They were on DP's camera but the memory card belonged to his sister's friend - so he gave the memory card to his sister who uploaded them onto some file share online thing then deleted them from the card an have it back to her friend. Now the file share thing has expired?? I don't understand exactly what that was Confused
His sister says she thinks she's got them on her computer but isn't at home to check right now. I'm really worried Sad

Lillamyy1 · 07/06/2015 14:08

Lulu I don't like it when DP gets drunk either. If he complains of feeling rubbish I tell him it's his own fault!
V annoying about the builders!

LuluJakey1 · 07/06/2015 15:57

I bet they are still in the online thing Lill. You might have to pay but I bet they are still there. If his sister saved them on her computer they will still be there as well- might take a techie to retrieve them if she deleted them but they will still be there.

It is not even as if DH gets properly drunk or drinks anything. 99% of men probably wouldn't know they had had three drinks. And it never does any more than makes him soppy and ready to sleep. It is that he knows he feels crap the next day and we have to put up with it- that 'we' is me and DS. And like most. men, if he feels a bit off he is 'ill'. He is trying to tonvince himself- and me - it could be the start of 'summer flu' (hmm) wimp

Lillamyy1 · 07/06/2015 19:53

I'll have to wait until DP gets home so he can check. He's working until 9 tonight.
Glad the party went well Ducky Smile
Poor DS has been very cross with his sore tummy this evening, poor little chap. I've put him over my knee which has calmed him down a lot.

Glad the party went wel Ducky! :) sounds like it was lots of fun!

Don't worry Lill ull get the photos back as Lulu said I'm sure they will still be on the share thing but u may have to pay.
And DS look so adorable on that photo Lill!

Lulu oh dear at ur DH getting a hangover! I've not had one of them in years! Forgot what they feel like but I'm sure 1st trimester was a lot like a hangover Grin

I'm back off my holiday and I'm exhausted!!!
I have work today as well :( I need to leave in about 40 minutes and DS is STILL asleep in bed! The weekend purely worn him out!
His breakfast and milk is sat here waiting for him but I think he may have to take it with him Grin
Whitby was okay, just wasn't impressed at the price of fish and chips!! Stupidly expensive it was! Shock my mom and everyone went on a boat ride, me and DS watched. I'm terrified of boats so I never went on haha. It was a rele nice weekend. So much walking tho, so my pelvis is very achy and stiff now! Need to call doctors to see where my physio appt is!

Ducky23 · 08/06/2015 08:03

Like the others said lil, I'm sure their on your sisters comp (you have to put them on the comp before you upload them anywhere don't you?) if not, they will be on the file sharing site, you just might have to pay a fee to rejoin.

Sounds like you had a nice time cupcake Smile I bet ds really enjoyed it and it sounds like he's loving his new bed! Hope you sort your physio appt out!

Lillamyy1 · 08/06/2015 18:13

The pics are on DP's laptop! Phew! I've emailed them to myself as well now and I'll have them all printed when I can afford it.
Really hope your physio appt is soon cupcake!

So pleased you have the photos back lil!

We took DSL swimming for the first time today! He seemed go like it - we took DD from a similar age and she's always been very confident in the water. He slept for 3 solid hours after Grin.

Cupcake92 · 08/06/2015 22:21

Oo that's good Lill! Glad u got em back! :)
I was the same I can't rele remember much of DS 's birth I was too drugged up!

Bears glad DS loved swimming! I've took DS since he was about 12 weeks old and he loves the water. It's good exercise for us moms too!

I'm so tired tonight ! In bed with a chocolate muffin now! Haha!! :D hope everyone is okay!

Ducky23 · 09/06/2015 08:40

I bet my ds would love swimming too, he loves the water! I need to take him soon. Grin

Did you chase up your physio appt cupcake?

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 09/06/2015 10:37

Waiting to see if it comes in post today if not I'll call up :) I'm at home all day so I will remember to do it Grin

Cupcake92 · 09/06/2015 15:58

Called my doctors to chase up my physio and they said it went through the afternoon of the day I had my appointment, but because it's hospital based could take up to 4 weeks!! :O how is that supposed to be an urgent referral? I'll be 22 weeks then, I was almost 18 weeks when I went to be referred!
They are so slow sorting things out :/ and I'm in pain everyday which doesn't help.

On a brighter note :) DS and I slept in today! He woke at 4am as he had a bit of a nightmare then fell asleep in my bed and we didn't get up till about 9:30am!! It's been a very long time since I got up that late Grin

How early did everyone notice they were getting braxton hicks?

Ducky23 · 09/06/2015 19:10

Oh no cupcake, hosp appts take ages Hmm hopefully it will be worth it though!

Well ds now sleeps from 7/8 until 4/5am when he has a feed then sleeps until 7ish, this morning I slept in until 7.45! I woke up and ds was just talking to himself in his cot. I don't remember the last time I slept in until after 7am!

I got them quite early with ds cupcake, can't remember how early because I didn't really know what they were! I definitely had them at 24ish weeks.

Lillamyy1 · 10/06/2015 05:16

Thanks everyone, I was do relieved!
Swimming sounds good Bears! I think DS would enjoy it because he loves having a bath. I don't know how to take a baby swimming though! Do they have some kind of buoyancy aid attached to them?
Cupcake that's rubbish about the physio appt! Would it be worth paying to go to a private one?! My SPD definitely got better when I started sitting on a birthing ball instead of the sofa - have you got one?
DS was very fussy and hungry all day yesterday. I think he might have been a but poorly because he's got a little cough and a bit if a snotty nose poor thing. But maybe because he wore himself out being so cross yesterday, last night he slept from 11pm until 5am!!! Smile
I won't get too excited because I expect it's a one off, but it was great to get that big chunk of sleep for once!

Cupcake92 · 10/06/2015 08:53

That's great Ducky! :) glad ur getting more sleep now. I used to love hearing them babble In the cot seeming so happy :) DS just shouts "mama" or "ahhhhhhhh!" Really loudly.. Hmm

Lill u get little blow up rings with a seat inside it that they sort of sit in :) DS still uses his when he wants to kick and swim but he also has a vest that's supposed to help but it doesn't rele help him float Grin and I can't rele afford a private physio :( I do have a birthing ball tho, must get that out. I loved that last time!
And well done on ur DS sleeping well too Lill!!

Must be something in the air! Me and DS went to bed early last night as I was too tired and DS has only just got up at 8:30am!! I hope everyone else had a good nights sleep. These are rele helping boost my energy! Grin

Ducky23 · 10/06/2015 10:28

Lil that's great about your sleep! Grin
And I hope your ds is feeling better soon.

And great news about your ds sleep cupcake.

I'm starting to get a bit worried about my memory Confused the other day I was in my friends car, we were getting out and I had my bag and phone with me. I had to carry ds and remember thinking, il leave my things in the car, then I thought I best not as I was going straight home after and it would just mean I have to go back to the car to get them, so I thought I took my stuff with me. When I got back to my car I thought I didn't know where I put my phone so I emptied my bag, it wasn't there. So i went back and searched my friends car, wasn't there either, I retraced all my steps and couldn't find it. I then had a breakdown because it has my only pictures of dd on it. A few hours later my friend called, I had put it in her glove box Blush I have no idea why as I have never done that before and really don't remember doing it. Then, today I took ds to the drs for a check up. I came out and thought I couldn't remember if I took my bag in with me, my drs has no parking so I went back to the car to see if I had left it there, couldn't see it. I rang h to ask if he'd noticed it at home but he hadn't, then I rang the drs and I'd left it there Blush it's starting to worry me Confused

In other news, ds now laughs when he farts Grin

Cupcake92 · 10/06/2015 14:56

Aww Ducky bless u! Having a baby can have an affect on ur memory. There rele is such a thing as baby brain! Have u been stressed at all? Or over worked? Or something on ur mind that may be bothering u? All of those things can affect ur memory.
Grin typical boy thing for DS to do as well!

Bearsinmotion · 10/06/2015 18:42

It's probably just sleep deprivation Ducky, it can have some very odd effects!

We didn't use a flotation device this times, he just has a teeny tiny wetsuit! We do have one of those yellow floats that we got for DD but left it at home!

Ducky23 · 10/06/2015 18:47

Probably sleep.Confused I hope! Had an awful night last night. Tmi but since having ds I have had problems ahem, going to the loo. I think it started with me just being too scared because of my episiotomy, anyway, I started going around once a week so they put me on some stuff to help it but I keep forgetting to take it Blush I had awful awful stomach ache last night and ended up getting up at 2am!

God it's lovely what you share on mn isn't it!

OP posts:
Lillamyy1 · 10/06/2015 19:51

Oh Ducky I have the same toilet issue! Blush it's because when I'm at home by myself I don't have time to go, or I'm worried if I leave DS and go he'll start crying while I'm mid-poo!! So I don't bother and it has caused some issues Blush
Very funny about your DS laughing about his farts! Mine smiles when he sneezes!
Talking of which, he's been sneezing more than usual because he's got a cold! That must be why he was so fussy yesterday and why he slept so well last night. Today he woke up with a crusty nose and runny eyes, bless him. He's got a bit of a cough too. I think it's from my friend's 5 yr old, they visited last week and the little boy was really excited about DS and kept coming over to look at him but then kept coughing right next to him! His mum didn't tell him not too but after the second time I told him myself! Poor DS. He seems ok in himself now but I'm worried he hasn't fed as much as usual today - should I be worried??

Lillamyy1 · 10/06/2015 19:52

Oh also his tummy is rumbling lots as if he's hungry but he's asleep and hasn't woke up for food...

Ducky23 · 10/06/2015 20:04

Oooh that annoys me lil Confused that's what caused ds to have his bronch when he was young because sil daughter wouldn't leave him alone and no one would tell her to leave him Angry

When ds gets ill they say as long as he is taking at least half of what he usually does it's ok. You could always get him checked for your peace of mind? Also keep an eye on his breathing, if it looks like he's putting more effort than usual, his chest is dipping below the ribs, get him checked. Hope the poor guy feels better soon!

Cupcake92 · 10/06/2015 21:13

Aww did DS enjoy swimming Bears?

Ducky, that sounds awful :( the things we go through for children aye! I bet it's rele frustrating tho. Tmi but since being pg I don't go! Lol! Can go a good few days without going at all. It's awful!

Bless ur DS Lill. Hope he gets better soon! As Ducky said as long as he's still feeding at least half his usual amount that's okay and as long as his nappies are still wet often too. Then u know he's hydrated.
Oh and Lill do u have a bouncer? I used to take it into the toilet and put DS in it ! Grin Grin

Baby has been moving a lot tonight! It's been great :) I tapped my stomach and he did a huge wiggle ! Grin I have my 20 week scan on Friday! :O come round so fast! Hooping everything is okay and hope that cyst I had has disappeared!
