Woo! Your temps look like mine Spinning.
I also have that full/bloated feeling. Felt quite nauseous too and my hips are sore. Spending a lot of time sitting down. symptoms! Probably just achey muscles.

Cpt I didn't notice it extending my cycle. Could be perhaps it's just lengthens your lp? So your cycles are now more even - follicular phase/luteal phase?

Joey acupuncture is supposedly good for all things TTC. Improving ovulation, balancing hormones, improvin uterus lining etc etc. and obviously good for reducing stress levels

What do you ladies recommend in terms of BBTs? And do you start temping from CD1

I just got a cheapo thermometer from e-bay boosk. It seems fine and does the two decimal places, which is important. I think the main thing is that you need to be able to do it at the same time every day immediately after waking from at least 3 hours uninterrupted sleep.
I just started using fertility friend to record temps and they have loads of info / instructions. Before this I was using i-period (had been keeping track of my cycles with it for years) but much prefer FF as it tells you when you are most likely to have ovulated.

Frolic, I'll let English comment on yours, it looks fab but as it's my first month temping I'm not sure what I'm looking for!

Boosk, I bought my thermometer from amazon but babymad also sell them. Mine doesn't have a light and I've borrowed my sons torch to look at the temp. So maybe spend a bit more and get one that lights up. I started using mine from the day after it arrived which was during af just so that I could get the hang of it. Some ladies only use them over to ov just to confirm ovulation.

Joey, accupunture and refexology are both good for all sorts of things, both are used my some ladies when ttc. If you google you'll find lots of info and some ladies are sure that's why they conceived. If you decide to have either then make sure you use one that is recommended or has an interest in fertlity.

Fingers crossed for u ladies temps look lovely don't know what they mean as I don't temp I think I would send myself mad!!!

Final dtd session tonight on cd30. Excited then only time will tell. I have had 2 27 day cycles do a wk today I guess I will know

Thanks english, I seem to have a short fp, I ov early. Think I'll buy some cheap opk and just keeping testing so I know where I'm up to. I'm not doing a good job of taking a break from ttc.

boosk I also use the babymad thermometer off amazon. I have my alarm set for 6am every day, but if I wake early I temp then use an online adjustment calculator. I definitely recommend temping to recognise if/ when you've ov'd.

Frolic, I've just been looking at charts on ff and then I had another look at yours.....I think it looks good. Am I right in thinking you're still in with a chance if your temp doesn't drop below the cover line?

I have a babymad bbt one from Amazon too. It has no light I couldn't find a UK one that does, but it does remember the temperature. As soon as it beeps, I turn it off. Then when I'm more awake, I hold down the button and DON'T LET GOOOOOO or it loses the temp. It took me ages to get the hang of it.

I'd say you're still in Frolic.

Frolic your chart looks great but it could be that you are only 10dpo as although your coverline is low, that's because the 6 temps before ov were low, if you take a look at the earlier part of your cycle as well the coverline would be higher so the dip on CD21 could be ov? How much have you charted before to understand your cycles? In either case I think you're definitely still in with a chance!

Terry's - that's what I'm worried about. We stopped dtd on day 19, so I reckon my chances are slim if I did ovulate on day 21. I did chart last cycle as well, and that had me ovulating on day 17, but the cover line was much higher. I had a virus days 7-10 this cycle that may have messed things up. But i did have ovulation type pain, ewcm, and strong positive opk's on day's 17,18,19 this cycle. I don't think I did a opk on day 21 though, so I could have missed something. It's all so confusing! Will try to post a pic of the last chart when i swap back from laptop to phone. Thank you so much for taking the time to look.

I know I need to just wait it out and see if AF arrives, but I'm such a control freak.

That may not be too late at all Frolic. Dtd within two days of ovulation is still in your fertile window.

For this BFP (whether it sticks or not), it's a toss up between a day 18 and a day 21 ovulation. The last time we dtd was on day 18 and the more I look at my chart, the more I think it was a day 21. I was a day 19 ov last month.

Cd11 here and had positive opk yesterday. Negative again today so think I have ov'd today. So far we have dtd on 6,8,10 and will do again tonight and probably tomorrow. Hope that will be enough.

Good evening ladies. Well, I'm still confused. On cycle day 42 now...no idea really when I oved. If, even. Had a chemical last cycle and think it might have thrown my cycle out of whack somewhat. Did another frer today and I still think I can see something but it's so faint I'm a bit worried either way. If you lighten this you can see it better:

But really I don't know anymore. Think I'm going to step away from the tests for a week and see what happens. Has anyone else had a CP and then had late/no ovulation? So confused!

I can see the line you're talking about MaGrat, hopefully you ovulated late and will get a dark bfp soon.

MaG I can see a very faint line there. How many days are you post ov? Was that done with fmu? I agree if you can resist for a couple of days that might be a good idea. Try again on Saturday with fmu.

I don't really know to be honest - I wasn't temping until last week this month as we were meant to be having a ttc break but I think the chemical messed with my cycle a bit as I'm currently on CD day 42...thought I oved late but maybe it was really late...argh!! Aiming to wait and see what happens but I'm so glad that you can see a line too ladies!
