So after being excited to see my temperature shoot upwards yesterday, it's plummeted today. I feel so frustrated. If i'm having an anovulatory cycle I just want af to hurry up and hit me sooner rather than later. It feels like this cycle is just a constant reminder that I was pregnant and now i'm not, it's not letting me draw a line under it and move on.

ohlordy it could be a fallback rise. Often I get them and temp goes back up the next day x

Victoria- you are going to have to prove him/her wrong. I'm sure you will. I think I am right in thinking you've recently had the hsg - that is the next step for me if we don't conceive this month and it sounds like lots of ladies get a BFP afterwards.

trixie/april the fortune teller I went to a few months back got so much stuff right it was eerie. I didn't give anything away, kept a blank face with minimal chat. Other girls from work saw her and were amazed too at her accuracy in their lives.

Yes I had HSG last cycle. You just need to lay back and think of England! One of my 10month plus girls got her bfp after it at 19months! Another 10month plus just got a bfp today after 18months. There's still hope!

Lots of you ladies use opks, I'm thinking of giving them a try next cycle. What sort do you recommend? I want reliable/accurate but not ridiculous money. Does such a thing exist?

8 dpo and plenty of symptoms that only exist in my head nothing new to report. Tww is so boring. The earliest I will test is next Tuesday.

kissing I've used the clearblue digital OPK and I've found it to be very good. I was conceived in the first cycle that I used it. (Unfortunately ended in MMC hence back here).
Welcome Snowman I had a Mirena coil before DS and conceived very quickly. I had another Mirena put in when DS was 6 weeks and this was removed at the end of May. I had one cycle to get back to normal, the next I missed my ov date and I conceived in the third cycle, using cd digi ov tests. Good luck.

Victoria, mine basically described my personality spot on from just looking at me. There were a couple of things where he was a bit off though.
That is great news about the HSG BFPs. I ventured onto the ttc longer than 10 months thread last night as figured it was time, just realised that there are two and think I posted on the other one.

Bluesky I have no idea about temping but your chart doesnt show 3 days of temp rises does it? unless im reading it wrong, I think there has to be 3 days to confirm ovulation.

Genni my lovely sorry FF doesnt think you ovulated I would go by the temps and ignore the opks I was getting positives and not ovulating so I dont trust them at all any more. Every one gets months of no ovulation its just annoying.

Welcome Snow be careful with ovulation tests as they dont confirm ovulation just a raise in LH I expect you will have a few months where your cycle will be all over the place but fx it stays normal!

Jessie thats the reason I never had a coil I couldnt stand the thought of a possible pregnancy being killed by the coil

Well Ovia has be starting my fertile week today wish is earlier than it normally says...I cant start today as DP is working late so it will have to wait until tomorrow.

I've already told him what to expect bless him hes pretty good at stepping up especially now im on clomid we cant waste it.

Well thats me out for another month, AF got me today so gutted and will be away from bf for 5 weeks starting Monday so won't be jumping on the dec bus so soon either! I wish everyone loads of luck with their TTC efforts which are all amazing and so are you xx will keep an eye out so I can celebrate the rest of bfps this month and possibly part some wisdom if need be xx

Blueberry thank you for having a look. I thought that everything above my pre ovulation temp was counted as a temp rise so would have have all days post ovulation as temp rises. But I am totally clueless about it all and you are probably reading my chart better than I am doing. Hopefully another high temp tomorrow will confirm it...maybe....

Aside from temp confusion I am symptom spotting all over the place with crazy AF style cramps since yesterday....and I'm only 5dpo (if I even ovulated) today. Trying to stop the madness now and wait until AF gets me next week.

I have a water infection :-/ Any tips? I think it's from not going for a wee after DTD but I can't do that as I'd lose all the swimmers!

Hi blue sky, just looked at your chart and your temps have stayed a lot higher than pre ovulation temps so it looks very very promising that you ov'd! Don't worry about the dip as its still higher and most women can get a random dip here and there xx

Thanks spinning and blueberry. I'm not remotely tempted to test yet due to lack of symptoms. I hated seeing those bfn's so much last month when af was late.

bluesky I'm not a temping expert, but second everyone else's thoughts that you did ovulate. Keep temping and I'm sure it will all become clearer in a few days.

lordy it may be a fall back rise. I have had one of them last cycle only for my temp to recover the next day. Again, hkeep temping and it should get clearer. I spend way too much time looking at my chart as it looks different every day!

I've just poas, ic and its negative. This is very good news as I'm only cd4 but after last cycle I want to temp and poas early so that I hopefully know what's going on!

Contrats wanttobe! I'm considering poas in the morning at 10dpo. I am fully aware that this is probably much too early but my cycles are 26-28 days, with CD26 being tomorrow. I don't want to be deprived of being able to satisfy my poas obsession again this month. Dp suspects that I am insane. I second his opinion

Oh no missmrs! Cranberry tablets are great and lots of water.
Also, I get a lot of water infections so I have to go to the toilet after dtd and I still got pregnant so don't worry :)

I had the beginnings of a water infection last week after loads of dtd as well missmrs. I drank fuckloads of water and cranberry juice to flush it out and that worked as it was gone the next day.

Really Blue? So positive on a ovulation test might not actually be positive? I'm so new to this I don't understand it all

I often go to the loo after dtd as well. Not sure it makes a difference.
