Sorry to hear that pikz :( tbh not much advice to give I just had to stay at home resting for a few days (and taking my antivirals). Did they say what caused it? I think in my case it was stress, if so perhaps try to relax, a nice bath or something?

Oyster, what recipe do you use for your cauliflower pizza base? I see some use cauli with brown rice flour. Some add an egg. Ella uses chia seeds but she doesn't eat eggs and I do. Some are cauli only. I'm confused!
