Back to SQUARE ONE CD1! Anyone want to spend April with me?!

So AF got me this afternoon!! Trying not to get down in the dumps (although I just watched 'one born every minute' on catch-up and sobbed!)
Dusting myself off and hoping for better luck in April! A few stats:
Age-33
TTC-5th cycle
DC-1 DS (3.5 years old)
Anyone else at the start of their cycle and trying something new in the hope of a more successful month?!

I'm CD 8 so waiting to ov. Last month it was on CD 15 but the previous two were more like CD 21. This is the first month without a mirena coil though so who knows what will happen.

I'm on vitamin b complex so it's got b6 (50mg) and b12 but only started it today so don't know whether it will have an effect or not.

Thanks Radders! My temp went through the roof this afternoon and banging headache. I don't even think it's ovulation related now, just feel rubbish. Talk about bad timing, wanted to get a bit more BDing in!
So we only DTD CD7, CD9, and CD11 (all days pm only). Then I think I ovulated CD12 but could have been today CD13. Really think that's not enough action for success, so a bit down in the dumps about that. No way will DH cooperate tonight.
Oh well, 2ww for me, and only time will tell!! x

Tee you only need to do it once to be successful and it's near ovulation so you never know. Will have to try and do some gentle persuasion tonight.

Jod the sensible lady in me says not to test, but if I was you I'd find it hard to resist. Maybe Thursday morning? Has it been a week since your first faint line yet?
Tee I feel like we didn't dtd enough in the lead up to O. I was expecting all the BDing to be easier! I'm not sure if tonight is my break night? Near positive OPK Friday at 8pm, so assuming surge was in the middle of the night as was negative by lunch time Saturday! I think if DH suggests it we'll go for it 😂

radders I got the positive Thursday which went back to nothing Friday, plus I had a shedload of EWCM Tuesday-Wednesday. So I really think it must have happened last week.

Is it far too early for implantation? Wonder what else it could be?!

I got my first faint line last Thursday at 3am in the morning. So maybe I should wait til Thursday?

I want tingly boobs!

Generally, I think implantation is 7-10 days after Ov... so perhaps a bit early Jem. (Hence why a short LP is a bad thing...).

Jod, obviously it's your choice, but I think I would try to wait till AF would actually be 'due' - so probably 14 days after Ov.

It's like they're taking it in turns to tingle very slight but I never get this! Unless I'm more tuned in this cycle or something! FMU Thursday seems best Jod.

You're doing so well waiting Jod, I would be testing everyday even though I know my advice would be to wait you never take your own!

Have to ask yourself whether you will feel better knowing or if it isn't darker whether you will feel worse? I always feel better knowing. I can't stand the wondering. But people are different!

I think I'll just have to dtd later in case I'm only ovulating now!! Weird we have same teeny symptoms Jem, long may they last!

My boobs are full on heavy tingling! Wore a soft sports bra all day.

PhysicsKate today is 14 DPO! I'm sure I ovulated on 28th and I had what I believe was implantation spotting and cramping on the 2nd April. That's why I really think the tests should be showing up strong by now? Especially with all my symptoms too.

Jod, I'm very impatient so would probably spend a fortune and test every day!! Think of it like this... If u test tomorrow it might still be a faint line, and you will prob want to test again in another few day. So it's whether u have the spare tests or just wait for the biggest darkest BFP ever in a few days?!

Tee, hope u feel better. Some ovulation pains can be very painful. Or maybe it's a bug/virus thing.

I find my DH never wants it on the right day. Typical eh! Frustrating too.

Jod, I had to wear sports bras through both my pregnancies. That's a real good positive sign.

I don't remember my boobs being this sore with my boys. I sway between wanting to know and being afraid it will be a negative. If the line isn't stronger then I know there's something wrong and I would rather not know that til AF shows. So I think I'm going to wait till Thursday to test as i prefer ignorant bliss over Negative!

In that case Jod, if I were in your shoes (not that I ever have 14 dpo), I would test this morning.... because technically today is probably when one would expect AF to show up!
