Thanks ladies, tbh I have no idea what's going on with my body, I have no pregnancy symptoms anymore, my boobs which were sooo sensitive, are feeling normal again :( and putting that with the line getting fainter, I'm just waiting for Af really. I don't "feel" pregnant anymore and these cramps are driving me mad.

pulpi I don't think I would pack tests. That way you a) can't be tempted to test early, b) can enjoy your entire holiday without thinking of ttc and c) when you get home and have the holiday blues you can pee on the stick and cheer yourself up with a nice strong BFP!! One born every minute is scary, but when it's your turn remember this: Women giving birth cannot see up their own vag, so you will have a slightly better view than on one born every minute

So, I updated ovia last night with my dtd and ewcm, and it tells me it's detected a change in my prediction and now thinks my fertile window is over!! Wtf!! How does it calculate this? I had more ewcm this morning so put that in but it's sticking to its guns, I'm no longer fertile! I don't get it. I know I know, it would be clearer if I temped or opk'd but I just wanted it to be no pressure on the first month at least
I've decided to carry on dtd anyway cos I don't believe it haha

Also, dh has just found out he's going away for 10 days next month. If we are successful this month I will be early days pg on my own for that entire time with a toddler. Bricking it now

Carlton I haven't used ovia but I agree you should continue to dtd with ewcm present as that's a sign you're still fertile.

I had a flashing smiley yesterday and the day before but decided to stick to dtd eod until the second smiley shows up and then we will dtd everyday. So dtd last night and will again tonight. DD has been playing up and we've also been really busy with work so no morning sex either. Will do the opk later on and hope it's a solid smiley so we can relax.

Why is everyone pregnant? sobs I am so pleased for people on these threads who announced today but oh god it is making me utterly miserable today. Also had two Real life baby announcements today to add to the five here.

Hello everyone! I stepped away from this thread for a couple of days because I needed to distract myself from TTC whilst it was still too early to test. BUT I'm 8DPO today so not much longer to wait now!

Carlton I saw your post about wanting to tell your colleague about your EWCM, that's too funny! I don't have that but I do see TTC acronyms EVERYWHERE. 1C (as in option 1C) = internet cheapie. CM (as in centimetres) = cervical mucus. FMU (common acronym where I work, don't want to out myself though!) = first morning urine. Argh!

Brooke what a terrible few days you have had, I really hope you get some answers soon and that you have a happy ending after all this uncertainty.

plum don't feel bad, it's completely normal to be down when you see others getting something you want so badly. You don't sound selfish at all. Also, I don't think Friday before a bank holiday weekend is a very productive day for many employees so even if you didn't get much done I'm sure you will get away with it!

wish no particular plans, just going to relax this weekend. It did feel a bit odd walking out of the office today knowing that when I next walk back in I'll be 12DPO. So by the time I'm back at my desk I'll likely know if I'm pregnant this cycle or if I'm onto the next one...

Hi pog! Well, I am 9DPO today but my symptom spotting efforts have been fairly fruitless! I've had a few headaches but that's pretty normal for me in the second half of my cycle, so I don't think that means anything.

The only thing which got me a tiny bit excited is I have had a few "twinges" which I don't think I normally get before AF. But then who knows, maybe I have always got them and never noticed - I've never paid this much attention to my body before!

Do you know when you're going to test, are you waiting until AF is due or will you test a couple of days early?

I'm a bit fucked off with ttc this cycle and only just managed eod over my fertile period. I really can't be bothered this cycle. Didn't even do an opk yesterday but still taking my temp. This is shit

Just did an opk and got another flashing smiley. Didn't do it yesterday but assuming it would have been the same so that would be 4 days of flashing smileys. Is that normal? I'm on cd14 and usually ov on cd13 but assume the epo has delayed ov or it's been delayed for some other reason. Hoping I get a solid smiley tomorrow but at least I'm still in with a chance then as I was actually about to give up this cycle.

I think I'm going to be testing on Tuesday, morning which is 12DPO. The waiting has not been fun!! Really hoping we get lucky, I know I will be disappointed if we don't but trying to keep it in perspective since its only our first cycle.
