We are here to help, we are all supportive, we laugh, rant, cry, joke, rage, smile, and comfort together. Be you a lurker or poster (established or new) then you are very welcome here. We only have a few rules:

2. No feeling stupid - we've all had those months where we definitely think we are pg 110% convinced and then AF turns up, don't feel bad about it, it happens. Also we all have different levels of knowledge so no question is stupid apart from the one you don't ask.
3. On this thread there is no such thing as TMI - we are all adults and we all know how miraculous and amazing... and downright disgusting our bodies can be, it's fine. Share what you want, we will not be fazed.

Shary there's still time! With #1 I didn't feel anything until 4 weeks (tiredness/sore boobs). Didn't get BFP until week 5.

So I finally get back on Ovia and it's frickin updated my calendar and shifted my fertile window a whole WEEK earlier! So according to that I would have been on day 2 of fertile window yesterday, so I'm just f'in glad we DTD then. I'm on CD 15 today. I've never paid attention to Ov'ing and CDs, just DTD when my CM makes a 'generous' appearance. Would you say that all adds up? It's yelling at me to DTD but OH is out tonight. I guess we've always got tomorrow morning, but I can't see it happening before DS wakes up (we have to time it for early bedtime or early wake up to avoid that!). Crap. I don't know whether to believe the app or not? That's a massive change!!

shary sure am, DBAFD 4 but had possible start of AF yesterday with some pinky/brown discharge on wiping, cleared up today when I wipe but still lurking up there! Along with severe back pain, constant peeing, occasional mild cramping and tummy bug/sicky feeling/churny stomach

Aindy Ovia shifts my fertile window every month. My best guess for my fertile window this month is around ten days before Ovias prediction - guess we will wait and see if/when AF turns up!

Not much to report here! This is a nice stage of the cycle! Just feeling calm and relaxed, and just making my own granola!! V exciting!! Told you I was a hippy!! :-)

Prty FX its not AF

I went to the toilet earlier and there was the smallest amount of pinky/brown discharge in my pants. Didn't get anything when I wiped. Expecting AF to rear her bitch head fully tomorrow morning. Will be kind of glad if it is her as that means I will have hopefully started my cycles again after being off the pill. At the same time grumpy that it's AF and not a little egg implanting in there.

DBAFD 3.
No change in quantity or colour of CM.
Today is the only morning OH is around so POAS - BFN.
Feeling pretty low and I know it's my own fault but I am :( CM must be AF en route.

Oh prty, that is a right bastard. You're not out yet though treacle, still time for a BFP. Massive hug. And what do you mean 'my own fault'! It's ok to feel shitty, it'd be weird if you didn't.

Holding your hand all the way, I'm due on Tuesday too and woke up to period pains today. Bleurgh. Bastard foofs.

Prty I didn't get a BFP with my DD at five weeks PG! You're not out till the bitch shows up.

I'm on CD24 and I've had squat in terms of symptoms. Absolutely nada.

However hopefully this is a positive thing - maybe all those evil BC hormones are now out of my system and I'll have a clear run from now on (and dare I say it, regular cycles!!)

Tried to distract by painting the garden fence, worked ok at first but now my neighbour is on her garden on her phone talking gossiping about some 'silly little slag' who's saying she had an abortion but she knows it's not true cos she's had one, then she starts telling her friend on the phone step by step what happened when she had hers... which is totally her choice but sounds to me like she's bragging about it... heartbreaking :(

prty, we've all been there with the early testing! I definitely would have done the same given your symptoms and wanting to test with OH xx

Sorry I have been away for a few days. Had a mini-breakdown on Thursday when AF arrived ... lots of tears and 'I'm never going to get pregnant!' Feeling much better now and looking forward to trying again this month. Lovely to see the BFPs on the thread whilst I've been away!

Sorry about the BFN prty ... it seems so unfair that we spend the 2ww building our hopes up and then the BFN comes when we're pre-menstrual and emotional!

I've decided a holiday is needed. I'm looking at November and have been thinking either Mauritius or Florida. Does anyone have any suggestions? Bex do you have any recommendations for Florida?

Pirsy we go to Florida (Orlando) every year just for between a week and ten days if it's your first time you would definitely need 2 weeks to see what you want to though.

We have stayed in almost every Disney property and two Universal hotels so give me a shout if you need help there :)

November is a lovely time to go! Usually pretty quiet and still nice and warm without any rain or being crazy hot and humid.

Thanks Bex. I think Florida seems like a good choice because it looks like there are lots of things to do ... I'm quite happy to sit on a beach, but my DH doesn't like that! I'm going to get some annual leave booked off tomorrow and then get planning. This is going to be my distraction from constantly googling TTC stuff!

It's a great distraction! I haven't thought about TTC anywhere near as much when I've been planning holidays.

Prty sorry to hear you're feeling so low today. How did OH take the BFN? Told hubby earlier that I think AF is pending & he looked/sounded disappointed. I'm really hoping it hold off until Wednesday/Thursday because then I'll be 12/13 dpo which means I'll have a luteal phase which sits in the 'normal' range (I suspected it was 9-10 based on my last cycle).

Hmmmm, just read that a luteal phase of 10-16 days is considered normal (I thought it was 12-16)....anyone know much about this?

He was disappointed shary but he's really laid back and positive, he knows it will happen at some point and it doesn't seem to faze him... if only we could bottle that!!
I don't know much about LP but remember reading 14 days was average but 2 either way was considered normal

Well, I appear to be getting the same odd cramps as last cycle (tops of thighs/hips). I really hope it doesn't last 3 weeks again. They only stopped once AF arrived!

I think that TTC men suffer from the equivalent of PMS. It's POS (Pre Ovulation Syndrome). They all seem to have their bitchy meltdowns at the crucial times. So I've decided not to tell OH that I could well be in my fertile days a week earlier than expected, and see if it makes a difference when the pressure is off...

Strangely enough my weird discharge has disappeared, I'm so confused!
I don't always tell OH when it's time, sometimes I mention it in passing or as a funny quip about 'making a difference this week' sometimes I say nothing, I have before told him when I've been worried we haven't done it enough and my womanly guiles haven't been as tempting as a warm bed and comfy pillow!

Hi all! prty, sorry about the BFN, but as Aindy and Bex pointed out, you've still got time for a BFP, you're not that likely to get a BFP 4days early anyway. Still crossing my fingers for you, and if the bitch does show up, we're all here for you!! x
