I'm on cd21 so less than a week to go. I'm scared to even symptom spot for fear of disappointment .cross them fingers for me.

Hie all.hope you are enjoying the weekend. Woke up at 4am with pain in lower abdomen. Had to take some paracetamol for relief but can still feel some dull pain. Just hoping af stays away. Cd22 of a26 day cycle

I'm 9 weeks from scan, 10 weeks if going by LMP... have felt shitty today tbh!
Yes, I hope the gap is ok, my DD will be 22m when dc2 arrives. She's 15m now and not bloody walking yet so carrying her around is a pain!!

All good here - not really expecting any news in month 1 of properly trying and zero symptoms. So confident that it's a no this month that I'm having a smidgeon of port this evening and went in the jacuzzi at the gym earlier. (I would do this in the tww anyway, I'm a big believer in getting on with lift until you've got a bfp because it could take forever and relaxing did it for me last time!)

When I first joined this thread there were lots of reasons - mostly work related - why I didn't want to have a 2016 baby but I've handed my notice in to spend more time with my son so I'm ready to go now. However, feeling ok about the anticipated bfn this month. I'm sure ill be back to being an ogre again next month

Wow drmum ,you are almost in the 2nd trimester. Sorry for the awful day. Here is hoping it's going to end soon. I dread the sickness too. When is your next scan?

I'm feeling much better today thank you for your support ladies, the bleeding has almost stopped now as have the cramps. I had god awful back ache on Wednesday last week, so bad that I had DP rubbing Arnica gel on it at 3am and have since read that it was probably a sign of what was about to happen. You learn something new every day! Dp and I both feel happy to continue trying straight away. Although, next time, now I have seen the other side result of these early tests, I shall refrain from poas until AF is very late! well i can try!!

Minty glad you're feeling better. Weird about the backache - never knew that was a symptom. It's great that you both feel ready to try again. Haha I admire anyone who can step away from the early tests even though logically I think that's absolutely the right thing to do!!

I spot for a few days before af properly starts so I think I'm about cd16 and had positive opks last tue and wed so I'm about 5 dpo. Have just put my pjs on to rid me of the temptation to walk to super drug and get some early tests

It seems like I have already decided that drmum's little bean is already a girl!! !

Ohno I didn't know it can be a sign either, i just assumed it was because i'd slept funny or something. I say I will refrain from poas early now, but as you say, but following through a different matter!! Keep those PJs on.....

I did end up getting dressed to go for a drive to try and get my son to sleep. No tests but no sleep either. He's sending me crazy today - actually a bfn this month will be quite welcome, not sure I can cope with two of him right now! He's nearly one and had suddenly this week learned how to pull plugs out of sockets and stick things in the DVD player and all manner of other dangerous things...

minty - glad to see you bk and that you're feeling a bit better. I had a missed miscarriage before having my DD and fell pregnant first cycle after that. Apparently, we're uber fertile after a loss so I hope this is the case for you!

Still feeling a bit crap today. Not got a scan date yet, the midwife left a voicemail on Friday to arrange my booking in but when I called bk, the number is dead. Called the community midwife office about 47 times today and constantly engaged!
I really don't mind if it's a boy/girl! I have a sister who is close in age to me so a girl would be nice as I'd hope they'd grow up to have a good rship like ours, but a boy would be great too. Not getting too ahead of myself until at least the 12 week scan is over!

Hie ladies, my joy is slowly going down the drain.started brown spotting and cramps. Still have nausea and even puked earlier but I think I'm out((was so excited))

I'm feeling fine again now after the events of last week. If I I have done this right (and pls correct me if I have done it wrong!) count the first day of chemical bleeding as cycle day 1, I am now CD6 and the bleeding/brown spotting has more or less stopped. I'll be getting my opk's out again in week or so.... And she's back in the game!

I'm ok, now got a blimmin dental abscess so that's killing me! I don't feel too bad. Finally got hold of midwives and they booked my booking in for next Monday. Still no scan date. I'm still feeling nervous and just can't settle!

Ok so despite being entirely relaxed and actually as a mild preference preferring to be pregnant next month, I'm imagining symptoms. Way tmi but I hurt down below, without sounding crude it feels like I've been kicked between the legs near the front rather than an internal kind of soreness. I used to get similar as a teen when I had really horrific periods but only ever had the same kind of tenderness there but only ever on the really heavy days at the beginning. Weird.

"vagina lightening " said someone on another thread. Was feeling that pain too ohno a few days ago. Hope it turns out to be something positive.

Have had severe headaches and have just been to the docs. Turns out my bp is quite high 142/132.taking an early rest.

Eurgh what a horrendous term for it! Did they know what it was all about? Why it happens? I've actually got mild cramping low down too now. Tbh it feels like I'm about to get af - and that wouldn't be unusual for me, my cycles seem to get shorter and shorter and I think I always used to have cramps for a week or so beforehand.

Wonder what's brought the blood pressure up? An early rest sounds like just what you need!

Hey minty - how are you?
I'm ok, been to dentist and turns out my wisdom tooth is coming through awkwardly which has caused a big ulcer and it needs removal but he isn't keen to do that because of pregnancy, so he's filed it down and I've gotta go back next week for more filing... I took my DD and she went absolutely mental when they put the drill on. It was horrendous, she screamed the place down and I couldn't do anything because had drill in my mouth and was gagging! Will have to find someone to look after her next week, no way am I taking her again!

Drmum you've just reminded me I need to book a dentist apt before my free treatment runs out. I had massive issues with wisdom teeth so you have my sympathy! I think actually one of mine caused some kind of abcess and I had to have it out. Agony. And that was with all the drugs!

Think I'm 8dpo here and unfortunately the obsession with testing has hit. Was feeling rather positive earlier - had low cramping and felt a bit queasy earlier. Obviously it was a bfn. Bought super drug early response tests and don't really like them, the window is really small and there's lots of shadow so you can't analyse non existent lines very easily. Really hard to buy frer round here, where do you all get them from? Are there other tests I should be trying? Can't remember exactly what dpo I got a line on a frer last time so not sure when to start getting excited, think it was about 10 dpo so maybe over the weekend.

Love how my initial relaxed state has disappeared st the sniff of a poas opportunity... Sigh.
