Ceds also yesterday (4dpo) i also had creamy cm that was stretchy - like ewcm but not clear, creamy :S sorry if tmi!!!

xBlueberry88x · 08/10/2014 16:55

Ced I getting creamy cm after ovulation...I know one of the girls googled it and its to do with progesterone.

Sadly our bodies mess with us all the time and symptoms arent always symptoms. Sometimes its that we are watching our body so much while ttc that we notice more.

Fx your are pg though and your bodies not messing with you!!

(I seem to sound depressing no matter what I write I do apologize)

wanttobeamummyin2015 · 08/10/2014 16:57

Blueberry that is so true - I literally notice every little thing now, symptom or not!! I think I am a crazy baby lady already ;)

ceds86 · 08/10/2014 17:03

Ah right, so I'm probably not ovulating for a second time then- or worse a first time and I hadnt until now...we've kinda run out of steam in the dtd dept as I presumed we were done for the month!? ok think I'm going to pop to super drug and get some tests to do either tomorrow or Friday morning and see what they come up with... Such a roller coaster!!!

ceds86 · 08/10/2014 17:15

Ok, no opk unfortunately but will DTD tonight and just hope hope hope that it's a sign of early preg and not actual ovulation! Will poas tonorrow or Friday so will keep you updated!

ceds86 · 08/10/2014 17:16

Ps thanks for all advice x

teeniedeenie34 · 08/10/2014 17:56

OK so it's CD16 here, was expecting a decent-ish line on my OPK but only another squinter this morning. It was CD16/17 last month I got my really strong positive, had really sore nipples and loads of EWCM. The only thing I have this month at CD16 is EWCM... What's going on? I just did another one at 5pm and it was clear. Where the hell is my line??? I started testing on CD9 and the lines were stronger at that point to be honest, still negative but stronger than they are now when I'm supposed to be at my peak... That's what's we've been working (DTDing) towards!! Feeling a bit emotional and pissed off today. Sorry for the rant, having a bit of a bad one :-(

Rants are welcome here teenie keep going with testing and hopefully you will get a pos ov soon.

teeniedeenie34 · 08/10/2014 18:43

Thanks Sunbathing and Sparkle for being so kind and sunbathing that's very reassuring. We have really put the effort in this cycle and my OH keeps asking me 'if I got a positive today?' And I have to keep saying 'just a faint one, we'll just need to keep going'... We've planned to DTD tonight so we've got that covered but I just want a positive so I know that I've caught ovulation. Just frustrated and emotional today... Not really like me but sure I'll be fine once we've DTD and I know that's another day covered. Honestly, ttc is all I can think about every minute of everyday but I can't tell anyone my hopes/fears/worries because no one knows... That's why I love these buses, everyone is so supportive.

sparkle17 · 08/10/2014 19:10

It is hard when nobody in rl knows teenie I've given up on that and told close family and a few friends. I find there support really useful and like the fact they know what is going on
Understand why people keep it to themselves though.

spinningirl10 · 08/10/2014 19:16

Teenie, well done on the dtd. I agree with the others, just keep testing and hopefully you'll get that line in the next couple of days.

Oh gosh, this bus is going so fast! I had to catch an aeroplane just to catch back up with you, I'm jumping back onto the back row if there's any room?

Sorry for all the BFNs and AF, come on all you BFPs, where are you hiding??

I think I might be 5dpo but I don't really know. I think I ovulated on cd9, which maybe because I was taking Agnus Castus. Not feeling confident for this month so trying not to think about it at all.

teeniedeenie34 · 08/10/2014 19:38

Thanks ladies!!!! Tomorrow is another day... And another poas. FX.

247babyonthebrain · 08/10/2014 19:43

Hi everyone I want to join you all if that's ok? I am 29 and ttc #1 cycle 3. Currently either 12 or 13 dpo but not sure. BFN this afternoon on a super drug test. Very disappointed but I suppose not out till Af here.

lucieloos · 08/10/2014 19:56

April I'm really sorry AF has arrived, I know how much harder it gets every month and just how you are feeling. Try and stay positive though, I have been reading a really good book lately called trying to get pregnant and succeeding by Marissa Peer. It's all about positive thinking and the effect it can have one your body. She gets you to do lots of different things to demonstrate this and it's really interesting and makes you think.

In other news DH has agreed to have a third and final semen analysis. We are going to wait a few weeks though. Checked on world health organisation website and his last one was definitely not carried out in accordance with their guidelines no matter what the man at the clinic says so that does give me a little more hope. We are also going to get it done at a different clinic who have confirmed the sample will be analysed straight away. I feel a lot happier about that and so long as DH can perform on the day at the clinic rather than at home I am prepared to accept the results whatever they may be.

Foxtrot7459 · 08/10/2014 19:57

CD 25 9dpo here and I've just had a ridiculous symptom spotting moment! My cat has constantly wanted to be sitting on my lap, the last couple of days I've worked from home - she usually sleeps on the bed but has been insisting that she is on my lap. Now watching tv and she is again on my lap. I'm sure I've read somewhere that cats can sense these things or do I just need a slap?!?

sparkle17 · 08/10/2014 20:06

I like that theory fox.fx for you.

I am now 10dpo and reaching testing territory. However i am not testing as want to have a nice weekend away. Although i am hoping the in laws dog will sense that i am pregnant and give me a sign. I bet lassie could do it.

Blueskygirl30 · 08/10/2014 20:09

Foxtrot yes! definite symptom! I read that somewhere too, last month I went to visit my parents and was trying to get the cats to come and sit on my lap as though that would mean I was pregnant. But yes, cats apparently sit on your lap more if you're pregnant. Oh, and if anyone doesn't have access to a cat, apparently dolphins will save you from a shark attack if your pregnant...maybe worth a shot as an early pregnancy detector? Grin

Frolicacid · 08/10/2014 20:20

mama and wanttobe, I think we are abou the same dpo. I'm not due af until the 18th so will try not to test till then.
My nipples feel super-sensitive today! Symptom anyone?

furtivefeline · 08/10/2014 20:22

Good luck for your POAS tomorrow ceds!

Teenie I have had similar fluctuating OPKs before. I think it's quite common to get a little surge a few days before the actual one e.g. this month I had a test line present on CD8 (first day of testing) which then went away and there is now just a really faint line coming back on CD11. Last month +ve was CD12/13 so expecting it will get much darker by tomorrow.

Lucie glad you'll be able to get a repeat SA for your DH though it's not good that the private clinic won't admit to their mistake. I would have thought they really should offer to repeat it free of charge if it wasn't examined within the right time frame.

Foxtrot - love it! Not only am I going to be prodding boobs, scrutinising CM and obsessing over any tiny twinges, aches and pains - I'm also going to be subtly trying to entice the cats onto my lap just to convince myself that I'm pg!

TheGrandHighWitch · 08/10/2014 20:23

Blueskygirl30 I think I would rather get a cat tbh Grin.

So sorry AF arrived Aprilray. Hugs to you, I know how much it sucks to be so long overdue for a BFP.

spinningirl10 · 08/10/2014 20:26

Ooh foxtrot, that's definitely a symptom Grin
