Hey kazz bfn for me this morning too so I feel your frustration....no sign of af yet either, wish it would come so I could get started on this month now :(

Kazz2112 · 05/07/2015 22:35

I know. I think once it gets to the point you know it's not going to happen you just want to get on with the next attempt!

Only thing that may stand in the way this time is DH is away overnight I'm two weeks when Smile is expected. Could still dtd Saturday morning and Sunday evening (I'm going to be banning him from booze on his journey back from visiting his mate in London! I don't want drunk sperm!) but worried Sunday could end up off the cards and affect our chances. grrrrrr!

All very frustrating this trying to second guess everything!

I have my 3 month appointment with my research nurse at the beginning of August. I'll ask her then if the drugs company are still sticking to the 1st October cut off.

Out of interest - did everyone still have appointments with their rmc alongside the trial appointments? it's coming up to 12weeks since my first appointment with the recurrent miscarriage and they haven't officially given me my test results yet and ice had no contact re: an appointment

Genwah85 · 05/07/2015 22:44

We missed 2 of my smiley days this month due to travelling :( still weird I had 5 smiley days :/

I've got my appointment august 3rd still hoping I won't need it defo hoping af will start tommorow I'm normally like clock work! As for rmc I never went as started trial probably should have! Xx

Kazz2112 · 06/07/2015 06:05

When was your last mc Genwah?

My cycles have always been like clockwork and after mc 1&2 returned to normal straight away but after our most recent one on 2nd January it took about 5 months for my cycle to settle again.

Genwah85 · 06/07/2015 06:21

I had one over new year and last one start of May, had a normal period in june and expected to start af today.....This whole year has been heart breaking, I'm sure for you aswell x

sizethree · 06/07/2015 07:46

At my last appointment my trial nurse said there will be a next phase of the trial starting after this one. Do give your nurse a call this week though as it must be very unnerving havig been thrown that deadline. I don't have enough info to really help.
Yes, I'm miraculously 22+4 now, so need to start thinking about buying some stuff.
I was at a wedding at the weekend and felt massicely self conscious as can't hide my bump anymore so had to out myself. And it felt very odd having attention.

Kazz2112 · 06/07/2015 07:51

That's so nice to here.

It has been a very difficult 14 months Genwah. Along with my 3 mcs my mother in law has also had 2 big strokes and is basically never going to recover to how she was. it's heartbreaking seeing such an intelligent woman reduced to how she now is. It's hit DHs father very hard and it would be amazing to give him a new grandchild to focus on.

I may email my trial use this morning. I'll let you know what response I get

philippa88 · 06/07/2015 08:19

Sorry about the BFN's :(

Brummie I started getting awful cramp after the injections, it's not as bad now but it definitely worried me!! Been having cramps on and off the whole time so putting it down to stretching! I have no other injection symptoms other than every time they do my stats, my temp is always high! Side effect of the drug? I think so!! I have my 12 week scan next week and I can't wait!!

Woke up with an awful cold today and since it's advised against taking paracetamol unless you're desperate, I'm struggling!! I feel totally rank :/

I'm not sure the trial should have told people the October deadline - like you've all said it's adding unnecessary pressure :/ You'll not need until October anyway, there'll be bfp's before then! :) xx

clairemorgan81 · 06/07/2015 10:15

sorry about bfn girls Sad

March how you getting on? when you testing?

size lovely to hear your doing so well and your struggling to hide bump, enjoy you deserve it xx

LouiseM1987 · 06/07/2015 10:24

Sorry for the bfn's ladies :(

I've been getting some really bad and sharp pains my trail mw says it's probably stretching pains but as I've had no other children I don't know what that feels like :( so I'm stressed out of my head at the minute worrying ! 14 weeks today (if everything is ok ) xx

Choccywoccydodah · 06/07/2015 10:27

Size lovely to hear about your bump!!
Both mum and mil this week said I was looking 'quite big for not yet 6 months' I could've cried!! I think I'm actually quite small!!y fil said 'is it twins?' I could've battered him!
Yes, get buying love!! So exciting that you're this far now!!!
Packed my bags last Thursday ha ha. I did them by 24 weeks with ds too. I was 24 weeks Saturday so now officially viable Grin

Kazz, please don't worry about your do and the drinking. Sperm is 'made' 3 months before, so wheat he does the weekend you need them is only affected by 3 months ago.

Masses of luck being sent to everyone! Looking forward to some more bfps!!

Choccywoccydodah · 06/07/2015 10:29

Louise I had them at just before 14 weeks too, I went to the dr and he told me it was ligament pain, like you I just panicked and I've got a dc! I didn't have anything with him. You'll be able to hear HB soon!!!

LouiseM1987 · 06/07/2015 10:40

Thanks choccy was it above your pelvic bone the pain ?

I heard the same that the sperm takes 3 months to 'mature' so if he drinks this time it's fine :) xx

Marchgirl · 06/07/2015 10:50

I'm doing ok today claire. Been properly down in the dumps done the last mc, but feeling happier today for some reason. Still think I'm out this month. Spotting since 2dpo, bit clotty on 4dpo, which can't be good. I'm going to test on Saturday, which will be 10 or 11 dpo. How about you?

March I'm sorry you 've been feeling rubbish its totally understandable and its difficult to be positive. glad you feel a little better today. wonder what the spottings about? I'm expecting mine to start around wed. I'm getting progesterone levels tested this week so will see what results are.
I'm 6dpo today so can't be bothered to test tomorrow but I know what I'm like its hard not to. maybe if I can hang on even a day or two I will. I have very little hope this month we only dtd a couple of times during fertile time as me and dh have both been poorly.
chin up March xx

Choccywoccydodah · 06/07/2015 11:02

March I had spotting this one I caught 4-7dpo like you so you're still in :)

Louise mine was left side pelvic pain and all rounds lower back which I thought was kidney pain, until the Dr asked where I thought my kidneys were and I was totally wrong!! He did a urine test too in case I had an infection but all clear. Only lasted about 2 1/2 days and had nothing till 20 weeks, where I had massive pain in my left side for 2 days which I thought may be my cyst I had that side. When they checked it at my scan at 20+4 there was no cyst so I think the pain was perhaps it popping??

Kazz2112 · 06/07/2015 11:27

Fingers crossed. I've just committed to 4 weeks of personal training. I'm so down about my weight etc atm. it's just depressing. Hope it won't adversely affect ttc

Genwah85 · 06/07/2015 12:52

Morning ladies, no sign of af thus morning wasn't going to bother testing but out of habitat it just happened and.......

philippa88 · 06/07/2015 12:59

Congrats genwah! Very happy for you, you best ring the hospital and get your initial appt booked! Eeeek!

When I was about 8 weeks I had a sharp pain all down my right side, it even hurt when I walked. Naturally I thought something was wrong but scans since then have all been fine! I think everything inside must be moving and stretching - ow! X

clairemorgan81 · 06/07/2015 13:11

huge congrats genwah so pleased for you x

Marchgirl · 06/07/2015 13:46
