Thank you so much everyone for the good wishes!! I have been walking around in a daze all day, doesn't quite feel real yet. Only DH knows in real life, and we're not planning on telling friends/family for a few weeks. But I hate secrets so it's great that I've been able to announce on here in the mean time!
Wish yes it was our first cycle, I can't believe we got so lucky! Now I'm just keeping my fingers tightly crossed that our luck continues and the next few weeks go ok. Still so much to worry about, just going to try and take it one day at a time.
Pogmella, were you testing with internet cheapies? If so, beware!! I tested with a superdrug own brand and got a line within 3 minutes, but there was almost nothing on an internet cheapie. Only a very very faint shadow which looked like an evap. I've since used a first response and a clearblue digital (I had quite the collection of pregnancy tests 
) and both say I'm pregnant, but the internet cheapies still aren't showing anything. I don't trust them!! Fingers crossed that you get your BFP in a couple of days.
