What are your stats hc899? Did you do anything different this cycle?

I'm on 9 dpo although due to disappointments in the past, I'm not testing until I'm late (Thursday). No symptoms apart from AF type ones which I usually get at this time, painful boobs and slight cramping.

Hi suebridehead. I am not fully convinced yet, even though there are definitely 2 lines on the frer. Has anyone had a false positive with frer or knows anyone who's had one?

Stats are: age 31, ttc #1, cycle 2. AF due 12th or 13th dec. Came off pill at end of may after being on it for 3.5 years. Had regular cycles (give or take a day or two) straight away. Started actively ttc at beginning of Oct, and used CB digital ov kits both cycles. DTD every other day after AF finished, but haven't done it since last sun. CD 27 today and 10 dpo. Please don't add my stats officially yet though -just took a test with one of those one step things and it came up neg, so I want to see if any other tests come up positive over the next few days -I'm not quite believing frer yet!

So sorry Nordic. Thinking of you. This ttc journey is so very difficult isn't it.

Made the mistake of googling the chances of having more than one child post ectopic this morning and the stats make grim reading. Starting to worry it might never happen for us

Hc899, okay, really hope it is true but understand how it's best not to get hopes up just in case.

sue I'll be 10dpo on Tues and if no AF or spotting I'll be dying to poas and I have 2 frers in the drawer! DH wants me to wait til weekend but I won't be able to!

Cariad, one of my friends had an topic pregnancy and she had to loose the tube from that side, she had a few complications along the way, a couple of miscarriages but she has two perfect little boys one is five and the other is almost a year, it can be done, never loose hope , it may take time and not always a straight road but never loose hope xx

My OPKs are starting to show a second line whereas it's been white up to now. Stopped SI on Friday & OVd 5 days later so due to OV Wednesday if the same again. Started getting little prodding sensation on left side (was right last month) so eagerly tracking cm.

I'm very excited for this month! We DTD this morning & will do so tomorrow, Tuesday & Wednesday (& keep on if no temp rise) and had acupuncture on Friday (with more due 10dpo on the 20th). Positive vibes! Sending some to all you guys too x

Evening all!!
I've been awol for a few days due to being a little obsessed and crazy so I decided to take a break.
Ff has me ovulating on Wednesday, but my temp rise was really gradual so I'm not convinced. We have also barely dtd this week as DH is ill again. All this, combined with a terrible week at work and one of my closest friends having a beautiful baby boy has sent me a bit west! I have been the epitome of irrational and moody.
I'm feeling much better today and have decided to count myself out and forget about tlc until the new year. I'm such a control freak and need to realise that this could be a long journey, so all this getting worked up is no good.
Had a lovely day today with Sunday lunch and putting up the tree. I have also bottled a load of slow gin and blackberry brandy, which has helped lighten the mood -hic!

Sport to all of those in limbo or feeling disappointed- it's a sack of shit.

I don't think you can get a false positive as such.... but you can get a chemical pregnancy (egg doesn't quite implant) where AF turns up more or less on time after a BFP.
