Just rang my trial nurse and she's not available until 3-4 this afternoon Hmm will phone her then. X

Indiedog · 29/07/2015 09:39

What a pain brummie, could you not try EPU? Glad thing shave eased off though. Xxx

clairemorgan81 · 29/07/2015 10:02

that's no good brummie. like indie says you could try epu x

Kazz2112 · 29/07/2015 10:04

That's very frustrating Brummie. Hope you get some support this afternoon but the fact it's tailed off a bit and isn't painful is a good sign.

BFN again and no obvious symptoms (sore boobs etc). I am tired but always tired. Has anyone had a bfp without any symptoms? I know I'm clutching at straws here. just want this week over with so I know one way or another! Sad Spent the entire if yesterday just crying

clairemorgan81 · 29/07/2015 10:14

kazz I had no symptoms at all with any of mine. sorry about bfn it's such a crap feeling. hope you have a better day today xx

Marchgirl · 29/07/2015 10:19

Sorry it's a bfn again kazz Sad. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. Was that with a frer or with the crappy trial ones? I didn't get bfp til 12dpo with the trial ones

How you doing claire? Has the smiley gone? Are you in the tww? What day are you testing? I always felt relieved for those few days between opks and hpts, where there was no testing pressure. Hope you're back to full health x

I'm the same March. I was like 'yaaaayyyy I can get up and go pee with my eyes closed for the next 7 days and not worry about catching it!!!!*

Kazz2112 · 29/07/2015 10:23

Posted too soon. It was a clearblue stick. only thing I'm hoping is that as DH has pointed out I've never had a positive till the day of or at best the night before AF was due and even then they are very very feint

Brummiemum87 · 29/07/2015 10:26

Ill ring & speak to epu if it starts up again between now & when I ring nurse. I've spoke to them in previous pregnancies when I've bled & they usually tell me that there's not much they can do at this stage if it's going wrong. This bleed isn't like previous mc's, usually once I start bleeding it just gets heavier, clotty & it's painful where as this seemed to be a one off red bleed & no pain...trying to stay positive!

Sorry to hear about the Bfn kazz, I had no symptoms before positive with any pregnancy...my symptoms usually start when I'm around 5-5.5weeks.

Kazz2112 · 29/07/2015 10:34

Just got to keep hoping. DH is working from home today and Friday which massively helps having company in the house. And he's said he'll sort it that he can come for my 3 month trial appointment next week which is a relief!

Has anyone else been for their 3 month? I know Claire you did. I'm. just wondering what to expect Do they rerun all the tests again?

clairemorgan81 · 29/07/2015 10:56

smiley still there this morning March, it will probably be there until tomorrow morning, does it mean I've not ov yet do you think?not sure if lh decreases straight after you have ov'd? prob start testing next Fri, dreading that Carry on, you know how stressed I get.

still not feeling 100% this last month when I eat dinner on an evening about an hour later I feel ill, nauseous and have runs (sorry if tmi) I end up making myself sick as I feel so awful, it goes on for hours then passes but I feel terrible the next day? debating whether its worth a trip to gp as can't be a bug as no one else catches it? any ideas?

how you feeling March? hope your okay?

kazz clearblue won't detect very early so if you usually don't test positive until around af you 've plenty of time Smile. glad dh is around for you, much better than being on your own.

brummie hopefully it's been a one off bleed which tends to happen to people and all is fine, good sign that its different to other losses. let us know how you get on xx

clairemorgan81 · 29/07/2015 10:57

haven't you been to a 3 month app kazz? they just retook some of the bloods and gave me some more supplies of tests that was all, quite quick appointment xx

Kazz2112 · 29/07/2015 12:15

My 3 month app is next Wednesday Claire. Just wondering if they redid the tests in case anything had changed.

clairemorgan81 · 29/07/2015 12:22

funnily enough trial nurse just called I have my next one in 2 wks too x

Vicki272 · 29/07/2015 12:57

How is everyone today? hope you are holding up okay Brummie - i know that there is nothing anyone can say that will make you feel 100%, just know that we are all thinking of you.

Claire - deffo a trip to the docs i would say... have you had a reaction to anything in particular that you are eating? i know i have that sort of reaction when i eat gluten. Might be worth keeping a bit of a food diary?

Kazz - sorry on the BFN... i know exactly how you feel, another Facebook pg announcement in my news feed again this morning...

Not looking forward to testing again for ov on saturday.. it is nice when some of the pressure is gone!!

Do they re-do all the tests at 3 month stage? weight etc too? x

Vicki272 · 29/07/2015 12:58

So... ov testing advice then ladies!!

I think i seem to do it differently... i stop testing when it gets to smiley... and only test in the morning.

how do you test?

is there a better HPT to get than the first response ones at all?

Thanks Smile x

clairemorgan81 · 29/07/2015 13:06

Vicki I have thought back over the foods I've eaten prior to feeling rubbish and no connection at all. I'm a little worried about what it could be.

I test with cheap internet ov tests morning and night ,once I get a positive on them I use clearblue ones as they are less sensitive to confirm it (does that make sense) I usually get a positive on an evening and it lasts a day or so. you don't need to test until until the smiley goes but I do just so I know when to stop dtd? xx

clairemorgan81 · 29/07/2015 13:06

oh and no Vicki they don't do weight again thank goodness!xx

Kazz2112 · 29/07/2015 13:23

Hi Vicki. I tend to keep testing after getting a smiley until it disappears. carry on dtd for a couple of days after then rest! and in all honesty poor DH doesn't then get any until after AF as I'm scared it pull cause an impact.

But you don't have to do that!

Kazz2112 · 29/07/2015 13:24

This month was an exception as my gut instinct told me something was different when I got my first smiley so I carried on and I was right.

Vicki272 · 29/07/2015 13:25

Oh no... Claire! Deffo get it checked out - you don't need something else to worry about!!

out of interest, what cheap ov tests do you use? any recommendations on hpt too?

Good job on the weight lol - that is one scary part!!!!!! xx

Marchgirl · 29/07/2015 13:27

That sounds horrible claire, I'd definitely get it checked out at the gp. I wonder if there's some kind of persistent bacterial infection in there. Or coeliac is a good possible shout as well. Have you been tested for it? It can be a cause of mc if untreated. Definitely sounds like something that needs sorted as it must be miserable Sad.

Re the opks, i also used to test until smiley was gone. Used to get 3 days of smiley and ov pain suggested i ov on the middle day, but this time I'm fairly sure i ovd before the smiley (it was a fairly dark line on the back but didn't make a smiley until the day after).

Glad the spotting is better today brummie and i agree that it's positive that it's got better rather than worse and is different from the bleeding with your mcs.

Have you got a scan soon gen? Mine is now tomorrow after a major feck up with appointments. Very nervous.

I get my ov tests from ebay, just search for ovulation tests I get sensitive ones which pick up lh sooner than clearblue ones and I Think there's 50 in a pack for £7 ish. I don't use any other hpts so can't help you there I'm afraid x

clairemorgan81 · 29/07/2015 13:30

not been tested for anything like that as its just started last month. I guess I better go to GPS then, trying to put off as dont want any more worry x

Kazz2112 · 29/07/2015 13:37

you will have been tested for coeliac as part of the trial I think Claire. I was. x
