Now for a me post. I am using the CB digital opk and IV had empty circles but this morning had a solid smiley! Why didn't I get flashy ones first? I am only on cd12 too. I did pee in my CB trial potty this morning and left it an hour before I got downstairs to grab my testing kit but that shouldn't change it should it? Also after solid smiley, how long is it worth dtd?

I think they do it on the nhs Sammy but won't do it until you've had some failed cycles.

mummy I think that the one with the pink caps only does polos or solid smileys. The smiley face detects your
LH surge which means that you are gearing up to ovulate and will do with in the next 24-36 hours. Get on the job! Good luck.

I've got the purple caps dual hormone one. Didn't think you could skip the flashy smileys - nothing on the leaflet answers it. Ok up to 28 hours. I will stop panicking now about forcing dp to DTD tomorrow morning at 5.50 before work.

Mummyofone - I had that once too, not sure why, but all I could think was that maybe I'd drank a lot before bed on the day before the solid smiley and my wee was too dilute to pick up the hormone or it just so happened that both hormones were released on the same day that cycle....

Thanks for all the answers! We got into bed and DP spoke about FIL and got upset so didn't manage to DTD. Had a high temp this morning, higher than previous 3 but I hope we haven't missed the boat and will get to it tonight.
