Isn't it around implantation time cupcake? Maybe the month your not trying will be the month it happens! Grin

I'm very superstitious tori, but I have heard it's only bad luck if you keep it in your house Wink could you buy it and keep it at someone else's house? It'd be a shame to miss out on a bargain!

Couldn't u do any physio now? Gentle pregnant physio?
To me physio doesn't work ive had it for 3 years on my knee and its no better lol

Tori its bad luck to have it in the house. Mine stayed at my nans but I did put it in my house the weekend of my induction lol Grin

Ducky ive no idea where I am in my cycle Brew so who knows ? :s
If I take it from when I had that ewcm with a streak of blood in it as my ovulation I'd be around 6dpo. But I can't be certain as I never tracked my ov Confused it's nice having the break but not knowing where I am in my cycle is horrible lol Grin

It would be amazing if it had happened cupcake! The one month with no trying!

That's my weekend job, I need to sort the house from top to bottom! And I will move the Moses basket into our bedroom and move his bouncer and things down stairs (and maybe put up the Christmas tree Shock)

I think I will put the pram in my car boot from next week. I have a car seat base that I need to figure out tomorrow, I wonder if I put my car seat in I could get away with parking in the parent and child spaces at the shop so I don't have to waddle ages! H keeps getting fed up because I have to have about 2 - 3 breaks to get to the car from the shop! Ha Grin

BlushBlushBlushBlush Just went to the shops... Waiting in a massive queue of people, h proceeds to take the maternity pads I got out the trolley and say loudly 'what are you doing with these' BlushBlushBlushBlushBlush

Haha ohhh the glamor of pregnancy! I had a massive pile of always night time ones as I read they would be ok.. I didn't bleed much with dd so hope il be the same this time! But I've since realised they're heavily perfumed which I figured wouldn't be nice should I need stitches or anything!

Ooohhh exciting tori Smile I love watching obem! I also made h watch a programme that was on bbc3 called don't drop the baby... It's about useless partners preparing for the birth Grin

With dd it was obviously v different to a normal birth so h kind of just sat quietly in the corner, I think id like him to do the same this time haha. I'm not into any of this massage stuff and hate people touching me/speaking to me when I'm in pain!

I'm dreading having to wear pads, I must have an odd shape or something because mine always leaked. So I used tampons which worked fine and then on the pill I didn't have periods. So really dreading using pads for after birth Confused

Siarie · 29/11/2014 09:21

I also don't like the feel of them while things are absorbing lol. It's like wearing a wet nappy urgh!

lillamyy1 · 29/11/2014 09:24

Hi everyone! Sorry for going quiet for so long. I hope everyone's doing really well Thanks
I've been mega busy because I had to get a new job which is 40 hours a week. It's exhausting but it's only until the end of Jan.

I had my 20 week scan last Friday and found out we're having a little boy!!! Grin I'm so happy, we'd both had a strong feeling it was a boy and I just burst into tears when they told us (with joy not disappointment hah!)
He's been super wriggly and DP is really looking forward to being able to feel him kicking.
I can't believe how many baby boys are due on this thread!

Ducky I'm so excited that you'll be having your little boy so soon! and lulu you're due shortly after, right?

Ducky23 · 29/11/2014 10:22

well I'm quite small and all the pads seem so huge Confused I feel like I'm wearing a nappy!

Lil! Another boy for our football team!!! Congratulations! Hope the new job isn't wearing you out too much!!!

Am really hoping this little man will make an appearance before! Have started getting a lot of twinges and things!

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 29/11/2014 10:36

Oh I hated the maternity pads! So big and bulky and eugh !

Hi lilla!!! Congrats on a baby boy!! :D exciting!!!

And Ducky that's good :) hopefully he's going to come before induction!! :D

Cupcake92 · 29/11/2014 14:45

I know ive been taking a break but I opened my pack of ovulation tests and have been peeing on then for 3 days now. As I said if I took that ewcm and spotting on CD 13 id be 7dpo today. But my OPK's have been extremely positive for 3 days since I decided to pee on them lol. I wish I hadn't used them! But im a poas addict ! :( this is annoying hahaa

Ducky23 · 29/11/2014 19:16

Hmmm cupcake, I took a ic opk in place of a pg test (to test the theory they could be used instead) and they came back b positive. More positive than when I got my positive for ov day.

Maybe stop poas for the next week and set a test day?

Fingers crossed Smile

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 29/11/2014 20:27

Wish I could show u a pic. I've never had an opk so dark!! The test line is twice as dark as the control I was so shocked. Probably nothing and probably means in ovulating now haha Grin

Ducky23 · 29/11/2014 20:41

Are they ic? That's what mine went like as pg tests, but when I ov'd they were barely as dark as the test line.

I think they could be used as early pg tests but to know that you would need to know for sure when you ov'd.

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 29/11/2014 20:54

These are Asda make ones. But I've never had it that dark when ive actually Ov'd before!
But ur right, and I can't be 100% sure when I Ov's as ive not been tracking it. :/

Cupcake92 · 30/11/2014 10:54

Is baby any closer to coming yet Ducky? Any more twinges?

Ducky23 · 30/11/2014 11:29

Nope Hmm all seems to have stopped now Hmm

Am putting my tree up ATM Smile unfolded all the branches and need a break already!

Have you had any more cramping or anything?

OP posts:
Cupcake92 · 30/11/2014 11:53

Aw it's gonna look so Christmassy and lovely when u bring baby home Ducky :)
Maybe all the decorating may help to bring some contractions on! :D
And I had some cramping yesterday and so far nothing today.
I don't expect to be pg as ive not charted etc but my AF is due a week today so I'll just take a test then to see :)

Cupcake92 · 30/11/2014 12:01

Tell a lie ... I'm cramping right this minute .
