Yes! Flower! Great news, thanks so much for letting us know. Thinking sticky thoughts for you x

spinningirl10 · 22/10/2014 09:28

Yep mrsG I did adjust it thanks. It was the worst nights sleep I've had for a while as I was also awake at 2am so it might not be accurate.......clutching at straws I thinkGrin

Thanks Lucie, I guess I'll find out soon enough.

lucieloos · 22/10/2014 09:40

Fx spinning x

gennibugs · 22/10/2014 09:42

flowerbomb congratulations! ! Fab news.

Have spent my train journey analysing charts on FF. This temping lark is no good for my sanity. I'd like to continue temping but just not sure how accurate it is given my restless nights. I never get a solid block of sleep.

spinning are you sticking with reflexology alongside the acupuncture?

Cariad2014 · 22/10/2014 09:57

Sorry for the BFNs - what a rubbish POAS party that turned out to be, although as others have said, I'm still hopeful that it's still too early for some, if not all of you. Last time I got a BFP my temp was down at 11dpo before shooting back up at 12dpo so you never know.

Huge congrats on your BFP Flowerbomb. Here's to a healthy, sticky bean and a happy and healthy nine moths.

TerrysNo2 · 22/10/2014 09:57

Yay, flower thank you for giving the rest of us hope and redeeming the bus! Grin

Spinning AF usually arrives within a day or two. Mine seems to be arriving today which I'm really pleased about because it means my cycle has been 29 days rather than 31 last month which hopefully means they are returning to normal for me (26-28 days).

spinningirl10 · 22/10/2014 09:59

Genni, I haven't had reflexology since beginning of August! It was an hours drive away and once the holiday makers arrived it was taking 1 1/2 hours to get there. I should go back but I fancied trying something elseGrin can't afford to do both.

I've stayed away from looking at charts so far today but have been busy googling bfp's after big temp dip! Completely mad Grin

spinningirl10 · 22/10/2014 10:01

That's interesting Cariad but does nothing to help my sanityGrin

Terry, sorry it looks like af is on its way in. Small consolation that cycle is shorter Thanks

TheProofIsInThePudding · 22/10/2014 10:13

Congratulations flower Thanks

And sorry to all those who haven't been lucky this month. I'm still cheering you all on from the sidelines.

Dozygirl · 22/10/2014 10:16

Sorry for the bfns and the temp drops but maybe it was still too early to test. Fx for u.

Congrats flower for the BFP. Looking forward to hearing your stats later.

Siarie · 22/10/2014 11:20

Hello Ladies,

Just wanted to pop onto this bus to say check out how some of the lovely people that joined me on my TTC journey are getting along. I was hoping to see a few less familiar names!

I don't know where the time has gone, I'm now 13 weeks + 3!

And to cheer up anyone who has had a BFN this morning, here's a lovely video on the miracle of life to remind you just how difficult a journey it really is but ultimately beautiful. But you'll get there in the end! Thanks

Oh wow siarie the time has flown. I hope you're keeping well and can relax more now that you're in the second trimester.

ChandlersFarang · 22/10/2014 11:51

It's a sad message for me to write ladies but I am getting off the bus - my hospital appointment today has confirmed I'm not responding to the meds to get me to ovulate, so the Dr has said next step for me is IVF. It's £6k at my hospital here and DH and I don't want to downgrade to somewhere cheaper on something like this so we've decided to just give up on TTC until we get back to London where we will be eligible for 3 free rounds of IVF in our local area. It's almost a bit of a relief frankly as all these fruitless hospital trips were getting a bit dull!! We can really enjoy the rest of our Thailand time, lots of travel, and get a dog as soon as we get home before we start treatment. So we have a plan. Thanks so much for all the support and good humour since I boarded my first bus back in January, and GOOD LUCK to all of you in your quest! I hope I see none of you in 8 months time when I get back on the busses... Big love and luck!!!! GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrinWineWineWineWine

TheGrandHighWitch · 22/10/2014 11:57

So sorry to hear that ChandlersFarang Sad. I'm glad you are able to make the most of your travel without the hospital trips getting in the way and I hope you get your baby when the time is right for you. Thanks

KittyVonCatsington · 22/10/2014 12:05

I am truly gutted for you wild spinning and treacle (sorry if I missed anyone else out) - having a little moment thinking about you all. The dark days of TTC really are hell. There is still some hope though, there always is!

Chandlers - a huge penis dragon hug from me, all the way over to Bangkok. You really don't deserve this-PCOS has a lot to answer for Angry Please please keep in touch and we will still be on Mumsnet one way or another, when you start your IVF- you won't be doing it alone!

Congratulations though flower - here's to a boring and healthy 8 months for you Thanks

Love to you all

spinningirl10 · 22/10/2014 12:06

Oh Chandler, I'm really very sorry to read your news Sad it sounds like you're making the best decision. You've been such great fun to have on the buses, I shall miss you. Enjoy your time left in Thailand and your travels. I hope to see you back here in a few monthsGrin

spinningirl10 · 22/10/2014 12:12

Oh chandlers I'm sorry to hear that, it sounds like it is the right choice though and at least you can relax and enjoy the rest of your amazing time in Thailand. I will really miss you on here, have enjoyed having you about to keep us company on the buses. Please pop back and update us from time to time on how you're doing.

Will be there be much of a waiting list for your free rounds of ivf? I am also looking to embark early next year if I don't get any good news from the next few cycles but the wait is too long in my area for us to consider nhs. I think it's 18 months - 2 years from first appt and I am very conscious of my age so we have no choice but to go private even though we have no money saved for it. Think the credit card will take a battering Hmm

lindamagoo · 22/10/2014 12:49

Chandlers I'm so sorry to hear your news but it sounds like there's light at the end of the tunnel when you get back home. Enjoy the rest of your time over there. Hope to see you back here one day. Big huge penis dragon hugs to you my lovely Smile

gennibugs · 22/10/2014 13:04

chandlers you will be missed very much. But it sounds like you have made the right decision for you. Enjoy the rest of your time in Thailand.

gennibugs · 22/10/2014 13:05

lucie sounds like you are in a similar position to me. The waiting lists suck big time.

WiIdfire · 22/10/2014 13:18

Thank god for your BFP Flowerbomb! I had such high hopes for the rest of you (though not so much for me, so I'm not too disappointed) - but I really thought there might be a flurry of positives. Sad not off the bus yet though...

lucieloos · 22/10/2014 13:31

Yes it does Genni there's no way we would be able to leave it that long. Will you also go private if you need treatment?
