Oh my God. Just been woken in the middle of the night by the TV coming on full blast downstairs. thinking it was the cats fighting. Anyway just hopped on here to calm myself and couldn't find the thread! Not sure what panicked me more! These threads have become my lifeline!

Kazz2112 · 19/07/2015 06:32

ok... so after my smileys on Wednesday morning I've now got another smiley this morning! What?! Could this confirm that I may ovulate twice??? My maternal grandfather was a non identical twin and my mother think she lost a twin when pregnant with my sister.

Hubby is away till this evening but dtd yesterday morning. Hope it's enough. Confused

Marchgirl · 19/07/2015 06:55

I'm sure it will be fine kaz. Could be double ov or could be an almost but not quite ov the first time. I think you can have a surge but not release am egg so maybe that's what happened

Hi ladies I've woken in abit if a panic, I've been really poorly last few days with morning sickness & today I've woken & hardly feel sick at all & my boobs don't feel tender Confused I'm worried something is going wrong! I know I should probably be pleased that I feel abit better but I'm so worried it's a sign. I'm 6weeks today & have my first scan tomorrow...really scared now. X

Kazz2112 · 19/07/2015 08:58

I ao sure that this happened romaine one else on here recently and they went for their scan and all was fine! I can't remember who though! I'm sure March will be able to remember!

Kazz2112 · 19/07/2015 08:59

Posted too soon. Try not to worry. Try to stay positive and keep busy yo distract yourself today. Big hugs and fingers crossed for you. x

sizethree · 19/07/2015 08:59

brummie try not to worry. I found that if I had a good nights sleep and was well hydrated, I felt pretty normal for part of the day. My doctor mentioned that sickness is related to blood blood sugar levels, so if you're well rested and nourished you'll feel a lot better.
Boobwise, mine have always fluctuated in pain and size.
It's good your scan is tomorrow so not too long a wait left. Hope today passes quickly for you. X

Marchgirl · 19/07/2015 09:04

I know it's impossible not too worry brummie, but it is perfectly normal for things to fluctuate at that stage. As size says, nausea is often closely linked to sleep and food, so if you had a good night's sleep last night that could be the difference. Hand holding until tomorrow x

Thanks ladies I'm going to keep myself busy & hope for the best. My last 2 miscarriages happened at 6weeks so I know that's making me even more anxious. Keeping fingers crossed tomorrow will be ok, my appointment is early so I haven't got to wait around all day.

clairemorgan81 · 19/07/2015 09:52

Pleased scan is 1st thing tomorrow brummie I know its so hard not to worry so try and keep distracted today.

March how you getting on?x

Marchgirl · 19/07/2015 10:09

I'm ok thanks claire, how are you doing? Are you gearing up for smiley testing again?

OP posts:
clairemorgan81 · 19/07/2015 11:14

I'm ok thanks March, start Smile. testing next week.
have you settled a bit? how many weeks are you x

Vicki272 · 19/07/2015 11:16

Morning ladies! How are we?

So BFN again this morning... 4 days until I'm due on. Have come to the conclusion that I am losing my marbles!!! Confused x

Marchgirl · 19/07/2015 12:17

Still time vicki. Keeping everything crossed for you.

How you feeling about starting again claire? Really hoping the heavy af has cleared things out for a good cycle for you

Ridiculously I'm only 4+5, time is going so slowly. Today is the same gestation i lost mc4 though, so it feels like a milestone, if a small one

OP posts:
Vicki272 · 19/07/2015 12:53

Thanks march... I'm keeping everything crossed for you too! A milestone is a milestone! No matter how small... Celebrate and be hopeful about the little things. Smile x

clairemorgan81 · 19/07/2015 12:54

it is a milestone March Smile
not too long until a scan for you.

Vicki you still have plenty time try not to lose hope.

Im losing interest in it all, not the end result (pregnancy) just the process. af settled down so that good.x

Vicki272 · 19/07/2015 12:59

So, for those ladies that are already pregnant... When did you get that BFP? X

sizethree · 19/07/2015 13:27

Hi Vicki, I fell pregnant on the trial on month 2 of trying, which was hugely lucky as between my first and second loss it was a whole 8 months of TTC (and we weren't doing anything differently!) it's such a lottery, and I'm very aware how lucky I was to fall pregnabt quickly this time around.
Currently 24+3 weeks.

Marchgirl · 19/07/2015 14:14

If you mean timing wise vicki, i was 10dpo this time, very early for me. Normally 11 or 12dpo before bfp.

I can completely understand the ttc fatigue claire, it's been such a long hard slog for you. Really hope it just happens this month so you can get onto the next stress Confused

clairemorgan81 · 19/07/2015 14:37

everyone has their own worries so not going to go on about it. glad your doing okay March I know you must be worried sick deep down. keep your chin up.
have you arranged scan or app yet x

Marchgirl · 19/07/2015 14:44

I need to chase up on Monday. Crap consultant strikes again. Have to get lovely secretary lady on her case

OP posts:
sizethree · 19/07/2015 14:50

Oops, Vicki I got a very front BFP 10dpo and went in to be randomised and given the drug/placebo on 11dpo.

Kazz2112 · 19/07/2015 16:01

Out of interest ladies - when would you suggest I start with the pg tests? I had a smiley on Wednesday which is very early for me (cd11) but was accompanied by some ovulation pain and then have had one this morning. still there now. (and have had more pain!)

According to the trial I should test on Wednesday but cos of the smiley situation I've not a clue what to do. My sister gets married next Saturday and I'm chief bridesmaid. So I'm thinking possibly do one on Friday which will be 9dpo from first smiley (but only 5dpo based on 2nd!) then wait until Monday or Tuesday if BFN which will be 12/13dpo from smiley 1 and 8/9dpo from smiley 2? What do you think?

Already dreading the week after next!

Marchgirl · 19/07/2015 16:17

That sounds ok timing wise kaz. I would be inclined to think the 2nd ov was the real one (unless it really was double!) Just see how long you can hold out. Hope you have fun at the wedding and a nice bfp to top it off Smile

Fwiw claire, i don't feel like you're 'going on about it' at all, lovely. Chat, moan scream or whatever you like on here. We're all invested in everyone's story, and just because it has taken you a bit longer doesn't mean we don't care. In fact, if anything, we're more invested in your bfp x

OP posts:
Kazz2112 · 19/07/2015 16:20

Maybe I should just hold off until after the wedding. I'm very close to my mum and my mum would know straight away if I got a bfp or was upset about a bfn. It's my sisters big day and I shouldn't let anything overshadow.
