Radders your DH sounds like a saint! Mine is a stubborn old bugger, but he usually does good in the end, and luckily didn't let us miss yesterday's opportunity! That would definitely be a pre ov/pre AF temp for me! Pretty low. My temp was actually up this morning to 36.33 (from 36.11 yesterday), but I'm sure I haven't ovulated yet?! Will do an opk in an hour or so.
Jem I held out for about 40 mins without nipping to the loo (and after a little pelvic floor workout!). It does go against instinct not to run straight there though!

Jod I have asked DH to try and be sensible about alcohol and caffeine, but diet wise he was never going to budge much! With DS we were both on 'his & hers' conception supplements, so if you're worried about DH getting all the right vits, that could be a much easier way to get it all down him! Having said that, We personally avoided those this time round as multivits can sway blue.

Just read that selenium is great for male fertility, and you know what food has a lot of it?? Brazil nuts! So share those bad boys out ladies! xx

I did an opk and it's going fainter. I have ov twinges this morning so if my peak was yesterday at 2 then I'm thinking I will ovulate at some point today so maybe temp hike tomorrow

Yup that sounds about right Radders! I wish there was a real definite way of telling the moment you ovulate, would be so much easier!
My opk this morning was positive! So I'm thinking I could ov later today or early tomorrow. Usually I would think a temp rise tomorrow morning would confirm that, but I can't assume that, as I had a temp rise today. So glad we DTD last night. I'll be looking out for every single twinge today!!

Thanks Jem, bit of a shame we skipped Tuesday and Wednesday as they would have been very fertile days, but hey ho, could be worse! Will go for it again Saturday evening and maybe one for luck on Sunday
So I guess you're either 1dpo or ovulating today? That positive of yours was early on yesterday wasn't it. Hope you enjoy the wedding!! x

Glad to see those at work with ovulation duty. Plant those seeds! Looks like you have perfect timing.

Summer-, it's so weird as yesterday I too have pains just like AF, been in and out of toilet checking. Have an itchy tingling breast (just one) also. Slight creamy cm yesterday and much more today. What's yours like? How do u feel today? If I go by last ov date I'd be a day behind u. Otherwise the one before would be 13dpo. I think?? Losing track..

This morning was convinced AF had arrived, reached out for thermometer and expected a low temp dip but no it was high - 36.40! So baffled.. My fertility not so friend app is telling me I've had 18 high temps in a row and to take a test?? But I really don't think I am. Already had a few bfn!

Footprints take an IC if you have one! We're rooting for you, promising symptoms, especially CM while 'crampy'.
Don't think we'll find out, I'm thinking girl. Looking back I think I caught my OPK on the way down on April 8th and ddt the next morning 9th and again the following night 10th. Whatever way that has swayed it I don't know!

Footprints I would test using Ic's daily if I were you.

We DTD last night and will likely do it tomorrow night and then my Fertile window is Wednesday - Saturday so will try for Thursday, Friday, Saturday next week. Will depend on when I get a positive OPK too.

AF is gone now thank goodness!

I'm 10 dpo.
It feels abit strange as thinking about it, I haven't had my boobs ache so much before period! I do get really bad boob ache pre AF but this is 10 days prior already. Then the little cramps yesterday. Cm is also present but then I've never noticed anything different so don't know if it's the norm. Boobs at the moment are weighty and huge! Just really full! I'm testing Monday with suspect AF on Friday/Saturday! Not had much other symptoms! Increase in appetite but I've just been a greedy guts lately.

Footprints; forgot to say....today I just have the uncomfortableness around boob area and the heaviness. But, it could be down to AF! Who knows!!!!

Opks have gone negative again so just a waiting game. Waiting for the temp rise ... See if it comes. I've checked my temp a little earlier and no rise on there. Dtd today so deciding whether need to do it on morning or whether to have day off and do it on Sunday

Summer everything sounding positive there. Fingers crossed!

Summer/parney- I did an IC and was BFN, missed FMU. So will try tomorrow maybe? I have quite a few IC's. Cramps still here so maybe AF will arrive in morning.

Def am not feeling normal. Expecting a very heavy AF soon.. Or a bug or something?
Weird but today I sat outside for only 10 mins and felt queasy...happened again just now had to go to bed. A little off of food today again - just been picking at stuff. Keep feeling nausea and very tired. Off of decaf tea too. Trying to track back how I felt last period.. I only had bloating and cramps I think.

Me too summer.. If I get a big AF I'm def not symptom spotting next month.

Off to the beach tomorrow if I feel ok! Yay get on the shorts and tan those legs. Soak up some vit D.

Trouble is.. I have no ideas of my dates now so it could be too early to symptom spot and it's just all in my head

Wow three positive opks! Well done radders Sucha and tee!! Get on the DTD, brazil nuts, pineapples etc!

Not a lot happening here.. Just some sharpish pains in my pelvis a little bit ago that lasted about 30 mins off and on... oh there is was again! ouch!

Not holding my breath about any of this. Don't think it will be my month, what with infection and the like! Plus work has become super stressful! I've only just stopped work and I'm in all day tomorrow. Hurumph. Exam season - endless past papers to mark!

I've just done my temperature and it's at 35.08! Hoping that's my drop and it's high tomorrow morning.

Physics sorry to hear work is stressful. That can't help at all. It's hard to stay unstressed at work. I'm really trying my hardest too as I know it can effect things happening sometimes.

Footprints - I knew if I waited until getting into bed I would be too tired so got it out the way ...! What beach r u going to? Are you close to one then?
I plan on chilling in the garden tomorrow with the dog... Relaxing. Although the weather forecast says it's warm but thunderstorms

Thinking probably ovulated today. We have DTD lots but I can't help but think it's not going to happen as I got drunk at the wedding earlier

Huge temp increase this morning up to 36.77!! Hmm maybe my BBT will turn triphasic this month - interesting!!!

Glad I am not fertile this week - both dh and are far too exhausted to dtd all the time - so well done radders in pre-empting that tiredness!!

Radders- I live in Kent , we go to whitstable beach. Supposed to be 23 degrees today. Ice cream and fish and chips on the beach!

Physic- sorry to hear u are busy, hopefully you did enough this month. It's hard to stay relaxed and no stress. I get terrible anxiety in my tummy and half of me thinks that's what all the cramps are about.

Jem- ha ha hope u had a good party! Maybe the drunkeness will do the job! Works for other people.

Temp this morning is 36.3 so think I've ovulated now.

Jem don't worry about getting drunk, that won't affect your chances ... Only a one off.
I keep thinking the same about what I have eaten but then other OH pointed out there are obese people who manage to get pregnant so it can't be everything.

Physics that's promising. When I was pregnant before cp the highest my temp got to was 36.6 ... Fingers crossed for you

radders reckon I'm in the TWW now too but going to keep DTD today / tomorrow to make sure we're covered.

The booze thing - it's partly because it makes me anxious last night I hardly slept, heart racing, anxious thoughts. I think all those stress hormones will probably prevent anything happening.

If it doesn't happen this month then next month I am abstaining.
