Ooh chandelier that sounds hopeful! I got my BFP at 10dpo but it was reeeeally faint (and I'm impatient..).

Any word from mistletoe?

chandelierswinger · 01/07/2015 10:27

AbFab Eeek! Don't tell me that!! Wink I'm going away for work for three nights next Thurs when I'll be 11DPO. I'm desperate to POAS (obvs!!) but DH said to wait until I get back when I'll be 14DPO and AF may be due! I reeeeeeally don't know what to do! There is usually wine involved in the evenings at this conference!!!!

chandelierswinger · 01/07/2015 10:28

Mistletoe how are you my love?

ShortyK · 01/07/2015 10:52

Good luck Abfab! Can't wait to hear how it goes Smile

AbFab86 · 01/07/2015 12:36

Chandelier there's no harm in having a glass or 2. Any developing foetus wouldn't be getting its nourishment from you at that stage anywaySmile

Sat in the doctor's office waiting. A poor woman just came out in floods of tears Sad Felt absolutely awful for her. Trying to keep calm.

chandelierswinger · 01/07/2015 12:54

Keep calm... We're all right behind you Brew

IsItIorAreTheOthersCrazy · 01/07/2015 13:07

Right ladies, can you please kick my arse and get me back into gear? I'm not taking my metformin properly, my diet has disappeared and I haven't started the drug to bring on AF. I don't know why.
I had a think about the timing as I'm away again in a month and could really do without AF then, but again, no reason not to be starting things up again.
I feel like I stopped for a much needed break and now have no motivation, although how much I want to be pregnant is sky high.
DH is using 'hmm hormonal crazy wife' at me and encouraging me to sort it out. ????
Help!

Also, Dollface I had to push so much as I didn't have a diagnosis when I started so it's been a long but necessary process

AbFab good luck for your scan ????????

chandelierswinger · 01/07/2015 13:19

Here it is, bend over... Grin

That aside Flowers Don't be too hard on yourself lovey. Do you have to get straight back on the wagon? Can you wait a few more weeks until you're back in the zone? Or will making a plan and cracking on with it be better? I'm the world's worst for being disciplined with my diet, but I know that I've been really good with taking all my supplements because I wrote myself a proper plan to stick to. I've been ticking off as I go, which is really motivational. How do you feel about writing a journal? It could have your drugs/diet in it, then you could document how you're feeling etc. It might keep you focused?

Dollface136 · 01/07/2015 14:09

QQ, does anyone else get unbelievably weak/shaky between meal times?
Since starting to eat breakfast (usually porridge though sometimes bran flakes) I have started getting these totally weird episodes of feeling super shaky and like I want to munch down a huge bar of dairy milk right before lunchtime. It only seems to stop if I eat something like a banana or raisins, something sugary.

I am eating every 3 hours so don't think it is lack of food. My snacks tend to be nuts or peanut butter based.

Thanks for any insight :-)

AbFab86 · 01/07/2015 14:55

It was all fine Grin 1cm of baby with an audible and visible heartbeat! Can't believe it.

Abfab < air punch > - fan bloody tastic! So so pleased for you. Awesome awesome news x

IsItIorAreTheOthersCrazy · 01/07/2015 15:31

chandelier and AbFab between you both you have kicked my arse / motivated me to sort myself out Grin

I'm so broody, it's not even a want anymore, it's a need.
Also, I frustrate myself because I know how much better I feel when I'm on a diet although the lack of alcohol kills me it helps with my sleep / energy levels, migraines, dry skin etc BUT I use any excuse to stop Angry

I have a half day tomorrow so will be doing some thought out food shopping, and taking my first proper amount of meds tomorrow too.

AbFab congratulations, what a photogenic little bean you have there! Flowers

Dollface136 · 01/07/2015 15:46

Lovely little bean Abfab. Whoop Whoop!

chandelierswinger · 01/07/2015 15:55

Woooooooo hoooooooo AbFab!!!! Baby Fab (or are you going for Baby Ab or something else?!) looks happy and healthy! So, so pleased for you Grin Star xx

AbFab86 · 01/07/2015 16:13

Thanks everyone Smile Starting to feel quite real now! It will definitely be Baby Fab Grin

Isit I'm glad you're feeling more motivated. It's not easy when it seems like everything (well, everything you need) is against you. You'll get there though, definitelySmile

Got to move house again tomorrow then we're flying to the UK for 7 weeks on Sunday. Can't wait, although my usual nerve-calming glass (or 4 of wine) will be missed!

mistletoeprickles · 01/07/2015 19:49

Just a quick pop in from me

ab yay such good news.

Ok ladies just to warn you there is a bad batch of cheap (ebay) HPT floating around. They are ovulation tests but advertised and packaged as pregnacy tests. They are in white casing.

Anyhooo I ovulated on day 18 this month so day one in the ttw now Sad Don't know why but at least I ovulated. Hoping this month brings some luck

Shellbell0403 · 01/07/2015 19:55

Aww abfab!! Look at weebaby fab! Feeling overly happy for you!!

Mistletoe... Sending hugs!!

Love to everyone else

soontobemrslizzy · 01/07/2015 21:26

AbFab, congratulations! You must be so pleased!

Pebbles and Rufus, thanks. I am hoping since my testosterone level was normal and my period is fairly regular, maybe they'll work for me, but that may be wishful thinking. So far I've had four days of high fertility, but I did get a temperature spike today from 36.25 to 36.4 this morning. I'm trying not to be too hopeful but since wet started trying Sunday, which was a high fertility day, I've been feeling a bit odd - backache, headache, tender breasts, exceedingly tired. I'm hoping I have a shot!

PontyGirl · 01/07/2015 21:51

congratulations ab!! Thanks Thanks Thanks

Ginfizz90 · 02/07/2015 00:12

Ab!!! Amazing news

AbFab86 · 02/07/2015 07:14

Thanks ladies :) I want it to bring you all look (and hope!).

mistletoe I've got everything crossed for you! This could be your month!

Mrslizzy those all sound like good symptoms! Well, not good as in enjoyable, but good as in perhaps ovulatory! When I ovulated on clomid (and possibly for the first time in years) I felt rotten. Even sitting down was painful to some extent. I felt like my ovaries were in a vice! Almost pleased I didn't have to go through that every month leading up to it :)

PontyGirl · 02/07/2015 08:10

well the weight loss does seem to be working for me - this month I clearly ovulated and my period has come today, giving me a 12 day luteal phase. to say it's made me happy is an understatement. my cycles have gone from 90+ (induced by provera) to 61 to 46 (this cycle). I'm just going to throw everything at losing weight this month and see if it helps next cycle.

small victories eh!

Shellbell0403 · 02/07/2015 09:24

Morning ladies!!

Can anyone give me some advice please... On day 18 of my cycle today and think I have some spotting today... Kind of when I wipe?! Sorry for tmi! Also have crampy feeling in tummy? Xx

battenberg123 · 02/07/2015 11:02

Congratulations AbFab you must be so pleased! And sure as must've put your mind at rest!

Chandelier and Lizzy hopefully this could be your month!

Shellbell I have no idea what that could be, would like to say implantation but surely would be way too early? Confused

Hope everyone else is doing okay? cd29 for me and I am eating everything in sight, no food is safe! I reckon AF is just around the corner yet again!

soontobemrslizzy · 02/07/2015 11:23

AbFab, I thought so but this morning my temperature was down to 36.1, so I'm feeling quite downhearted. It doesn't seem like that could have been ov if it's gone down. I still have the breast tenderness and tired with back and headache but I just don't know. When the doctor said my progesterone was low and I was not ovulating, I'm confused because I often get a bit of ovulation pain (although not the other symptoms) so why do I have that if I'm not ovulating? Or could I be ovulating but with low progesterone? I'm feeling quite down today; I was trying to be positive but after that temp dip I don't see how it could have worked this month.
