Welcome to the thread for TTCers who track too much, spot to much and use most of our expendable income in Internet Cheapies.

Cycle 5 or 55 we don't care this is a place for your hopeful twaddle and necessary pre-conception ranting.

Hello!

AF is due on Tues 21st July for me. This is cycle 5 TTC although DH likes to say cycle 4 as one cycle I had thrush at the time of ovulation so we missed the bus.

I try not to symptom spot but for the first 6DPO I had mild cramp and lower back ache similar to AF but I've never had that ever except for the day before AF arrives, CD1 and possibly CD2 so hoping that's a good sign?!?!

Currently 9DPO and really trying to resist the urge to POAS. Have the FRER ones so technically there's a 78% (the leaflet says) chance it could detect it if I was tomorrow morning...

No other symptoms though but feeling like this is the month.

everythingcrossed2015 · 16/07/2015 14:59

Yeah sometimes i come on 3 days early lol, usually either early or spot on day so we wil see tomoro :) Haha Fattyfish :) made me chuckle x

Welshcake77 · 16/07/2015 18:34

Hello everyone!

Hope you don't mind another one joining in? I'm 8DPO on cycle 4. My cycles are anything between 27-32 days which is a bit of a pain but I've promised DH I'll hold out til Monday to POAS this month...I've been starting at 10DPO every month til now and getting a bit disappointed so sunshine maybe we can keep each other from POAS for a few more days??!

Congratulations to you all with BFPs...I'm Very excited for you!

FattyFishwife · 16/07/2015 20:33

meh!
AF kindly showed up 3 days early, just as I had got an i/c stick out to pee on too! Angry

MrsPCR · 16/07/2015 20:59

Sorry to hear this Fattyfish wife. She is one cruel bitch! Well, on the plus, you can enjoy a nice large glass of wine and a cheese board Friday evening!

MrsRiggins · 16/07/2015 21:29

I second that faint faint line!! EEEK. Test again in 24hrs?

MrsRiggins · 16/07/2015 21:31

(sorry - not sure why this posted here. Was replying to a different comment) Confused

MrsPCR · 17/07/2015 07:05

Right, my period is one day late. I feel awful, (could still be a cold though) and I have a collection of tests. Can I stop POAnything yet and start believing I'm actually pregnant?

Interestingly, did a collection of tests this morning. The blue is an Internet cheapie 10ml, green is pound land 25ml. I would have expected the IC to be darker. (Genuinely not reading anything into this but just found it intriguing. )

I braved the Clearblue digital this morning and it confirmed I was pregnant and 2-3 weeks since conception...... Finally believe it now!Grin

PCR do the digi,it helped me seeing the words!

Rickalicious · 17/07/2015 08:41

Firstly, now i'm on a desktop and can see the photos PCR they are def positive, you can stop POAS!

Secondly, for those of you who have taken the digi did anything flash up whilst it was waiting to show the dates indicator? Mine kept flashing 3+ but settled on 2-3 weeks once it stopped thinking..... which is making me think it's borderline and making me doubt my ovulation dates again. Late ovulation has me at 15dpo and so just in the 2-3 weeks, my usual ovulation would have me at 22dpo and so just in the 3 weeks. I guess it doesn't really matter, i'm def preggers and it'll all be worked out at the dating scan!

everythingcrossed2015 · 17/07/2015 09:11

Big congrats to you all :) how excieting xxx

LastOneDancing · 17/07/2015 09:15

Hi welshcake and sunshine

How about you two planning a synchro pee? It helps stave off tge temptation to test too soon and I love a synchro

chelle and I did one only it was about 3 days apart

chelle792 · 17/07/2015 13:00

Haha lod you've made me laugh so much!!! Grin I admit, syncro I good but I messed it up Blush although we did both get our bfp's so I think I'm forgiven Wink Flowers
I've not been keeping up with the thread the last couple of days. Typed this morning but my.laptop died so am finally checking in.
Having awful stomach cramps still. Are you guys - lod, rik etc? All those bfp's we had last weekend.

Rickalicious · 17/07/2015 13:19

Hey Chelle, I'm still getting cramps and quite bad bloating/trapped wind.... I think that is making my cramps feel even worse. They were a bit stronger this morning but have worn off. Apart from that i'm feeling ok, but my sister said her nausea didn't fully kick in until 7 weeks and she's still being sick now at 21 weeks :-(

Also welcome Welshcake and Sunshine, this has been a lucky thread so fingers crossed for you!

soontobemrslizzy · 17/07/2015 13:32

Rik, I just got whatever the final number was. But yesterday I did one before work and got 1-2 weeks and did another at 10am and got 2-4. I haven't poas today but I feel like I should! I might later just to make sure I'm really pregnant!

Chelle, I've got light cramps, not like AF and quite brief. But the nausea has started for me! Worse at night, and not been sick yet but definitely unpleasant. Also still really tired and headachy.

MrsPCR · 17/07/2015 15:45

I have had cramps of sorts the last 2 days, whereas my normal period pains feel like they are moving or rippling whereas this is just a constant dull but quite strong pain across the whole area. I assume that's normal? I'm still expecting AF every time I go to to toilet, which is currently 2 hourly, maximum 3. Grr! The waves of nausea have professed to vomiting not which seems horribly unfair at 4w+2. Did mean I managed 3 hrs between toilet trips this morning! Every cloud!?

I did feel a lot better after being sick and have felt a lot better today so in some ways prefer that just worried it's going to be a long 9 months....

chelle792 · 17/07/2015 16:10

Ah at least I'm normal! We all seem to match symptoms!!

My Mum keeps saying fingers crossed. I hope it goes ok. Let's hope it goes smoothly.... etc. She's doing my nut. I have cashback for argos on my card at the moment and want to pick up some stuff because it expires in nine days fair enough I am thinking about buying early but she keeps telling me to hold off because you don't know what will happen and are going to be heart broken.
Yeah Mum, because I'm planning to lose my baby!!!!
Rant over! sorry ladies!

LastOneDancing · 17/07/2015 16:34

Just do what you want and don't tell her chelle - some people are superstitious and funny and can't help it with the 'but what ifa' (my DH), juse do what you are comfortable with.

I have NO symptoms, except a bit tired mid afternoon and a bit nauseous mid-morning. Oh and a craving not a craving and excuse for pork scratchingsGrin

OP posts:
soontobemrslizzy · 17/07/2015 16:50

I'm terrified of that, Chelle. My mom had a miscarriage before me and then between me and my sister, don't know if they run in families. I keep thinking I should test today to make sure it's still there. But dh assures me that's crazy pregnant lady thinking that I should ignore! ;)

LastOneDancing · 17/07/2015 17:33

Tests aren't going to tell you very much now Lizzy - tests wouldn't suddenly stop being positive x

Honestly the best thing you can do for you & your bean is try to relax and enjoy.

OP posts:
soontobemrslizzy · 17/07/2015 18:21

I get that logically! Just not having much success being logical! ;) Hope you're enjoying the lack of nausea though!

chelle792 · 17/07/2015 18:41

Pork scratchings? Sounds amazing! I'm going crazy for melon and grapes at the moment - and I'm not really a fruit eater. I worry baby is going to be like OH and have a sweet tooth!

Try to be positive lizzy. You need to look after yourself and baby will do its thing xxFlowers
