Bowie, I'm astonished that such rocky and erratic progesterone produced this fabulous news..and at 8dpo! Nothing is certain in this charting game and your chart proves that! Hurrah!
Thank you for your encouragement re the interview. I was very very glad I went. They said I was 'just what they were looking for', despite my telling them absolutely everything about my past (except the dogging, obvs). She told me that she would like to put me on an unpaid eight-week placement within LCC (Lancs County Council); 30 hours per week over four days. At the end of this there is every chance I will be taken on permanently with paid work. It is a brand new project of theirs which has only seen 23 subjects so far - and nineteen went on to get proper jobs! I'm so excited!
I'm used to unpaid work having volunteered (pre-Nancy) at a needle exchange clinic in Manchester working with prozzies and druggies. I don't mind having to work for nothing when there is such a great chance of paid work at the end of it.
