glittery I've also cut down on alcohol and coffee to try to give my body a chance. We are at the doctors tomorrow for our last lot of results. It looks like the issue is with DHs sperm, his samples are too small. We probably therefor need IVF with ICSI, which due to costs I would expect we need to go to Europe for.... We've had no sign of a BFP in a year and a half :( it's been tough. But these ladies have kept me going!

Thanks Boris, I'm going to go for a lovely dog walk tonight, and then after that it's only half a day to wait before my appointment.

I left a message on the clinics voicemail this morning asking for a call back which I'm yet to receive... Not sure whether to bother trying to call again on my lunch break or not. Xx

Boris - go for it. You have waited LONG enough. It's time to get serious and get out there and get your baby. Europe is on our doorstep, cheap flights at a moments notice, sod the money Boris. (Me and DH re-mortgaged over the summer to free up funds just in case). We was even prepared to move home if we needed to downsize. You wont regret it. You will notice a MASSIVE difference in how you are treated compared to NHS. I promise you, once you make that consultation you will feel so much better and proactive. Go get your baby Boris! ((Ask for prints of all your test results tomorrow - that will save you repeated test fee's)).

Sammy I am bloody rooting for you and Lucie I cannot express how flippin happy and excited I will be for you both when you get your long overdue BFP!

I had one. It was £45. She said she wanted to see me once a week. I couldn't afford that. I figured I could spend £45 a month on a swanky gym membership and it would probably do me just as good.

I felt good afterwards - I did have a real sense of calm...or was it shock. lol

I am very iffy about these things - was it just a placebo effect? Who knows. All I know is that when the acupuncture needle in the middle of my forehead started to bleed a little I felt a right twerp and I felt a bit robbed handing over £45 for the privilege! Confused

Where are the stats? Can I have a peek?

Haha it is pricey isn't it! I love it, and have noticed physical effects dh reckons my boobs look perkier so that's a bonus Grin

bean if it works lovely keep at it! What else are you trying to treat using acupuncture? Luteal Phase length? It's a shame holistic therapy is so expensive! Now if my GP could refer me - would I try it again...not sure. I think I will sit firmly on the fence on this one! Brew hurrah for perky boobs lol :D

Bean I had acupuncture earlier this year and I loved it! Did it do anything to bring my cycles back? Did it f**k, but I still loved it. It made me feel tingly and relaxed. I'm not sure I would start going again, but it helped to chill me out a bit and made me feel like I was actually doing something, when my body was doing nothing.

nervous It is indeed my second at 150mg. Last cycle, I had one night of horrendous hot sweats. I woke up hotter than the sun and absolutely soaking through. Luckily, it only lasted a night. Apart from that, nothing of note. Smile

Does anyone know what happened to the stats? I have loads of time of my hands and generally do fuck all at work so am happy to do them. Unless if someone else is doing them in which case I will back the fuck off!!! :D

Had pink when I wiped me flaps earlier after taking a much needed piss. Cant wait to get home and chill the fuck out.

I had some acupuncture earlier this year too, had 7 or 8 sessions to try and get my cycle back, didn't work but I did strangely enjoy it. Especially the cupping she did on my back first, was like a strong massage. I only finished as the women I was seeing ironically went off to have a baby of her own.

I had a couple of reflexology sessions too, also very relaxing and I know other people swear by it for fertility reasons, but I just couldn't keep up the cost and space in my diary. At the time I thought I'd rather put the money towards regular massages as I love them and they make me relax, but of course - I haven't! Hmm

Very interesting to hear about all the acupuncture, it's not something I've tried but maybe it's worth looking into?
TTC can feel like quite a passive thing sometimes, it's nice to feel like I'm doing something about it.

glittery mummy was doing the stats but after she got up duffedded we were supposed to update our own... I can't unfortunately as I use my phone and can't edit Google docs on this. They are on a Link somewhere, if you could keep them updated that would be fab.

32 weeks glittery! The end is in sight! I wouldn't call it plain sailing as I've had some quite poorly moments, but obviously I am mega grateful to experience pregnancy, the rough and the smooth! I hope you will all experience it and the sooner the better Flowers
