Mummy - I have no idea! Lol. They said it would be two days after stopping the progesterone or it could be two weeks, wait and see basically. I hoping for ASAP though as the sooner it comes, the sooner we can get going! Xx

beautician I take folic acid. Occasionally between AF and OV I take EPO. I used to take high dose vit b but having a break from it right now. I often take soy (200 mg from cd 4). I used to take ubiqinol (the expensive version of q10) but stopped as its expensive :) I take iron and multi vit supliments at work.

HH*airy I've heard soy is good too. That's another I may add to the list.

Racula don't be disheartened you aren't out yet. Like I said up thread my bfps have always taken a while after missed Af to show

Raluca, I thought you were same as me, 8dpo?! Anyway 10dpo is very early for a bfp, there's only a few lucky enough to get a line then. Wait a couple of days and test again.

According to ff I am 10dpo . According to another app I am 9dpo.

Not sure why I tested. Not like I was expecting a bfp. I was quite relaxed that I won't test until Sat. Then BAM! ????

I'm just a penny pincher the tests are so expensive. I guess if your using the ics then maybe not so much of a problem but they aren't as sensitive.

I don't take supplements other than 'trying for a baby' multi vits. I try to eat Brazil nuts every day but this month forgot to take them after cd11 as we were on holiday. I try to eat lots of fruit and veg but that's it for me. Plenty of people get pregnant without forking out for supps so I'm not convinced about them tbh.

Boring day here. Last day off and have spent it all doing chores. Knackered.

I'm getting a cold. In July. For my birthday.

Dizzy I've given up on supps too apart from the conception ones. I've tried a lot and it's got me nowhere so I've given up.

I've got my new babymad thermometer today so will start temping again from tomorrow. I am assuming that I ov last Wednesday though so should be 5dpo today.
