Your temp is a very good sign and I know that a lot of women wait till after AF is due to use a digital because they don't pick up like a frer does before AF xx I have all my fingers and toes crossed for you dastardly, keep us posted XXX

I hope so Mumwannabe. I can probably mostly ignore the cheapy (cause they are quite widely known to be crap) and the Tesco one as it did say on the instructions something along the lines of it being used to detect pregnancy after a missed period. But the digital one is sticking in my head as it is supposed to be accurate by now and afaik is the same sensitivity as the clearblue plus tests that have given me positives on monday and tuesday.

Either way it also buggers up my plan of presenting my husband with a positive digital test as an early Christmas present. I am so tempted to test again but don't want to waste any more tests unnecessarily.

Keeping everything crossed for you Dastardly. I've been in that limbo land myself and it's absolutely horrid. Here's hoping the tests you used last night and this morning just weren't sensitive enough. Keeping everything crossed for you. Hang on in there my lovely.

Cd5 here cariad and sparkly af just about gone. Still undecided whether to ttc this month prior to starting fertility treatment next cycle. Few more days to make my mind up yet as don't ov til cd16!

Thank you Cariad and victoria. I couldn't resist and did another cheapie test with a 5hr hold and got a very faint positive but a positive nonetheless. Pretty much hoping that my negatives were down to the weak samples I used at this point.

Decided to go ahead and tell my husband. I showed him the tests with the clearer lines and was surprised that he saw them tbh. I told him about the neg test (the digital one) so he is prepared that things can go either way. I will test tomorrow morning with a clearblue plus and go from there I think.

I am now cd45, bfn this morning. If I'm still testing bfn in another week should i go to the docs? I'm 31 and I've never even been a day late before. I'm now 15 days late. I know you can get bfns even when pg but i have to be realistic and think that there's some other reason for it.

I would definitely go to the gp in your position Boobear1983. 15 days late is very odd I think and should be checked out. It is probably something else keeping your period away imo but best to get it sorted as I expect it will be interfering with your ability to conceive.

I'm 8dpo tomorrow and even though ovia is saying not to test until the 30th I'm really tempted to use a frer and test anyway - would make a great Xmas present. If it's bfn I wouldn't be upset either cos I'd know it's still so early.

Well my spotting has increased slightly and trying to turn from pink to red so I have a feeling I'm out this month! Which is annoying because im not even due on till the 27th!!! Had better book a ticket for the Jan bus

mumwannabe last two months have each been 3 pairs of funky accessorise sock, but different this month. I'll post a photo when it gets opened. :)

I do recommend it as a strategy, it is nice that af's arrival has a silver lining. :)

Well I have my baileys on standby for my coffee in the morning, but I might still test because it is only spotting and not much on pantyliner really, more on the tissue x my temp should tell me too because it seems my temp drops at 10dpo which is tomorrow xx
