Sorry so many of us are having a crappy negative day.

I'm having a wtf few days. Ewcm and positive opk on Tuesday, so I thought ovulation was happening. But I've had no temp rise and my opk's are varying between stark white and almost positive. DH has a cold and I'm irrationally angry with him for it! Baby boms everywhere as well. All in all, I'm feeling super emotional and am convinced this will be an anovulatory cycle.

So tempted to take to my bed with some christmas chocs and Brandy

I'm not sure! The doctor just said o needed a scan to date me correctly and said an appointment would be in the mail. I dont know if that just means an appointment to see a midwife or a scan. Last month I had every symptom under the sun and was convinced I would get a bfp. Just confused now over the dates but the doctor was certain that these things happen and told me it often happened.

Ooh Claire that's exciting! Be sure to let us know how you get on. When is the scan?

I'm cd 13 here and had smiley face today so on it! Can I ask- with OPKs, does this indicate you are just about to ovulate and should we be dtd after the smiley face too?? Sorry for all questions! I'm new to this! Thank you

sparkly I think on the day and around the smiley face day would be more than enough as sperm can live for a few days so will be there when egg is released. I had positive opk today and dtd tues and will try to over the weekend :) fingers crossed for us all

Thanks alien! I wasn't sure whether dtd every other day or every day was best.. We have every day since cd 11. Wasn't sure whether today getting the smiley face meant I should continue Tomor too which will be cd 14! It's some process this ttc! fingers crossed for you this weekend!

Couldn't temp this morning as my thermometer has vanished I think maybe my dd took it last night when she was looking for hand cream. She would have just thought it was a fun item to have!
Anyway I have caught a cold from ds and have a really sore throat so I think that's why temp was higher yesterday. Af feels imminent today so I suspect it to arrive later or tomorrow.

Hey sammy after your news yesterday I went and fished old tests out of the bin (ive tested the last couple of days as I love torturing myself apparently) tests are def bfn still. Af feels like she's on her way but I'm hanging in their, hoping for a Christmas miracle :) hope the rest of you have a lovely morning. I'm on my commute to work now - 2 hours each way - such fun.

Clairexxx; do you temp at all? If so, what were your temps like after your November AF?

I'm now wishing I'd temper properly this month. Cd17 and second day of solid smiley but no idea if ive ovulated yet as I have no temps to compare. The past few days it's slowly risen but I only have 2 starting temps to compare with.

So I poas this morning and there is a squinter of a line!! Within time limit on an ic. Normally there are stark white. Looks like my opks when they are faint. Doesn't photograph well.

Working 13 hours now so can't get to shops for frer but my friend is gonna get me one. Don't think DP would be able to haha. He's told me not to get excited but I can't help it. It's gonna be faint coz not due till tomorrow.

I have had my temp rise this am, last positive opk was Tuesday. Cm has been creamy since then. We haven't dtd since then either as DH has another cold. His second one at ovulation time. I know it's not his fault but I'm really pissed off with him. Not least because he keeps talking about quitting smoking and hasn't. Not feeling hopefull at all for this month. Thank God for Christmas boozing to cheer me up.
