So AF got me this afternoon!! Trying not to get down in the dumps (although I just watched 'one born every minute' on catch-up and sobbed!)
Dusting myself off and hoping for better luck in April! A few stats:
Age-33
TTC-5th cycle
DC-1 DS (3.5 years old)
Anyone else at the start of their cycle and trying something new in the hope of a more successful month?!

jod I really hope you get clarity too. It's not nice being in the dark. Maybe try a FRER again as they are the most sensitive???

Cd22 woke up at 4am with pain in lower abdomen. I wonder if implantation should be that painful or af is building up .feeling very low

Jod*-Last month I tried IC which was negative and no line whatsoever even with squinting, blinking, under a lamp, and outside. So the fact u can see a faint line that is still positive.

Radders- I'm still in ovulation stage. Had positive opk fri and sat. Will test today too to see if it's finished. If it's faded does it mean I ovulated fri sat or today?

I'm really trying to be relaxed about everything. I'm trying to avoid buying my local pharmacy out of tests.
Today I don't feel PG or like my AF is coming.
This is so unlike me. Before the mirena I was really regular and in tune with my body. I have anxiety so this makes it 10 times worse.

I'm 9DPO radders and usually wait until AF due to test. Been all sorts of funny stuff going on this month so my hopes are up, I've only IC's in the house though and don't want to test unless it's a FRER this early.

We are moving house today though so I feel a bit hesitant with lifting heavy stuff just in case, so wouldn't mind having an answer either way

Footprints - once you get a positive you can ovulate anywhere from 12-36 hours after. Once the line starts going faded it means the LH surge has stopped. It doesn't tell you if or when you have ovulated though.

On CD 13 I had darkish lines then CD 14 I had a really dark line, darker than control. I think I must've ovulated pretty quick for tests to be picking up positives already. Cd 15 negative.

Mimi that could implantation maybe. They say it can feel like AF cramps.

I don't think I had any implantation pains or signs because I got cramps on Friday and had a bfp on Saturday and it takes 3 days for positive to show after implantation so it must've been earlier!

I did do another test this morning and the line is darker we are so happy.
Just really proves how much more sensitive FRER are! Well to the asda ones which I tried yesterday.

So I tested today on opk and was the darkest line I've seen yet!
The clearblue digital was flashing smiley face on CD14 & CD15 and cheapy opks have been getting darker as u can see from the pic.

So do u think I still got a chance to catch egg? We didnt dtd last night but so far.. We dtd Cd10,12,13,15 (am). Will try tonight too if not too late?

Do I take ovulation from the darkest line? Or 24-36hrs after which would be tomorrow?

Footprints it's quite tough because all your lines have been pretty dark!

Jod it's so annoying waiting for something to happen. Fingers crossed you get an answer soon.

Footprints I would say you could ovulate any time around now so you've already got a good chance but keep going with the dtd and there will hopefully be loads of little swimmers ready when that egg pops out. Are you temping? You should get an idea from when your temperature starts to rise of when ovulation actually happened.

Radders what kind of scan is that? A private one?

Jem are you going to wait until 15 dpo to test then? Fingers crossed for a BFP.

No spotting for me today so far (Yey) but my temp is still up so I think I've missed the boat this month. No dtd at all in the fw. Trying to be upbeat, at least it means a short cycle so I won't have to wait to long to try again. Hopefully my luteal phase will be a bit longer this month as I've been taking vitamin b.

I caved and bought some cheap tests and ovulation tests too! I have never use ovulation tests before

Nimisha according to my calendar it should be from 30th but gonna do my OPK's too to try & pin it down, looking into BBT measuring too

Opks - you should aim for middle of the day. I try and test midday and again at 4/5.

Nope Still no AF. I think when I wiped earlier there was a small brown bit on the paper, very small and that was once today only

Might just do an IC daily and an ovulation test too.

So frustrating Jod!! CD 21 here.. Tmi but a lot of CM. Weird lower pains too! However I would not have paid any attention to these things 2 months ago so nothing major! No more lightening vagina for me either 😂
Jem I'm moving too! Painful!!!! I don't know where any of my things are, so much energy needed but it's a great distraction!
I've been in such a great mood these last few days, ovia suggested it could be an early symptom for me 😂😂

Yea you can get private early scans for £50 or something so we are going to have one.. Just because!

It's really not sunk in to be honest. It's still so early I'm trying not to get too excited. I still haven't missed my period yet either.
