Hi Ladies, sorry I've not been on much, a combination of taking a laid back approach to TTC and being busy at work. Don't really like checking in on my phone though I do often lurk and don't tend to go online in the evening so usually do my Mumsnetting at work and haven't had a chance. Currently waiting for someone to come and unblock a horrible blocked drain in our garden so get to go in late and catch up here.

Oh Lucie, I am so sorry to hear your news. I can't imagine how devastated you must be Flowers it is promising that you had good quality embryo's though. There is every chance that it will work next time for you. I have just finished Zita West's guide to IVF which I found really helpful.

Hi Grandhighwitch, I know, I think nearly everyone from when I first joined the buses last May has got their BFP, Fingers crossed we are both on the antenatal threads very soon. Poor Chandlers, a loss is awful but when you've tried for a long time and had difficulties it must be so much harder.

Sorry to Night and everyone else who has had a very unwelcome visit from AF. When is she going to get the message.

Kurama, I remember you from when I first joined the buses (I was April back then, changed names for luck....) How are you?

I was about to say we need another BFP then I see that we have one! Congratulations Miis!

So, got my blood test results (recommended by consultant due to having Raynauds) all clear which is a relief.

Am on CD 11, DH is due to be away on Friday and Saturday and I have just realised that this will be ov time- typical! Oh well, will just DTD before he leaves and as soon as he returns.

nightandthelight · 13/05/2015 09:57

Yay for normal blood results Trixie!

So I'm getting excited by my chart now (know it probably doesn't mean anything but fun to look).

Watery cm today (8dpo), what's that about??

Hope everyone's having a good morning!

All aboard the May bus! We will be using the bank holidays to make our BFPs :)
TeenieDeenie · 13/05/2015 11:10

Parsnip, that's a very good looking chart and watery cm is a great sign in the late luteal phase! When is AF due/will you test?

parsnipbob · 13/05/2015 11:12

Teenie only had watery cm this morning, it now seems to have dried up, but fx nonetheless!

My LP is 12 days so AF due on Monday. Will try to hold out til she's actually late but realistically will probably end up testing at the weekend...

nightandthelight · 13/05/2015 11:13

It is looking nice parsnip :)

Miis I can see a line. Congratulations Flowers what fab news.

Parsnip your chart is looking lovely and promising. Fx for you.

CarrotVan · 13/05/2015 14:27

Congratulations Miis

Sadly for me I'll be heading back to the bus - EPU scan and bloods today looking very poor particularly with cramps and bleeding. Happily it means I'm back with you lovely people.

DizzyMerry · 13/05/2015 14:30

Oh no carrot Sad is there still hope for you? I'm so sorry you're going through this it's heartbreaking Flowers

nightandthelight · 13/05/2015 14:31

Oh no I am so sorry carrot :( Flowers take care of yourself!

Oh carrot I am so so sorry Flowers

CarrotVan · 13/05/2015 14:36

Not really Dizzy - HCG was only 139 this morning and they could only see a cluster of cells rather than a gestational sac/fetal pole so it looks like progress stopped about a week ago. I'm going back for follow up bloods on Friday but they need to have gone up by about 66% to be viable.

I'm ok - rather weepy - but otherwise it's like a period. I came into work because I can hide in my office and tell everyone I'm busy rather than having to brew up for the builders.

Sympathy makes me cry so best avoided

Back in the game in a few weeks I guess

FlatWhiteToGo · 13/05/2015 14:53

Miis - huge congratulations! I hope you can get excited. Try not to worry too much.

Carrot - I'm so so sorry. Sending you a big hug (despite you saying you don't want sympathy!).

AF is def on her way. I tested yesterday and got a BFN. Spent most of the day feeling very tearful and even had a little cry. I had really got my hopes up this month as we timed things well and I've had so many symptoms.

DizzyMerry · 13/05/2015 15:14

I'm so sorry carrot I can't imagine what you must be going through. Look after yourself and we're all here for you Flowers

DizzyMerry · 13/05/2015 15:22

Sorry for the bfn flat [sad

wishiwaspregnant · 13/05/2015 16:14

parsnip charts looking good!
miiss many congratulations on your BFP
carrot I'm so sorry I hope you are taking care of yourself and have lots of support ):
I'm 6/9 dpo (depending if ff was correct) I've bee. Having some dark brown spotting last 2/3 days. I wonder if AF could possibly be this early?
Anyone else had this? It's has been accompanied by some mild twinges down there. I actually woke up to it last night. Temp is still high though too early to test. I'll not get my hopes up as my timing dtd was a bit out this month.
How's everyone else? How many dpo was miiss

wishiwaspregnant · 13/05/2015 16:17

Oh and flat lovely lady I'm so sorry for your bfn

MiissMartiin · 13/05/2015 16:50

nd teenie
i didn't do a thing this cycle? except dtd like 14 days running since cd 5 ConfusedGrin

MiissMartiin · 13/05/2015 17:06

wish ive not tracked anything this cycle but i should be due af on mon/tues... cz my cycle is either 27 or 28 days long... when are you due on?

susurration · 13/05/2015 17:36

carrot i'm really sorry. Brew and Cake for you today.

miiss congratulations on your bfp. 14 days of DTD is dedication indeed!

parsnip that chart looks interesting! got fx for you.

wish good luck.

AFM: i've joined FF.com and got a BBT thermometer on its way to me. I promised husband I wouldn't go crazy straight away but I really want to know what's happening. Its so confusing with my PCOS. I think i'm pretty good with CM but want to check temps too. Anyway, I think i'll be OV-ing soon so upping the DTD whether him indoors likes it or not!

Pogmella · 13/05/2015 17:59

subS my chap is the same, captain casual and kind of bemused by my tracking stuff. Don't think he realises that it's a once a month kinda thing and if we aren't organised the months will add up quite easily.... He is going along with it all though Smile

pulpi · 13/05/2015 18:08

Banana - after much wandering about Holland and Barrett's, I decided on the Pregnacare conception vitamins for both partners. Lots of B vitamins in there, but not as much as in the B Complete vitamins option. The wee warning about too much B6 leading to tingly hands and numbness on the B Complete vitamin put me off. Also, with the dual vitamins, DH can get some extra zinc and selenium. Did you end up getting the B Complete one?

TeenieDeenie · 13/05/2015 19:45

Miis, I totally forgot about your DTD-a-thon... 14 days... Wow! ?? BFP most definitely deserved ha ha ha!

Carrot, I'm so so sorry my lovely. Hugs to you. X
