Mummy my last bfp's were pink in my hand but totally grey whenever I tried to upload them. No matter what I did! There is definitely a line there and I hope it gets darker for you

mummyofonesofar · 03/03/2015 20:06

Spoke too soon - I just had some pink spots on wiping. Sorry to get everyone excited. Sad too upset to tell DP yet. Cramping feels like it's on its way.

Sparkly123 · 03/03/2015 20:09

Amyyy27 · 03/03/2015 20:11

Oh mummy so sorry Sad Flowers

MaMaPo · 03/03/2015 20:16

Morning all! And yay for Amyy, what brilliant news.

Boris, yes I've been trying soy for the past three cycles but hold out little hope. Two weeks until our consultant appointment.

Mummyofone - sorry to hear of impending AF.

It seems that I now need to include my other stats: fiercely secular humanist, definitely atheist, left leaning on social issues but a centrist on financial ones, fiercely feminist, pro gay marriage, anti people whinging that they have to treat people fairly, eye rolly when people think that radical Muslim is about to take over the world. Grin Time for my ostracism, I think.

MaMaPo · 03/03/2015 20:18

Radical Islam, that should read! In my defence its first thing in the morning and I slept terribly. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

wotsits1 · 03/03/2015 20:18

Congrats Amyyy that's amazing news!!!! So happy for you!!!!

Dojo... Hope growing pains are a sign. I had them for 3 days (although they've gone today and been replaced by twitchy belly!)

9dpo and its torture!

Can I ask... What are the best hpts? Which are the most sensitive for the best price?

Amyyy27 · 03/03/2015 20:34

Thank you MaMaPo and wotsits Grin

And i am bigging up superdrug tests wotsits for giving me a clear line at 10dpo! You mormally get 2 for £5 (roughly) but i noticed an offer of 2 double test boxes for £8 today!

Nomio230 · 03/03/2015 20:35

Congrats, amy!

mummy, I really hope it is not af. I have my fx that it is just your bean settling in.

PurdeyBirdie · 03/03/2015 20:38

It must be lovely to be able to roll your eyes from the comfort of Australia where you have suffered very little in the way of terrorism by Islamist fundamentalists.

By-the-way, how does a fierce feminist differ from a feminist?

nightandthelight · 03/03/2015 20:43

Congrats Amy!

Nomio230 · 03/03/2015 20:44

Maybe they growl a lot. Grin

I am all on my lonesome tonight. DH came home & spunked me up first though! CD12, so OV is imminent.

wotsits1 · 03/03/2015 20:45

Amyyy I shall stock up in superdrug!!! I'm determined not to test again until Sunday or Monday. Am 9 dpo today to AF should be due Sunday (assuming I have a 32 day cycle! I ov on day 18 but haven't had AF for 5 years because I had a coil in so GOD KNOWS!)

Did a cheapy home bargains one today but bfn!, boooo!

wotsits1 · 03/03/2015 20:46

.... I remember I ov on day 18 when I got preggo with dd but can't remember how long my cycles were! Duh!

TakesTwoToTango · 03/03/2015 20:53

Whoop Amyyy!!! Congratulations!! Fingers crossed for a lovely sticky one for you!

juneybean · 03/03/2015 20:57

mummy pink spots on wiping could be implantation. Don't give up hope yet. I'm keeping everything crossed for you!

Amyyy27 · 03/03/2015 20:59

Thanks ladies! Grin

Wotsits i think AF is due exactly 14 days after ov i think- someone may correct me

CoffeeTwo · 03/03/2015 20:59

mummy sorry about your spotting :(

I feel a need to warn people about Superdrug tests. I got a faint pink line during my December cycle that I'm certain was a false positive. I'm mulled for a while about it being a chemical pregnancy but I literally got the line in the morning, a negative later that day and lots of negatives afterwards.

Not the best picture but the second line was definitely pink. I won't be buying superdrug tests again.

Sparkly123 · 03/03/2015 20:59

So superdrug tests are good?! I have built up quite a collection from last two cycles.
I currently have the following :

4 Frers
1 Clearblue Digi
1 Tesco digi
3 Clearblue trial Pg tests
3 NHS pg tests from fertility clinic
And a million little one step ICs.

Basically, as I'm off to get a BFP this cycle, I'll have a whole load of tests ready to pass around you guys that I shall no longer need! Wink

Woolly84 · 03/03/2015 20:59

Hi everyone! Catching up after a couple of days.....massive congrats to Takestwo and Amy!! GrinFlowers amazing news!! All the best for a healthy 9 months!
Unfortunately AF arrived for me today, so onwards to the next cycle! Still staying aboard the March bus but taking the backseat! Smile
Updated stats:

Woolly84, TTC#1, Cycle 3, BFP due around 30th March

CoffeeTwo · 03/03/2015 20:59

would help if I posted the picture

The March Bus is rolling through Spunkland stopping for BFPs only!
Sparkly123 · 03/03/2015 21:01

Oh crossed posts.. Maybe not then Coffee!

Mummy could still be settling in bleeding .. Keep positive Flowers

CoffeeTwo · 03/03/2015 21:02

I have heard lots of good things about them, much cheaper than frer but seem to be as sensitive. But getting a false positive it just horrible. Way worse that AF. I just won't risk buying them again myself.

spinningirl10 · 03/03/2015 21:04

In my time here I've heard of a few ladies getting false positives with Superdrug tests.
