Thanks English for clarifying that!

spinningirl10 · 09/10/2014 15:10

Blueberry, that sounds very confusing. I think would want to go ahead and try but is there someone else at that clinic you could speak to to confirm things?

I would try and speak to someone about this to get some answers. I would probably be tempted to dtd anyway.

lucieloos · 09/10/2014 15:12

Sparkle I did opks on my last cycle in the run up to AF and got a line although not a positive one. It got my hopes up anyway but was not to be. Sorry don't won't to sound negative but just wanted to share my experience. I think you should use a hpt too at least you won't be wondering all weekend then Smile

teeniedeenie34 · 09/10/2014 15:16

Thanks spinning, he said the pain has gone, just feeling his back is a bit stiff now. Will let him rest tonight so he is ready to DTD again by tomorrow (I hope) He's a trooper!

Oohhh sparkle, it does sound promising! Smile

xBlueberry88x · 09/10/2014 15:18

Ive read that alot of women dont even get a scan so I guess theres not that many women that end up with to many eggs.

I queried with the receptionist but the doc assured her that day was fine.

Nothing is ever easy is it!

spinningirl10 · 09/10/2014 15:22

Blueberry I think I'd go for it then. If not everyone has scan and doc says it's ok. How are feeling on the clomid?

EnglishGirlsReturned · 09/10/2014 15:27

I'd go for it too blueberry and just hope for the best

xBlueberry88x · 09/10/2014 15:27

Havent noticed anything yet just normal AF cramps.

Although my mouths a bit dry not sure if thats to do with it...I expect after a few tablets I might notice it.

butterflycats · 09/10/2014 15:47

I'd just go for it blueberry - if you get any signs of OHSS obviously ring them asap! We don't scan locally! Did you have to have an HSG before starting your clomid?x

butterflycats · 09/10/2014 15:50

lucieloos I'm a BFN I'm afraid... no AF but my body is haywire!!!

xBlueberry88x · 09/10/2014 15:51

Hi Butterfly What is OHSS (im blonde) lol

I've had internal ultra sound loads of blood tests, HSG (she said she saw I was just about to ovulate) but bloods were equivocal so no ovulation booo

sparkle17 · 09/10/2014 15:53

it is sore in my abdomen when i sneeze - symptom?

Joey0805 · 09/10/2014 16:02

Now on CD 34 (13 DPO) and the little bit of spotting has entirely disappeared and usual CM is back. I have zero symptoms whatsoever (unless being shattered and a weird aversion to the disgusting smell of frankfurters in the airport lounge I'm in count haha) but think I'm going to POAS on Saturday just to rule it out.

teeniedeenie34 · 09/10/2014 16:08

Joey being shattered and aversion to smells are absolutely symptoms in early pg, they were the first things my best friend noticed before she got suspicious and tested... FX for you!

butterflycats · 09/10/2014 16:09

blueberry I'm blonde too!!! OHSS - ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, so any bad nausea/vomiting, bloating low down in your tummy, just give them a ring :) hoping the clomid works for you :)

Mumwannabe82 · 09/10/2014 16:10

Hello I'm hopping on if you don't mind!! I'm in the middle of the dreaded 2WW, Its the longest 2WW EVER!!

xBlueberry88x · 09/10/2014 16:11

Aww thanks Butterfly the doc down here is useless im going for it im to desparate for a baby to wait again!!

Frolicacid · 09/10/2014 17:11

Haven't read back yet - this thread moves so fast!
I'm so tired i can barley see straight, and have been all day. Just logging on quickly to shout SYMPTOM before I go for a lie down!!

Joey0805 · 09/10/2014 17:13

Hmmmm Teeniedeenie, that would be QUICK (I only came off the pill late Aug)! I suspect my body is being frustratingly slow adjusting to life sans hormones and I just don't like frankfurters (btw 3 hour flight delay so I am still here and it still smells...) but I will definitely take that test on Sat. After that I think I might start doing OPKs even though I don't think my spotting was a proper period, at least doing that every day gives me something to do instead of this crap limbo land.

wanttobeamummyin2015 · 09/10/2014 17:15

Good luck blueberry, get dtd! Grin

6dpo here... my creamy cm has now gone to clear/watery and there is more of it. Not sure if that is a sign of anything. Interestingly though I am pretty sure my cervix has risen and got softer (though only checking it for the last 3 weeks for the first time, I am not sure how accurate my assessment of that is!)

Interesting re the alcohol, there was a programme on radio 4 the other day and they were saying that the damage done by stress by women worrying over drinking and harming baby when they didnt know they were pg, is worse than the drinking itself! I have only had about 4 glasses of wine in total over my tww so far, maybe I should stay off the wine til af now Wink

KittyVonCatsington · 09/10/2014 17:35

spinning, what CDs did you take Soy? Are you still taking tablets and testing with OPKs and you got a positive? I know that it is expected to ovulate 3 to 7 days after taking the last Soy dose. If you are super early, I'd change it next month (if not successful!) to taking Soy CD5-10 instead.

I must admit that I didn't test with OPKs until after the last dose for me-3 days after in fact, so I don't know if the tablets cause false OPK positives or not...

I am so so sorry if I've ruined your cycle and changed your ovulation day from CD10 to 7 Sad Love you!!!!

Dozygirl · 09/10/2014 17:46

Crikey this bus is moving fast. It's keeping me entertained on my train journey back up North from London for a study day. Struggling to keep up with all the convos. Sorry for those AF has got and good luck to those eating to poas. It's so so hard not to symptom spot in the 2ww. I wish I could be totally unaware that I'm trying to conceive so I don't look for symptoms until a missed period like last time but it's impossible.

My AF is coming to an end so I'll soon be starting to DTD again. Been prescribed antibiotics for 7 days tho so I'm gonna wait till they're finished. Don't acrually know what they've been prescribed for yet. Just had a message from the doc receptionist that I need some but have an appointment tomorrow so I can find out. Little bit worried about it tbh but never mind.

Also worried that this month is not gonna work out for us due to the antibiotics but I ov'd cd17 last month so there's still time.
