and she was having acupuncture Spinning! when I was browsing last week I saw a chart from a 40 yr old who conceived on her second cycle of trying.

How long are you technically a newlywed? I've been married 16 months so don't think I can class myself as such.

Having a really easy AF, no pain at all. Was worried horrendous PMT would mean horrendous AF so feeling relieved.

Tessie, how are you? Whether or not this month was anovulatory AF turned up on time.

Juney, lovely fb pic (you're the one on the right yes?)
Would love to put faces to names for more of you, tried to set up a secret fb group but not very good with technology....anyone else able to?

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 17:08

TrixieRay · 08/03/2015 17:08

juneybean · 08/03/2015 17:10

trixie no the left with the fringe!

I've taken my ovaries for a walk and some vitamin D and now I'm taking my backache for a bath!

nightandthelight · 08/03/2015 17:16

At how many days dpo can you legitimately get symptoms? Keep having to tell myself that 4dpo is far too early Grin

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 17:16

Tessie, pm'd you and also Trixie

juneybean · 08/03/2015 17:22

night I mentioned a few nights ago about early pregnancy factor which could cause symptoms but I think the realist in me would say it's progesterone causing symptoms.

rubyrubes13 · 08/03/2015 17:25

Avasmum8 · 08/03/2015 17:31

Hello! Haven't been able to post for a few days been mega busy with work! I am annoyed that AF hasn't turned up yet (this would have been our first cycle ttc as u guys know we were waiting some months to start) due on the 6th of March I am normally every 28days ish, it's now two days later and no hint that it might be on it way! did a pregnancy test this morning which was negative as we did dtd last month but I thought it was after ovulation.. How many days post ovulation can u get a positive pregnancy test? Hopefully AF will turn up tonight!

eskimolaura · 08/03/2015 17:35

I seem to have had some cramps again today- more like cramps than the twinges I had mid-week. You know the type- AF like cramps that seem to start somewhere in your lower bowel/back rather than in your womb. Not sure if it's a sign of AF or not (who knows!). I may just need a poo. Hmm

tessiegirl · 08/03/2015 17:44

Thanks Spinning! Can't wait to put faces to names!

Trixie sorry AF turned up but at least you know now where you stand and can get started on a new cycle.

Not sure what is going on here - I think I am 10/11dpo and expecting AF Monday or Tuesday?

gennibugs · 08/03/2015 17:54

Evening all.

Not read back in full but trixie sorry AF arrived Angry.

spinning how are you? I am ok, still no AF and had a much stronger BFP yesterday so starting to believe this might be real...

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 18:00

Yay Genni, so pleased for the stronger lineGrin have you told dh?

HeirToTheIronThrone · 08/03/2015 18:19

Oooh, Spinning can I join the FB group? I have befriended Purdey - Purdey your little girl is just awesome!

Victoria I've only been married 18 months and there's no way my wedding dress would go anywhere near me! I don't want to sell it as it was made especially for me, and it was polka dot fabric so not that good for a chistening gown! It's only just below knee length so I will wear it again for something I'm sure.

We've had a lovely day of shopping for garden furniture (never had a garden before September so can't wait for spring!) and the most amazing roast at the pub. Although DH beat me twice at Scrabble so not all good :)

juneybean · 08/03/2015 18:20

What's for tea tonight lovelies?

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 18:21

Heir, Juney can add you if you're her friend Smile

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 18:23

Oh sorry you said Purdey was your friend not Juney. Pm me your name and I'll look for you on Purdeys friend list and we can add youSmile

CoffeeTwo · 08/03/2015 18:26

I've been married 2 years in May and my dress wouldn't fit now eek. Need to get serious about the healthy eating.

No plans for tea tonight Juney, currently eating peanut M&Ms, see above statement!

juneybean · 08/03/2015 18:30

Ooo I love peanut m&ms!

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 18:31

I've had roasted veg with baked eggs which I sat on top of the veg for 5 mins to cook.

victoria401 · 08/03/2015 18:35

Just had beans on toast after our massive carvery lunch!

Eskimo I was gonna say a similar thing to you! Wondering if I had the start of af cramps (at a mere 9dpo) or if I had too much cauliflour cheese!

genni everything crossed for you my lovely. People do say you're more fertile after a mc.

eskimolaura · 08/03/2015 18:50

Heir I added you to the FB group yonks ago, my lovely!

Victoria Beans on toast are not going to make the 'is it poo or is it AF' situation any better are they?! (Although I am contemplating the same for dinner if my DH doesn't hurry up and come home to cook for me

Any newcomers to the FB group, please add your name and username on the pinned thread and also (for your own sanity), unfollow the group on your newsfeed by clicking on the drop-down menu on a post on your newsfeed and clicking 'unfollow but stay in the group'. Otherwise, you will be flooded! :)

eskimolaura · 08/03/2015 18:53

Heir Ignore me, it was Hair I added! (As in Boris) Simple homophone mix-up. Let me know if no-one has added you and I will sort it aaart!

piercedprincess · 08/03/2015 18:54

WARNING Super self indulgent moan ahead*WARNING

Feeling a bit depressed because had a row with the OH because he's being cunty and I'm also glum because I'm probably out this cycle Sad

Bleh. It really seems like everyone is pregnant right now and it's been taking me forever. I've been trying for almost two years now. Every month it's the same old bloody same old, predictable old period every time.

Got some stuff going on in my relationship right now as well so that's just making everything worse. We should probably go to couples counselling. The fact that my period is inevitably going to arrive in a weeks time just makes me want to do nothing except crawl into bed with a large bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate. Screw watching the calories I wanna drown my sorrows.

This is a fantastical moan I know but it does seem some women have it so lucky. They seem to have fairly stable relationships, stable careers and are then blessed with bubba after bubba. Me, I'm scratching to carve out a freelance career as a copywriter for pocket money, I suffer from anxiety, my relationship is a rollercoaster, and I can't even get sucessfully up duffed once. FML plays the smallest violin in the world

spinningirl10 · 08/03/2015 18:58

I've added Heir I think?! Goodness it's all very confusingSmile
