Halfway through my TWW and looking for company. Anyone in the same boat?

I've still got about a week to go before I can POAS. DH and I have been trying for about 5 months, but I have very irregular cycles so it's all really hard to judge. I usually go about 2 weeks between periods so following that, AF should be due to arrive before the end of this week. But I'm thinking that would be too early to test and am very impatient! I've also been taking agnus castus this month on the advice of a medical friend so I'm feeling tentatively hopeful. Anyone around who wants to wait it out with me and not read too much into every symptom and definitely not take a test every day this week?

Have you missed your period yet ifyou? Is it worth heading to the Dr's?

I will do my best to calm down. Still got symptoms, but feeling very nervous x

Haquoi I know it's hard but what will be will be, you can't change anything so try not to get too worked up xx

As for me, AF didn't turn up this morning, haven't tested on te theory is the bleeding (12dpo) was IB it would be far too soon, or am I just being a scardey cat? I don't know what to do!! I can handle the disappointment of AF bit BFN'S are much worse for me

Ifyouwere, call the helpline maybe? I got the second line in the ovulation sticks and it only showed positive once the lines were slightly darker (peaked at very dark), I think perhaps it may work like that with the pregnancy tests too, only gives positive readings once the hormone is strong enough to a specific level making the line a certain level of dark (am I making sense?).

Did you use FMU, also wait a day or two and try again, I would be cautiously optimistic about this one, have you done pregnancy test using the CBFM before?

I'm taking part in a medical trial and have to use the CBFM to do pregnancy tests from CD15 and all my tests have only had one line no shadowy second lines at all.

I'm only a day late haquoi. Don't want to bug the doctor yet as although I'm normally regularish - last month I was 7 days late completely out the blue.

Fuzzy thank you so much for the info! I've never had a second line when preg testing with the CBFM... I used FMU but I'm only D27 of a normally 26 day cycle so although I'm late it's still early in terms of building up hCG.

Thursday sounds like a plan although I don't have the self control for that. I have no idea what my body's doing this month either. Have no idea when I ovulated as I only got high readings on my CBFM for two full weeks. I've been an emotional wreck last few weeks & just don't feel myself. Really tempted to try a Superdrug test when I go home tonight.

Hewy - sorry to hear about your bfn too, it's so hard to see it. I've resigned myself to a failure again this month, I've decided when af does come this week I'm going to try and just relax about the whole thing a lot more, I've just got myself so wound up this month testing early etc and it has got me nowhere.
Ickle - fingers crossed, it's sounding really good for you.

I did the Superdrug test and there was a hint of a line but I can't decide if it's just an evap line or a very very very faint positive? I'll try again tomorrow with FMU.

I go through phases Diamond of being pretty chilled about everything & very pragmatic. Then every so often I'll have a month like this one where I'm freaking out, crying at the drop of a hat and really feel like I'm not strong enough for this. I'm hoping even if this isn't my month - next month I'll be a lot more relaxed.

Oh diamond, I hope your body decides on what it's going to do soon! I hate it when it's not a yes, not a no, but not a yes... etc. Thinking of you xx I rang the midwives to make an appointment and they told me that a bfp is a bfp, no matter how faint, to not test again and just wait and see. I feel better just looking for AF as there's no anticipation. Only brown spotting atm, so I'm hoping little blastocyst stays put, fx.

ifyou this sounds optimistic! The line with my DS was so faint that it only showed up in certain light and DH took to Google for an hour trying to make sense of it x

Well I'm pretty sure I'm pregnant? Line on Superdrug test this morning is just faint instead of very very very faint. I cried hysterically while smiling and DH did too a bit. It's such a relief - we've been trying for 15 months.

I really hope you get your BFP soon. Its so hard to stay relaxed. I've got acupuncture booked on Friday (was doing it to help conceive) but think I'll ask her to do some to chill me out now!! x

Thank you! I was a bit worried I was still imagining a line? Diamonds my CBFM still says not pregnant so don't give up hope just yet. Test might not be sensitive enough?

I thought I'd be terrified of being pregnant after MC last time but I feel lots more symptoms this time so hoping that's a good sign. Last time I just had a feeling but nothing I could put my finger on. This time I've got nausea & sore/bigger according to DH boobs already.

Sleeping bunnies I've bought myself a bottle of Zubrowska vodka in full expectation of AF this month & it might have to wait til Christmas now. Please have one for me Smile

Yes we can be tww buddies next month Smile - my cycles were 30 days but I took vitamin B this cycle to stop my pre af spotting and it seemed to bring my ovulation forward a couple of days so this should be a 28 day cycle. So I think I'll ovulate about 1 May - so we'll be close together Smile

AF hasn't arrived for me yet - 15dpo but I'm too scared to test! I don't 'feel pregnant' of course all I wants a h&h baby but I'd so love a christmas baby :(
