What do you think to this-I think I'm possibly imagining things: had coil removed 3 weeks ago, we have only dtd once since Shock that was 2 weeks ago, and the day after I had what I think was ovulation pain and ewcm. Over the past few days I've noticed my nipples have been a bit tingly and feeling very full, ive had odd twinge and yesterday I really felt like AF was about to come, but hasn't. I've just noticed my sense of smell is more sensitive too. I poas yesterday and got bfn. Do you think I'm imagining it? It would be quite lucky to get a bfp on the first month esp with only dtd once!

Jaunty pre-seed is a fertility safe lubricant, conceive plus is another one. Normal lubricants contain spermicide which makes them unsuitable for ttc, you can get it off amazon.

I had completely forgotten what a complete bitch post-ov progesterone is! After 3 years without proper period due to the implant, I'd forgotten all about the side effects of the post ovulation progesterone surge. My boobs feel like b - cup bags of pain! I may (absolutely did) have had a slight (massive) downer mood swing yesterday too! I've felt headachy and sick today, but at only 5dpo I knew it couldn't be anything like bfp because it's just way too early. I worked myself up worrying that could be ectopic or the start of af way too soon and then I remembered. It's progesterone. Progesterone makes you all like this and preconception vitamins can make symptoms worse! I feel loads better just knowing that. It means my body is behaving as it should and whether I get my bfp or not at least I know I'm ovulating and the contraceptives have left the building, so to speak. The spotting yesterday was only a little tiny bit of browny red followed by pink cm. I've had a bit today too but it's that bitch progesterone isn't it? Grin I can relax now. For a few days anyway. Thank you so much for putting up with my crazy. I feel so much better after coming on here and reading everyone's posts.Flowers

Wow, we've been on holiday for a week so just catching up but loads of BFPs on here!!

The 2ww has officially started here, only managed to dtd once on holiday in my fertile week as DD1 was sharing a room and was mainly sleeping in our bed so made it impossible. I think the one time we dtd was the day I ovulated so hopefully we will get lucky...only 10 days have driving myself crazy to go before I test!

Vikkijayne2507 · 04/10/2015 23:12

Looks like af imminent tested yesterday bfn very moody emotional slightly crampy and tearful. Bleeding seems to be a tiny bit heavier but one app says not due af until 7th ( due to long 31/2 day cycle last month) so a whole week of spotting followed by af it seems woop de doo. Technically not out but betting full on af tomorrow

simplydivine05 · 05/10/2015 07:53

Vikki if you tested 4 days before af is due you could just be too early so don't lose hope.

Congratulations lemons

Violet thank you I'm definitely going to try pre seed this month as I'm now on cycle 13 & I've tried pretty much everything else.

I tried soy the last two cycles & it just made my cycle longer and turned me into a moody cow. I have my second fertility bloods test today. I hope the results aren't bad.

lilygirl81 · 05/10/2015 10:11

weechops it could still be too early...

Vikki fingers crossed that it was too early and this is just weird spotting before your BFP

KittyandTeal · 05/10/2015 10:59

I think I'm out. 9dpo and I'm spotting. My luteal phase is around 10 days with spotting the day before so it all points towards af. Getting a bit fed up with my body not giving me a chance. I'll take myself off to the doc at some point soon once af arrives.

lilygirl81 · 05/10/2015 11:23

Kitty Definitely get to the doctor, I think lengthening the luteal phase is an easier one to fix, but sorry it looks like AF is on her way

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 05/10/2015 12:22

Weechops it's not over yet. Fx for you.

Kitty have you tried Soy? It definitely lengthened my LP it's just that mine didn't need lengthening so it's wasn't for me. There's a whole thread on mn about it. If you ask the girls on there they know lots about it and quite a few have got a BFP with Soy.

KittyandTeal · 05/10/2015 12:36

Yeah I've booked an appointment on weds. Either way I can use the appointment, even if by some outside chance, I get a bfp.

I've not tried soy but. Have read the thread. I have a few other mental health issues as well so I'm a bit funny about taking stuff without asking a doc first but it will definitely be one of my questions.

By the sounds of things, because my usual is 10 days I seem to be on that line between normal and short. Although all the stuff I've read says it takes around 10 days for an egg to get to the uterus and implant so if my hormones are crashing out before that surely even a fertilised egg wouldn't have a chance.

So this time next week I'll know either way, trying not to symptom spot because I get really bad pms so the signs are similar - moody, cold symptoms, cramps, tiredness, sore boobs, dizziness and I'm normally sick a couple of times before af aswell - the joys of being female !! How's everyone doing today ?

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 05/10/2015 14:24

Hi Amanda I'm a mum of three boys too. We are ttc #4. DH and I are both one of three & agree it would be nice to have four. How old are your boys?

weechops, my updated stats would be
Thisisbonkers - age 33 - ttc #1 - cycle 11 - testing 31st oct
due to my ridiculous 12 cycle last time round Angry

Thanks for doing them all Smile

Vikkijayne2507 · 05/10/2015 15:37

Temperature took an expected dip under cover line. I'm now trying to decide if af has started or if I to wait a few days until proper flow starts.

I've come up with a werid scenario of what could've happened. I started the spotting at around implantation time. Maybe I conceived it started to implant but body said nope that's a bad egg and it never implanted properly and started to shed but the cycle hormones hadn't kicked in as too early so didn't get full af which is still to come?

Vikkijayne2507 · 05/10/2015 15:37

Or my body is being a bitch one or the other :)

BeauticianNotMagician81 · 05/10/2015 15:39

Amanda my boys are 10,9 and 2. I would love a girl and when we first started ttc I was even trying ways to sway for a girl. Now though I don't care. A girl would be lovely but I just want a baby after 13 months trying Sad

lilygirl81 · 05/10/2015 16:43

sorry if TMI, but just went to the loo and have huge amounts of ewcm, literally falling out me, so have sent DH a text to let him know he is required when I get home

KittyandTeal · 05/10/2015 16:52

Lily I had the same this month. To the point I actually went 'yuk!' And my toddler came running begging to see what was yuk! Blush

lilygirl81 · 05/10/2015 18:13

kitty you never get warned about that kind of thing!
