Purdey re: skipping months - it made perfect sense to me to stop before our wedding at first but as the months have gone by, it was weighing on me more and more that I don't want to stop, so when DP brought up that he didn't want to it was a massive relief, especially as my doctor is being so awesome so soon.

Oyster 45 days!!! You must be so excited! I have over a year to wait, and I'm totally wedding obsessed, which baffles me because I've never really thought much about them one way or the other, but as soon as he proposed I became a right nutcase!

Our tea was slimming world burgers and slimming world chips - trying to shift a few pounds but my predilection for biscuits and chocolate sometimes gets in the way

I was at first, but she just doesn't think before she says things sometimes. I just ignore it. We don't live that close, so mainly keep to ourselves.

You know Spinning we do get on so well and she would do anything for me, and a few months ago she would have done anything for a grandchild.. But the sil recently got a puppy and it's basically now like her third child and she feels needed again so I think the void has been filled . Me on the other hand- no puppy or pony would come close!! Ha

It would do my head in if they were. They've helped out a lot, but I just couldn't have that every day.

What a ridiculous thing to say to you Sparkly Idiot!!

I really love all of DH's family. Unfortunately though his dad died when he was 22 and his mum died just over 3 years ago. I met her only a few times as we had only been together officially 3 months and she died shortly after but we were both with her when she passed away which I think brings DH lots of comfort

Oh that's so sad Tessie and your poor dh too, losing both parents. With everyone's moans and groans we should still be so thankful still to have them in our lives.
