Right, off to catch up properly now....

MrsGingerbread · 09/11/2014 18:29

Sorry spinning I hope that everything goes back to normal for you.

Beansprout sorry about your lp, have you tried b6? I'm a recent convert!

TheProofIsInThePudding · 09/11/2014 18:39

Oh dear... spinning you've convinced me to test tomorrow. You ladies are a bad influence! I felt a bit cheated last cycle that AF turned up early and I didn't get the chance to POAS! The Pringles might have gone a bit soft by Friday, sorry ladies! (It'll probably be a BFN anyway, so I'll nip to the shops for some more snacks ready for the end of the week.)

You see what AF has done is confused the post codes on her sat nav. She was supposed to be going to Joey's but instead she's gone to spinning's house!

Thepurplegiraffe · 09/11/2014 18:46

Thank you Fifi, I posted a response there too. I am permanently petrified but very happy. Today is the day it started to go wrong last time so I am currently on tenterhooks.

Sorry about AF Spinning, what a stressful month for you. Hope things get back to normal next week.

Purplegiraffe - I know exactly what you mean about getting to the same stage again and being on tenterhooks. I'm only 4dpo today and know that it's very unlikely that I'll get a BFP this month, but this is where it all started going wrong with my ectopic as I had implantation bleeding from 4-6dpo (I've never had this before and really hope I never experience it again) so I'm just desperately hoping that I get no bleeding between now and 13dpo when I plan to POAS. I have already wasted 3 tampons today "just checking".

Keeping everything crossed for you. I know that I'll be an absolute nervous wreck when/if I get a BFP.

MissMrsMummy · 09/11/2014 19:45

Welcome Jessie we will be testing around the same time (if AF doesn't get me first - I have only managed to poas once in 8 months of trying!)

SoapSudBub · 09/11/2014 19:47

Soap....I can see a faint line!! Do you have a frer for the morning?Grin

Thepurplegiraffe · 09/11/2014 19:57

Thank you Cariad I completely understand you being nervous about that. I really hope this is your month. Will you try next month if not? If you don't mind me asking, what was your first sign of an ectopic?

SoapSudBub · 09/11/2014 19:57

I don't spinning argh!! I picked up the wrong ones, I got the first response normal ones by mistake! I'll test with one of those with fmu and grab a FRER on my way to work!!

StowFrenchy · 09/11/2014 20:05

spinningirl10 · 09/11/2014 20:21

Lucie, thanks for the dec bus link, I shall straddle both buses but hope af won't arrive again in November!

Frolic, I shall stick around here, I have my pom poms at the ready for everyone Grin
Keeping everything crossed for you.

Welcome Jessie, fx for a bfp soon for you.

Proof, good luck tomorrow.

Thanks ladies, you are all fab. This rocky journey is so much better with all of youThanks

spinningirl10 · 09/11/2014 20:28

Ooh it's Downton soon, anyone else watching?Grin

tessiegirl · 09/11/2014 20:30

Hmmmm...ok so I have just been to the toilet and when I wiped there was a bit of pink spotting. I am on CD25 and wasn't really expecting AF until this coming Friday so she may be starting to show her face a few days early which is ok if it is as we haven't properly been trying this month. Proper ttc will start next cycle!!
Just so I am clear for putting my info into ff when I can - CD1 is only counted when there is proper red blood isn't it?

phew, found you. hate it when the bus stops chucks you off and you need to mumble to the next bus driver that you were on a bus that randomly stopped. This bus is moving FAST!

No news, as ovia app says. nothing seen nothing felt.

Welcome Jessie!!!!

MrsExtraOrdinary · 09/11/2014 20:38

Me me me!!!! I had a nap this afternoon so I could see the final episode of downton! I enjoy the fact my sons have to sit quietly and not speak for a whole hour for period drama!

Boosk · 09/11/2014 20:39

I used to love a bit of gardening proof but don't seem to have the time so much now. Today was more out of necessity since we were getting attacked by climbing plants every time we went outside. My thumb bloody hurts now though. Blush

Boosk · 09/11/2014 20:43

Welcome jessie, fx for you.

Fx for tomorrow soap!

wanttobeamummyin2015 · 09/11/2014 20:43

I have no TV, so watching Downton on iplayer tomorrow - don't spoil it! LAst episode eek :)

Soap I can see a pretty clear line (clear for an IC) - fx it comes up nice and strong on your FR tomorrow!

Boosk · 09/11/2014 20:44

How are you getting on MrsE, I hope things are beginning to improve. How many weeks are you now?

SpuffySummers · 09/11/2014 20:51

Hi all

Since the Mirena came out on 6th October I've only had 7 days AF free! Is this normal?! And 4 of those 7 have been the last 4 days. can't TTC if AF won't piss off

So, who's doing the 2WW right now?

Cariad2014 · 09/11/2014 20:58

Purple - spotting at 4dpo was the first sign that something was wrong. I've never had any spotting before and Dr Google told me that 4dpo was far too early for a pregnancy to be implanting in the uterus (apparently that's not biologically possible until 5-6dpo). It is possible to have ov bleeding at 4dpo but as I'd had ov bleeding on the day I ov'd I knew this was unlikely. Of course, lots of people do have spotting around 4dpo and it's completely harmless but it really freaked me out as I've never had it before.

Beyond that I had more spotting at between 4 weeks and 5 weeks. It wasn't heavy and it wasn't prune juice coloured but I still suspected something was amiss. What prompted me to go to the EPU in the end is that I had awful indigestion pains at 5 weeks, which made walking extremely painful (although I was fine when sitting down), after which I took a Clearblue hpt which showed that I was less pregnant than I should have been.

We've decided not to try next cycle as I'd be 5 weeks over Christmas and not only am I petrified of another ectopic, I'm even more petrified of losing my remaining Fallopian tube (as if I did I'd have no chance of conceiving naturally and would have to go down the IVF route), and don't want to risk being ill over Christmas and finding that the treatment isn't as good because hospitals are operating on a skeleton staff.

Oooh good reminder on the Downton front Spinning. Can't wait.
