Get yourself a digital. I got a faint line on first response later today. Wanted to try another method (as the news is still sinking in) and the line appeared almost immediately but was more faint than yours!

for me I'm glad to report sickness has calmed down with the end of first trimester although now I miss it as at least then I had a daily reminder I was pregnant 😀 scan next week which I can't wait for. nearly invested in a doppler then though I'd drive myself crazy if I couldn't find a heartbeat. will be having some extra scans due to the meds I've been on so a little apprehensive about those. one will be to check baby's spine development and another to check the heart, all around 16 weeks. just keeping everything crossed all will be ok but I guess time will tell. Stay positive is what all the professionals keep saying and for once I'm trying to listen he he he

Hope you're all well. I'm having a down day. Almost giving up with ttc even though I'm cycle 10 the GP probably won't entertain me as we didn't start actively for 3 months of that because of my op. So a few months left until I go to gp. :( seen a few announcements on fb, some haven't been trying either! Its just so heartbreaking xx

Im really not feeling like it will for us, its so difficult too with DH working nightshift. Feeling miserable about everything this last few weeks i think! Even cried last night because i missed my dad (works away for 6 weeks) we are very close and i struggle with him working away but not enough to cry - especially after he has been doing it a year. Im trying to hold back the tears now for no reason lol.

Shes getting better yeah thanks. Still not eating much at all but shes keeping everything down thank goodness

Hang in there Kellz. I know someone who got pregnant on the pill with her first DD but it took 12 months to conceive her second. Your body is just waiting for a REALLY good egg and some great sperm .

You broke my heart when you said u shed a tear. I know this ttc journey is like a rollercoaster ride(has its ups and down).it only gets harder with each new cycle. Be strong hun. If u have had dd, your chances of having another are great. More hugs

Aww Mimi im just feeling sorry for myself! Just getting really fed up seeing people get pregnant even though im happy for them, more so when they havent been trying. I must have been like that too people when i fell with DD as i didnt try for her.

Its been a tough week! Ive been feeling sick for a few weeks so feeling ill is making it worse. cant even stand the smell of food so hopefully if im getting the bug it hurrys the hell up haha xx

kellz I'm seeing pregnant people everywhere too and I know the feeling. And a gorgeous little 5 week old baby in work today omg! Hopefully it'll be us all soon eh!
So I've decided that my cycles are proper messed up since my coil removal, and decided that instead of waiting for AF to turn up I need to see when/if I'm actually ovulating. So I've got a basal thermometer and chart, plus 50 cheap OPKs, working their way towards me. As well as my vitamins! Can't use the digital monitor until the start of a new cycle and it'll be so expensive if I'm having 40+ day cycles.
So feeling a lot more prepared but also nervous that I'll still be here in a years time

Good luck abc, I haven't tracked temp yet but away to do it starting tomorrow again, I'm planning on selling my monitor as its too expensive and not accurate.

Hi #myfriends I'm lurking mostly as I'm really down about this whole ttc business. Found out that another work colleague is 12 weeks pregnant but that she would abort in a heartbeat if there's anything wrong at the 20wk scan and go back to pre-bump life with no hesitation. Then found out that someone we caravan with tricked her boyfriend in to getting her pregnant by coming off the pill due to "headaches" and "forgetting" to tell him...they live in one room of his mums house and can't afford to move out. Why is life so unfair?

Oh yea and I'm on cd17 with no sign of ovulation!!

It's funny how easy it is for those not trying .they don't even deserve it!

Cd15 here and just forced dh to dtd at 2am. Now onto the dreadful tww

Jenni, that must b very hard for u ! The woman at ur work sounds like a bit of ungrateful cow if she's already talking about abortion if there's something wrong with the baby . Very touchy subject I know and each to their own when it comes down to things like that , but I think these things should b kept to ourselves X
Sorry ur finding it really tough at the moment and I know seeing pregnant ladies it very hard when it's all u want it can think about but it will happen hope u can stay strong and relaxed and Mother Nature can take over X

We started potty training DD on Friday hence my absence over the wkend ! Man it's tough eh ! We have made a breakthrough today it seems with a big poo in the potty and she is starting to recognise the need to go and only had one accident today no one else understands y I'm so happy about it lol X fx we can keep this good streak going !
Also washing machine still broken and should b due a new one arriving this week ( can't wait ) Iv bn hand washing small things in the bath tub ! Xx
