrah! I am feeling optimistic for some reason. Going to try to hang on to this feeling during this cycle!

Good luck to all, can't wait for some bfps to start popping up!

Sooz I would love a BFP this month; Spring is a lovely time to have a baby!

We are doing the SMEP this month for the first time.

BertieBotts · 17/06/2016 08:02

Yes spring would be great :) mine and DH's birthdays are summer and DS is autumn so spring would break things up a bit.

Hi everyone I'm on CD9 and waiting ov but to be honest just trying to BD every other day. I seriously thought I was preg last month and I wasn't, I had new symptoms and felt different so i hope in a way it means I won't obsess over every twinge this time and if I get those same symptoms I won't get my hopes up. The only symptom I'm going to rely on is a positive pg test!

Barefootcontessa84 · 17/06/2016 08:52

everdene we are going to try SMEP too this month - clear blue ovulation tests arriving soon! Does anyone have any experience with using them? Best time of day to test/how soon to start testing in the cycle? SMEP says CD10, but also heard if you test too late, the clear blue tests won't 'know' your base hormone levels, so won't pick up the surge. Is CD10 early enough?

Barefoot I think CD10 probably is too late but read the instructions to check. The one I used (dual hormone) was FMU and started about CD7 to get a baseline. Am using a monitor now which is similar. I like the digital ones as it is clearer than squinting at lines for me and also I prefer FMU cos it is usually easier to get privacy then rather than POAS in the work loos or some random cafe or whatever! Good luck :-)

Has anyone taken pregnancy/conception vitamins before and noticed they made you feel a bit sick?

Report
TryingToStayRational · 17/06/2016 15:05

Lelly I haven't but I've heard many people say it. I don't know if that could be due to iron or something like that? I take just folic acid and vit D in the nhs recommended amounts - I get them from Boots who do a tablet with both in. So far haven't noticed any effect except that (possibly coincidence) my eczema seems to have got loads better. So might have to continue taking them forever!

Poor you writer how uncomfortable Sad
I'm pretty sure my af has arrived. My body has been all over the place.
I shall continue to rea son here and will update when things get moving Hahahaha.
My implant is coming out in two weeks after my allergy testing.
It's 10 months out of date and perhaps his is why these last two cycles have been long. Fx

The thrush is unbearable.

I rang my GP surgery today and begged for a prescription without having to be seen as yet again, there were no appointments available.

I gave her all the gory details, she spoke to a doctor on my behalf who then sent an electionic prescription to my local Pharmacy. YAY.

So I now have some hard core, steroid based anti fungal cream to apply for 14 days and I'm so relieved!!

I'm not sure whether I should be TTC at the same time, as it really is a nasty flare up, and I don't know if I could pass it on to DH if we started bumping uglies??

babydances · 17/06/2016 21:14

Poor you writer I think you can pass it on to him as men I'm pretty sure can get thrush. Take care of yourself and worry about ttc when you're feeling more up to it xx
