AF now gone - hooray!!! So down to the good bit! Prob tmi but....the most fertile mc is just like slippery water?? Had quite creamy cm this am - AF just finished yday but cus of my short cycle I'll ovulate early hopefully so DTD tonight tomorrow Sunday and Monday - or would you go for it every other day?

yokyil go for every day if you can and no known sperm issues or anything! DH and I are going for the daily approach too during fertile days, if it doesn't work for a while I guess we'll have a rethink! Enjoy!!

hello everyone, been a bit quiet for last few weeks as had a chemical so was down in the dumps. hope everyone is doing well??

FF thinks I ovulated on day 11 this cycle but I'm skeptical (chart in link below).

Only been charting for 3 months so still working out what's 'usual for me' but so far I have had one 31 day cycle (but was stressed that month so suspect delayed ovulation), one 27 day cycle and now this. My LP is always 12 days so that would make this cycle 23 days assuming FF is correct.

This cycle is weird altogether as I had EWCM on day 11 and I never get EW, only watery. I assume the presence of EW is why FF is telling me I O'd that day.

Have been temping vaginally this cycle as I am a mouth breather and my temps are all over the place orally.

Appreciate any insight at all from anyone!

I'm ok coffee and woolly thanks for asking. Feeling more together now will see what my results are then take it from there.

Coffee twiddling thumbs is the worst bit of the cycle but hopefully you will have things planned to get through it.

Yokyil I agree with woolly about dtd every day then you have all bases covered.

pinning I'm not a pro by any means and get thrown by Celsius but I rather think day 13 and maybe FF has been premature

Fx for all those testing this weekend... Can't wait for a flurry of BFP's.
Sorry I'm not much good at keeping up to speed on the thread, I tend to sneak on while DS naps, and don't really have time to catch up on everyone's news.
I just wanted to say that being on the bus with you all is a real boost. I'm not even too far along on this round of TRC, but as you all know, once you start you can't take your mind off it... So checking in here and knowing we're all in it together is lovely.

Oh god I'm freaking out now that my dr doesn't know what they're doing, they've got me on a day 6 and day 21 blood tests because we've been trying for two years. I thought that was right but sounds like it should be earlier than day 6? I definitely haven't got it wrong though because my dr wrote the days on both blood test request forms...

juney yes I also think day 13 is more likely!! Hate that FF goes off CM as temps are a much more reliable indicator in my experience...

We BD'd two days before in that case, so I'm almost definitely out this month!

Southy I don't remember having them but from what I've read online and here I'm sure they should be done on day 3 to check FSH and LH levels. Speak to your GP again to clarify it with them

I'm just about in my fertile days as off today so must crack on with shagging this weekend. Hopefully I can then resist testing until I get back from holiday as AF isn't due until the 27th

My trick to not testing is to not keep tests in the bathroom and to go to the toilet as soon as I get up. If I can't test with FMU then there's no point in testing early so I can cope with putting it off to get next day, and the next day.

Of my group of mums one just gave birth yesterday and FIVE others are 4-6 months pregnant. It makes me very grumpy

Sorry for chemical Pinning I also only got one day of EW this month which is why FF seems to think I ov'd that day but I think it was more like two days later from the temps

tessie I don't know why it does that...everything I've read says that EW doesn't pinpoint the day of O. I thought your peak day was your last day of 'wet' CM.

I was very excited this cycle though as I never get EW usually...saw a big blob of it on loo paper and immediately grabbed DP to BD!

Arrived home, ten minutes later knock on door, turns our letting agent had arranged two viewings of our flat this evening but hadn't thought to mention it to us!

One of the things I don't like about TTC is prenatal vitamins. I am very sensitive to iron supplements (massive nausea and throwing up) so if I forget to take it at night and take it the following morning I feel like throwing up until lunchtime.

I wonder how much morning sickness is related to bloody iron supplements

Just salad for me as had massive jacket potato for lunch and now feeling a bit queasy

We are supposed to be popping out for something to eat with friends tonight when DH gets back from the field then will come back and snuggle on the sofa with the fur baby and watch Game of Thrones!!

Now, I'm just hopping on to wave at some of my lovely friends who supported me throughout my recurrent mc (had the 8th back in October).
I've not been very active on the busses due to being discouraged that this would never ever happen but look!!!!!!! I am so rediculously excited so just wanted to share my news with my fellow passengers that have supported me since 2013. (Waves at Victoria!!)
I'm not sure the attitude of the ttc busses is quite like it used to be so I'm glad in a way I stepped off. A few of you belong on the BESH thread, you know who you are! Oh gracious leader Purdey, you for one.
Ttc is a journey through trying, conceiving and supporting those who may or may not have problems.
It is not about slating those who may have not been on the thread EVERY SINGLE DAY due to the fact they may have other problems whether it be fertility or miscarriage or anything else.
Start supporting each other ladies, or you need to step down and find another thread.

Thanks for all the support ladies I'm not due until Monday so going to try my hardest not to test until Tuesday (unless Af gets me first) I've felt fine all day today, but been crazy busy at work so glad that took my mind off it.

I'm super happy about my niece (even though she was an accident ) but her mummy had a horrible labour experience so maybe when I hear all about that tomorrow I will feel more content.

This is my first bus and you ladies are all lovely.

Huge congratulations Bitchslapper (great name) and well said re. the buses. I have no chance of posting every single day and to be honest I get people mixed up when I do come on here, I wouldn't stand a chance on the Megabus where I would most likely be considered a "LPB". I'm delighted that you have your BFP (and that you're so delighted!)

nightandthelight my thermometer arrived next day too. I ordered the pack with OPKs and 10 IC pregnancy tests - holy heck those things are tiny! I actually wasted one because I had to get it out of the pack and check there was actually something in there, it's so ickle! I've seen so many pics of them and just assumed they were the size of a regular test...nope!

Thermometer seems good for the price, is it sad that I am actually quite excited about doing temps and OPKs for the first time next week?! Oh dear.

I am sure you will agree that 99.9% of what is on this thread is welcoming and supportive - so let's agree it's just a limited couple of people you are having a pop at. I wouldn't want the eat of the lovely ladies here to feel uncomfortable when they've done nothing to warrant it.
