Hi (big wave)
So you clicked on here cos you were looking for me (I'm flattered!) or the title seemed interesting!
I'm aware it doesn't really explain anything but we are bunch of lovely ladies all TTC and going ever so slightly crazy with it! For more info see our original thread here -

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2412386-TTC-anxious-over-early-pregnancy-possible-symptoms?msgid=56357000#56357000

And our most recent thread here -

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/conception/2480630-So-its-John-Wayne-vs-Les-Dawson-in-The-Great-British-Pee-Off-and-Prtys-judging-get-ready-to-be-basted-lovelies?pg=1&order=

We are symptoms spotters extraordinaire - you name it we've had it, real and/or imagined Confused
We are here to help, we are all supportive, we laugh, rant, cry, joke, rage, smile, and comfort together. Be you a lurker or poster (established or new) then you are very welcome here. We only have a few rules:

  1. No judgement - we all lead different lives and have different standards and that is fine. You wanna get wasted everyday of TWW, that's fine. You wanna abstain completely, that's fine. We need support, not judgement.
  2. No feeling stupid - we've all had those months where we definitely think we are pg 110% convinced and then AF turns up, don't feel bad about it, it happens. Also we all have different levels of knowledge so no question is stupid apart from the one you don't ask.
  3. On this thread there is no such thing as TMI - we are all adults and we all know how miraculous and amazing... and downright disgusting our bodies can be, it's fine. Share what you want, we will not be fazed.

So that's it, jump in and FX'd for all my lovelies xx

Here it is

Your chart looks similar temps to mine.. how did you get your chart to post tried to do mine and it wouldn't had to take a pic of it

hippybird · 22/01/2016 19:03

Hi Neetie! Your chart has uploaded... If the spike is when you ovulated, then you should theoretically be due for AF 14 days after that.
My temps are so high though. I was 36.9 before ovulation, and have gone up to around 37.1-2 after (if indeed I did ovulate). From what I've read, that's pretty high for pre-ovulation temps. Neetie, what did you want me to look at with your chart? I'll do my best!

prty and Snowy I missed your posts somehow. Thanks for the replies! Snowy I know just what you mean. I've been really hormonal today, and my tummy is all crampy and bloating, which is a sure sign. Oh well, as I always say. Time will tell!

snowy1982 · 22/01/2016 19:05

Exactly hippy nothing I can do now but wait and see

snowy1982 · 22/01/2016 19:43

Sitting here getting very angry with my very likely potential AF symptoms. Blood test results show I did ovulate this cycle and we DTD numerous times in FW. GRRRR

PrtyPsn · 22/01/2016 19:48

Don't forget snowy there's a huge crossover between AF and pg symptoms, hang in there, lovely x

OP posts:
snowy1982 · 22/01/2016 19:57

I know, but it's feeling particularly AF like, although then again I have no idea what PG would actually feel like. Oh well, time will tell

neetie1 · 22/01/2016 20:31

Chart confused me tbh the temp spike was after my so called fertile window but looking back on my chart this is the only month where the temp isnt all over the place..

hippybird · 22/01/2016 20:40

Hi Neetie, the spike should come after the fertile window. It signifies ovulation, and the week before is when you need to fill up with sperm!! But I assume you already know that! Your chart looks good to me. You should know if your period is later than tomorrow! Not long to wait now! X

PrtyPsn · 23/01/2016 08:10

DBAFD 6.... might as well be 60!! No idea why I'm so impatient this month!! A little tenderness found during yesterday's routine boob poking, not full on soreness but uncomfortable.

OP posts:
hippybird · 23/01/2016 09:19

Eek! DBAFD 2... at least the wait is nearly over. I've been feeling like I'm going to get my period for the last few days, but no sign yet. Temps still up. Swear my boobs look veiny, but can't remember if they always were. I've got two friends round for lunch today, at my invitation, who both have new babies, who I'm introducing to each other, so they can hang out over maternity leave. It occurred to me last night that it might be a bit difficult for me! Although they both know we're trying, and I'm very close to them both. And I am happy for them that they've had their longed for babies...

Prty - ooh, boob tenderness!!

Neetie any news?

snowy1982 · 23/01/2016 09:30

DBAFD3 - this is going to be the longest weekend ever

hippy that lunch could be tough on you but it is also a really kind thing to do so well done you Smile

PrtyPsn · 23/01/2016 09:37

hippy that's an amazing thing for you to do, especially considering your own situation :) get your mitts on those babies to kick your ovaries into action lol!!
snowy I'm right there with you... sure the clock is going backwards! Was tempted to way to early test today - bear with me - I know it would be BFN but thought it might stop me obsessing over the 6 day wait so much... help!!!!!

OP posts:
hippybird · 23/01/2016 09:51

snowy and prty I'm right there with you. My strategy is to keep really busy!

prty stay away from the tests!! You know that it will DEFFO be a BFN - just for now at least. Aren't they only useful to test from BDAFD 5? But I do get your logic. I am tempted, BUT, at the same time, want to enjoy my weekend, and not have to deal with a BFN.

Right, gotta go cook some soup and make brownies. And thanks you guys. Will try and hug those babies extra tight today! I actually do love giving babies a cuddle - don't find it too upsetting weirdly. I feel positive it will happen one of these days. Not just for me - for all of us!!

neetie1 · 23/01/2016 10:09

Well was woken at 6am by terrible cramps was convinced that af was on the way but normal (for this week anyway) coloured swab and nothing on wiping. Has now been replaced by feeling quite sick and dizzy, buying more tests today and testing in morning. CD 30

hippybird · 23/01/2016 10:19

Aaaggghh! What's wrong with me! I immediately went off and did a test (IC) and got a BFN! Why did I do it!? It wasn't FMU, so not even sure how accurate it could be. Help! Could I still get a BFP? I felt so sure this month... Sad

neetie1 · 23/01/2016 10:21

Of course you could hippy I tested twice this week both before af due and nadda one wasn't FMU now getting hopeful this is it because of the cycle day plus how I'm feeling

hippybird · 23/01/2016 10:21

Sorry for not responding to you Neetie! Good idea to test in the morning. I may join you! Fingers crossed! X

MrsFlowers82 · 23/01/2016 10:38

Hi all! What is going on this month?! - we are all going crazy! Still no AF here! Don't think I am PG as no other symptoms (keep prodding my boobs and checking for veins - nothing out of the ordinary!) Do you think I could have just OVed later this cycle? I also thought it could be maybe stress related but after the end of last year and everything we went through with my mum, I finally felt calmer! Can you just skip a period? Not sure I am going to POAS tomorrow... Think I will just wait it out. When is anyone else going to test?!

PrtyPsn · 23/01/2016 10:44

Argh hippy what are you doing?! It's like you're encouraging me!! Piss sticks down, ladies! Piss. Sticks. Down.

MrsKittenPie · 23/01/2016 11:13

How exciting for you all!! I really am keeping my fingers crossed for you all. I think you're all going to get bfps Grin
hippy you're still in don't worry. This early and not fmu would be a bfn either way but a test tomorrow morning could be a bfp! And I think you're ace for doing that lunch today.
mrs - do a test! It sounds so promising.
neetie - good luck for tomorrow's test.
It's just going to be me left on this thread isn't it?! You're all getting your bfps in the next couple of days and I'm going to be left talking to myself.......

snowy1982 · 23/01/2016 11:30

Earliest I am going to test is Thursday. AF due on Tuesday, IF doesn't arrive then will buy test on Wednesday and do it Thursday. That's 2 full days for late arrival. Ideally I would like to wait another couple but don't think I could hold out. In reality I probably won't be testing at all as am sure AF is on the way so don't worry kitten you will still have me to talk to

MrsFlowers82 · 23/01/2016 11:47

Awwww Kitten don't worry lovely. I am pretty sure my body is just playing up to annoy me! I will be here next month in sure!

As for the rest of you - surely one of you will get a BFP!! I am crossing my fingers and toes for you all!

neetie1 · 23/01/2016 14:41

Argghhhhhhhhhh i really just want to scream..felt crap all day..dizzy/sick/cramps get home from food shopping and there is blood in my knickers and when swabning...needless to say I sobbed ..a lot.
Now I am just scared because it's either a chemical or something much worse, just as well that smear test is on thursday.
