Interesting... I have mouth ulcers. I'm pretty sure I got them right before I last ovulated in cycle 3. I definitely feel post Christmas run down even though I've had plenty of sleep

Not sure where that sad face came from! Was trying to post whilst stopping DS from murdering the cat.

Hide...yes the postman came just as I was about to leave the house but of coarse I managed to squeeze in testing time somehow whilst DS entertained himself with an empty bubbles bottle. Both CBFM and cheapie OPK stick say negative. Maybe tomorrow?! Who knows. You're on the 2 week wait now aren't you?

Oh glad they have arrived! Are you going to test at the same time every day? I just did random times in the end - when I got a spare minute/remembered!

I have lots of cheapy pregnancy tests but going to try and not test early to avoid disappointment. Got all the distraction of back to work to get through first!

Hide ~ I'll be testing FMU with the cbfm because you only have a few hours once you set your window. Think my window is 5-9am and the OPK late afternoon as it says you're meant to do it in the afternoon between 5-10pm. Perhaps I'll time it at dinner time Work will be a great distraction for you unless it is quiet! When is AF due?

New ~ how's weaning going?

I told DH that our fertile window is approaching to give him pre warning and he acted surprised. Men have no idea how easy they have it!!

Pear AF due 13th Jan. My DH was visibly relieved when I told him we were finished for the month! When would your BFP be due?

IF I ovulate on Monday then my dd would be 29th September....dream dream dream Oooooo you're nearly half way there! Definitely don't allow yourself to test early. It's not worth it You can remind me that!

Ooh my DD would be 21st September so only a little ahead of you! Tis nice to dream! Plus positive thoughts can only be a good thing right?

Yep I meant due date! I still have baby brain from the last time around. Lack of sleep doesn't help!

Hello and Happy New Year!

Sorry - have had a busy few days.
Pear - glad the sticks have arrived and Hide good news on the positive OPK - and hopefully mammoth feeds won't scupper things for you! Fingers crossed for some September DDs (or DSs )... Maybe I can miraculously have one too?

Weaning has been going surprisingly well so far. I have managed to drop DD down to just one feed per day - the one first thing in the morning because it means I get to spend another half an hour in bed. She has asked for milk a few times but has been relatively easily distracted with sleep / food / cow's milk / a book or a cuddle depending on why she is asking (hungry, thirsty, tired, bored). I have noticed her eating a LOT more which just shows how much milk she was having. Hopefully this is enough to kick start my body into ovulating and I won't have to fully wean, but let's see. I wonder how long it will take for me to ovulate once I manage to reach that all important oestrogen threshold. It's been 5 days now and so I am wondering if perhaps my body might be gearing up soon and then I would get AF in a couple of weeks. Who knows!? I am keeping an eye on EWCM (nothing to speak of) and hoping for the best.

Better go to bed now as am shattered but will post again tomorrow.

So annoying Pear! Wouldn't it be great if we all just KNEW what was going on with our bodies?! I often wonder how people coped in the past when they couldnt even POAS let alone have scans or blood tests!

Oh yes, I had forgotten about that! Just need to get on and find some time to DTD to be in with a fighting chance!!

Well done on the weaning newyear... I would love to get feeds down to once/twice a day!

Newyear maybe you will be one of the lucky ones who gets a BFP before AF even returns!

Why does TTC have to be soooo frustrating! All I can think about is ovulating and when am I going to ovulate. It's like being a chicken for the week
